Did you know the special forces in the military often use Box Breathing as a technique to regulate their nervous system during stressful situations? As a veterinary professional, you can use this technique to help support you during overwhelming, stressful, or anxiety-provoking situations. While we use 4 counts in this audio, I would encourage you to use it as a framework to explore which counts work best for you with the Box Breathing technique.
