This meditation was made based on a special request by a warrior who wanted a longer meditation specifically for fatigue. Hopefully this one helps to release as much exhaustion as possible, allowing us to feel more energised and weightless. Really hope it helps, warrior :) Massive thanks to Ønetent from Pixabay for the beautiful background music.

Hello warrior,

When you're ready,

I invite you to close your eyes or keep an unfocused gaze in front of you,

Whichever you prefer.

Sitting up straight or lying down,

Your head,

Shoulders,

Belly and full body slowly relaxing.

Fatigue has the cruel ability to rob us of our joy in this life,

Even in the moments when we're finally feeling free of our pain.

So let's just take this time to give our body some bit of rest and relaxation,

Knowing that every small bit makes a massive difference.

We'll begin by allowing our mind to settle and our breathing to deepen and relax.

So when you're ready,

Just a deep belly breath in through the nose,

An extra quick inhale to fill all the way up,

And a nice slow exhale out.

Again,

Just a deep belly breath in through the nose,

An extra quick inhale,

And a nice slow exhale out.

And last one,

Just a deep belly breath in through the nose,

An extra quick inhale,

And a nice slow exhale out.

Fatigue can make our body feel so heavy and weighed down by the feelings of exhaustion.

So we're going to try to trick the brain to make it feel lighter,

Almost like we're floating.

So while breathing in and out,

Just imagine each inhale allowing your body to feel loose and light,

While each exhale allows your body to lift from the surface below,

Feeling completely free and at ease.

Deep breath in,

And watch as the body fully lets go of any tightness,

Fatigue,

Or tension.

And while breathing out,

Feel the body so weightless that it's floating safely here in your relaxation bubble,

Nothing but calm.

Stay here as long as you need,

Just breathing in and out,

Letting your body finally feel ease from all that it endures.

Feel your body completely letting go,

And finally feeling refreshed in this bubble of pure bliss.

Keep the deep breaths going,

Feeling lighter and more at ease,

And just float without fear or fatigue.

Just keep floating,

Feeling the tightness in your body loosen,

Your full body feeling completely at ease in this stillness.

As we float here in this bubble,

I want you to picture your brain turning from a bright red color to a beautiful crystal blue one.

With each breath in,

Feel your fatigue and tiredness lifting from your eyes and entire body as the brain finally lets go of the red pain and tension and allows you to indulge in the blue bliss of calm and unbridled energy with each breath out.

Breathe deeply in and out as you watch the brain change color while floating effortlessly in this moment of peace.

Stay here a bit longer,

Letting the fatigue fully dissipate.

Feel your body completely at ease,

Feeling lightness and energy come back on behind the eyes,

Giving us strength and power,

Lifting away the weight of our exhaustion.

Keep breathing deeply in and out,

Allowing the body to float here in this bubble of safety,

In this bubble of energy,

In this moment of pure bliss and relaxation.

Don't worry if you start to doze off,

That's ok.

Just allow the fatigue to ease up any way that it does within the body,

Even if that means just a light cat nap,

I won't tell anyone.

Feel the eyes and head feeling lighter,

The body feeling completely loose,

No longer tethered down by pain,

Fatigue and pure exhaustion.

Just stay with the breath and keep floating.

And before we gently make landfall,

We'll just arrive back to the room with 2 deep breaths.

So when you're ready,

Just a deep belly breath in through the nose,

An extra quick inhale,

And a nice slow exhale out.

Again,

Just a deep belly breath in through the nose,

An extra quick inhale,

And a nice slow exhale out.

We'll wiggle our fingers and toes,

Give ourselves a nice gentle stretch,

And slowly open your eyes.

Check in with yourself to see if you feel even just the tiniest bit better,

And lean into the power you have within to get yourself here.

Take it easy today,

Warrior.

Our body sometimes just needs to know that we're here for it,

And it will give us the good feels to make it through another day,

Even if we really don't have the appetite for it right now.

You're doing great.

Now go on now,

Warrior.

You've got this.
