Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.
Let's begin.
Close your eyes and get yourself in a comfortable position.
Today's meditation is designed to help you in your business and to receive guidance from your spiritual team.
We all have this team,
But we often forget to ask for help or for guidance.
Whatever you're going through at this time,
Maybe you're struggling,
Maybe you need answers,
Maybe you need to make a decision,
Meet your team and ask for their help.
See what they have to say.
You have nothing to lose,
Right?
And so,
Beginning to follow your breath,
Just calming down the mind,
Quietening down the nervous system.
Just giving yourself full permission to surrender completely to this moment.
To this place of stillness and to go within.
And relax each muscle.
Relax each part of your body and just notice where you may be holding extra tension.
And just invite that area to relax just a little more.
Breathing in and breathing out.
At each breath,
Just releasing that tension just a little more.
At each breath,
Inviting in the stillness and the quiet,
Surrendering more and more.
We now invite your spiritual team to assist us today,
To guide you,
To help you resolve any issues,
Any blocks,
Any fears,
Any doubts.
To release any programming that may be holding you back.
To guide you through your business,
To guide you wisely,
Powerfully and abundantly.
And now that you have called your team to step forward,
A beautiful white light shines above you,
Illuminating every part of you,
Allowing you to have direct connection to your team.
And suddenly you feel lighter and lighter,
Feeling yourself being drawn into this light.
And as your spirit gently moves up,
Leaving your body behind as you move into another realm.
And finally,
You step through that light and you find yourself in front of these giant golden doors,
Marble floors,
Intricate decorations with crystals.
And when you arrive at that door,
You knock and the door opens for you.
As you enter this door,
Your team are all standing by a table waiting for you.
Are you excited to see them again?
Let them know,
Smile,
Allow the true gratitude to shine through you at this moment.
When you are ready,
You stand at the head of the table,
Move the chair and you sit.
And so do they.
Taking a moment now to acknowledge each and one of your guides,
Each member of your spiritual team.
It is time now to begin the meeting.
This is your moment to address your concerns.
This is your moment to invite them,
To let them know what it is that you need help with.
Take your time,
Be clear.
Now it's your moment.
Take your time to really listen to their advice.
Trust what you feel,
Trust what you hear,
Trust what you see.
Just surrender.
Now that you have received their advice,
Their guidance,
It is time now for you to instruct them.
Let them know how they may assist you.
Let them know how they can guide you beyond this realm.
They are here to listen,
To follow and to help.
Trust that whatever you tell them will take place.
It's time now to close the meeting.
If anybody else has anything else to point out or to say,
Now is the time and so allow them to speak up.
When you are ready,
You may stand and take a moment of gratitude once again for your spiritual team,
For their guidance,
For their assistance and for their blessings.
When you are ready,
You may leave,
Step through that big giant door and find yourself back in that light,
Gently and slowly returning back to your body.
And now that you are back in your body,
Place your hand on your heart and thank your team,
Thank yourself and thank the blessings that are going to manifest in your reality.
All right,
It's time to come back now,
So slowly,
Slowly bringing your awareness back into your body,
Back to your breath.
Maybe wiggle your toes and your fingers.
Take your time to come back.
When it feels right,
Open your eyes.
