Hello and welcome.

Just settle in,

Closing your eyes or keeping an unfocused gaze in front of you,

And just take a nice deep breath in through the nose,

An extra quick inhale,

And a nice long sigh out.

Just feel the pure relaxation and calm of this moment slowly washing over your body,

Surrounding you in a beautiful glow.

Allow your breathing to remain slow and gentle,

And just witness your brow and jaw loosening and relaxing.

Feel your shoulders soften and drop from your ears.

Allow your pelvis to let go,

And feel your entire body floating in a space of complete ease and calm.

Let any thoughts just come and go,

Reminding yourself that you are so strong and confident and there's nothing you can't handle.

Just give yourself a hug and rub your arms up and down,

And take another deep and gentle breath in.

Don't ever forget how strong you are,

And how you can handle literally anything.

You've got this.
