So find yourself in a comfortable position.

You can sit down,

Lay down,

Be on the floor,

Cross-legged,

Whatever feels most comfortable to you.

And take a second to settle in.

Whenever you're ready,

You can gently close your eyes,

Taking a big deep breath in through your nose,

Expanding your belly and your chest.

And just releasing out the mouth.

Just letting it go.

Breathing in again.

And holding at the top.

And releasing.

And holding out.

Breathing in.

Holding.

And releasing.

And holding out.

Breathing in.

Holding.

And releasing.

Just letting your breath return to normal.

Noticing the weight of your body.

Noticing your body on the surface of your chair or your bed or the floor.

Noticing your feet.

As you continue to breathe in and out.

Just giving yourself permission to be present here for these next few minutes.

Letting go of any thoughts of anything that needs to be done.

Just being present here with yourself.

Just taking a second to notice how your body feels.

As you continue to breathe.

You can shift your focus to the top of your head.

As you slowly shift your focus down,

Relaxing each part of your body.

As you loosen and relax your forehead.

Relaxing your eyes.

Relaxing your jaw.

Relaxing your tongue.

Relaxing your neck.

Loosening and relaxing your shoulders.

Letting yourself sink even deeper.

Relaxing your arms,

Your wrists,

Your fingers.

Bringing your awareness to the center of your chest,

To your heart center.

And breathing in through your heart center.

And breathing out through your heart center.

And breathing in through your heart center.

And breathing out through your heart center.

Relaxing your back.

Relaxing your belly.

Breathing in through your belly.

And breathing out.

Letting yourself sink even deeper.

Relaxing even more.

As you continue to breathe in and out.

Relaxing your legs,

Your knees.

Relaxing your calves,

Your hips,

Your ankles,

Your feet,

To the tips of your toes.

As you continue to breathe,

Allowing a wave of relaxation wash over your entire body.

Letting yourself just be completely present with yourself,

With your body.

Noticing the weight of your body.

You can imagine a white light coming down from above.

From whatever higher power you might believe in.

From love,

The universe,

From all of creation.

Just imagine this beautiful white light of pure unconditional love starting to come down and infuse,

Pouring in through the top of your head to every cell of your body.

Radiating this beautiful pure white light.

As it starts to heal and cleanse every cell in your body,

Restoring balance and harmony to every cell,

To every muscle,

To every tendon.

Flowing through your veins,

As you breathe it in,

As you breathe out,

It expands even more.

Restoring every part of your body into perfect harmony and perfect balance.

Calming your nervous system.

Rewiring your brain for love,

Peace,

Security,

Stability,

Joy,

Harmony,

Trust,

Groundedness,

Faith,

Empowerment,

Love.

And just letting every cell in your body absorb all those beautiful things.

As you continue to breathe and release.

Staying here in this space for a few more minutes,

Allowing that beautiful white light continue to wash over your entire body.

Cleansing,

Grounding,

Stabilizing,

Rewiring,

Just allow yourself to feel a deep sense of peace.

Noticing a sense of gratitude coming in.

Gratitude for all of the amazing things in your life.

People who love you,

People who care about you.

All of the blessings in your life,

A place to sleep,

Food to eat.

All of the blessings in your life,

A place to live,

A place to breathe.

Place to sleep,

Food to eat.

Just notice this gratitude and giving yourself a moment to be thankful for everything in your life.

Thankful for opportunities to grow.

Thankful for opportunities to expand into more of who you are.

Thankful for opportunities to connect with others and give and receive love.

Just let yourself enjoy the space for a little while longer.

Breathing in and out.

Letting your body relax even more.

Whenever you're ready,

Taking all the time that you need.

Start to notice the weight of your body.

Bring your awareness back into the space that you're in.

Wiggling your fingers and your toes.

And then whenever you come back,

Knowing that you're bringing this gratitude,

This relaxation,

This joy back with you in your waking life.

Counting up from 10 to 1.
