Vulnerability versus volatility.

What I mean by vulnerability versus volatility is,

My itti and I'm feeling scratchy and volatile actually I was feeling volatile and I made a choice.

I am gonna be honest I'm gonna say to you guys I'm like oh my gosh I'm doing this circle I'm tired I'm exhausted you know did I make a mistake I can't cancel it now I was feeling this almost fury living in me.

It's anger,

Volatility and rather than shame it which is something I would have done once before like how could you do this you know I thought you know what I'm probably gonna share it in the circle because this is what humanity has been lacking.

True connectivity.

Making ourselves available to show up fully for what is real for us in the moment without judgment.

We cannot have any expectation whatsoever of other people judging us if we are judging ourselves.

So I chose vulnerability over volatility.

Volatility.

Ooh tongue twisters.

So if you're feeling during this period volatile again connect with that emotion and choose whether you see that as volatility or whether or not we can reframe that as you know I'm gonna own this space and allow myself to be vulnerable and show up in a vulnerable from a vulnerable perspective.

It's like shifting the energy behind the feeling.

It's the same feeling but I'm presenting it in a very different way because then that offers a gift of connection when you're holding space for yourself.

So vulnerability versus volatility.
