Drawing on years of experience in Breathwork, Reiki, Sound Therapy, Yoga Nidra, and Sleep Meditations, Frankie helps individuals enter deeper states of awareness and self-connection. Through these practices, participants experience profound relaxation, emotional freedom, and a renewed sense of alignment, abundance, and peace.
