Hello everyone and welcome to the meditation channel.

Let's begin.

Close your eyes,

Get yourself in a comfortable position and listen to my voice.

Today's meditation is designed to help you connect with your mind,

With your thoughts and instruct your mind what you would like,

What you need.

Essentially,

Helping you talk to your mind and create changes.

This meditation is very helpful for those who have intrusive thoughts and negative thinking that you believe that you cannot reprogram.

And so let's begin by following our breath,

Slowing down the system and just connecting with yourself.

And with your breathing just invite your system to let go,

To open up and to receive the guidance and the healing today.

I want you to understand that the mind works for you,

Not against you.

Even though it may feel as though you have no control,

I invite you to be open-minded today.

You do have the power to influence your mind just the same as the mind has the power to influence you.

And so I really encourage you to begin to believe this,

To create a new relationship with your mind so that you can truly transform yourself and your life.

And so now bringing your focus and your attention to your mind,

Maybe focus on your third eye or your crown chakra or whatever resonates for you.

And as you connect,

Just become aware of any sensations,

Any feelings,

Any thoughts that arise.

Notice how your mind is reacting to you,

Giving it focus and attention right now.

And now I want you to say in your mind,

Relax,

You are safe.

Keep repeating that word,

Relax,

You are safe.

If you prefer,

You may also say it out loud.

And now bring in the breath,

Deep breath in,

And on the out-breath say,

Relax,

You are safe.

Deep breath in,

And on the out-breath,

Relax,

You are safe.

One more,

Deep breath in,

Relax,

You are safe.

And now returning the breath to its natural rhythm and continuing to focus on your mind,

Your third eye,

Your crown chakra,

All your attention to your head.

And now I invite you to awaken an intrusive thought,

Allowing that intrusive thought to come to the surface to reveal itself to you.

Just becoming familiar with the sensation,

With the actual thought and with the energies that are held in this thought.

Now I invite you to challenge this thought.

I invite you to really stand your ground and keep repeating an affirmation.

So whatever the thought is,

I want you to choose another thought.

A thought that makes you feel empowered and makes you feel strong and in control.

Take a moment to think about what that is.

And when you find it,

I want you to repeat the breathing exercise now.

And so,

On the in-breath,

Think your thought,

The one that is empowering.

And on the out-breath,

Release the intrusive thought.

We're going to do this for five breaths,

Are you ready?

Deep breath in and release.

Deep breath in.

Deep breath in and release.

Deep breath in and release.

And last one,

Deep breath in and release.

And returning your breath to its natural rhythm.

Now taking a moment to feel how your mind is,

To sense if it is a little more relaxed,

A little more present,

Or if it's acting up even more.

There is no right or wrong.

Sometimes the mind may fight back because it knows that you're beginning to influence it.

Whatever is happening,

Just be aware,

Don't judge,

Don't resist,

Just notice.

And now I want you to say to your mind,

Mind,

I need you to work with me.

I want us to work together,

Not against each other.

Do you think we can do this?

And just listen to the response.

What do you need from me to work together?

How can I help you?

How are these thoughts created and why are they here?

And is there anything else I need to know or understand at this time that I may not be aware of?

And now just visualizing beautiful,

Soft,

Fluffy,

Pink energy entering your mind.

Very loving,

Very soothing,

Very calming.

This energy feels like cotton candy,

Sweet,

Gentle,

And very pleasurable.

Allowing your mind to relax,

To receive some love and support.

And just taking a few minutes enjoying this frequency and just noticing if your mind does relax a little more.

Beautiful.

Understand that you can do any of these exercises at any given time throughout your day.

I encourage you to use them especially when you notice negative thinking or intrusive thoughts.

All right,

It's time to return now.

So slowly,

Slowly expanding your awareness back to your entire body.

Connecting to your breath once again,

Using your breath to wake up the body.

And slowly beginning to expand your awareness outwards.

I will let the music play for a little bit longer,

So whenever it feels right,

Come back and open your eyes.
