Everything in your experience is changing—except you. This simple fact is the end of all suffering. This meditation invites you to stand as the changeless witnessing the changing. To root yourself as the awareness that perceives the repetitive nature of body, mind, and world—but remains untouched by it. You'll discover why we're trapped: misidentifying with the body keeps us on a clock, aging terrifies us, and the mind promises immortality in a future that never comes. But peace cannot be found in the ever-changing. The eternality you seek is here—in this eternal moment outside of time. Not as a concept, but as your direct experience right now. When you were a body/mind, you were separate. As awareness, you are one with the placeless place, the timeless now. You've always had access to it. It was just so transparent it was ignored. Root yourself here. The immortality is in this moment.

Stand as the changeless Witnessing the changing Every single thing in your experience is changing Except you Become aware of this Simple,

Fundamental fact Whether it's outside Or whether it's inside There is change And that change is perceived By you Instead of losing yourself In the change And the changing Root yourself Find yourself As the changeless awareness That you refer to as I Recognize that you are beyond The repetitive nature of life Repetitive nature of your body Repetitive nature of your mind Just like seasons repeat Out there in nature Your body has its own cycle Of repetition Of habit Eat,

Work,

Sleep,

Have sex Drink The mind has its own nature of Desire,

Disappointment Regret Fear Recognize that you are the one witnessing The repeated habits You are beyond the habits And what needs to be repeated Is triggered in us Within us From outside of us Hunger Sleep Are repeated By the internal triggers The various emotions,

The work The relationships The ups and downs Precipitate Through some messenger Out there Either a person,

Either an event Some words Spoken or written Thoughts are triggered by Themselves or through external events Actions are triggered by thoughts Or instincts Emotions are triggered By thoughts or actions Or just by themselves Within the repetition there is a cycle That Buddha Formalized it as The dependent origination How every Phenomena How every unfolding whether external or internal Originates Depending on a previous factor While you Are out of it Untouched by it Witnessing it As long as you are trapped In the repetitive nature of the body As identified with the body There is no freedom You are on a clock Recognize this simple experiential fact for yourself That as a body Which Was born in this Repetitive universe Made up of The elements of this universe Can never be free For the body to be free it has to stand out of this universe Where Will it stand?

Anywhere the body goes it is in the universe It is in nature Misidentifying with the body Keeps us trapped in the habits of the body Deep down We are looking for immortality We don't want to die And as long as we are the body Aging terrifies us Disappoints us And no matter how much you fight Aging,

Nature There is no way out Allow this understanding to dissolve the struggle That you have As a body Allow this world that has brought This body To take care of the body Accept The repetitive nature of the body Accept the repetitive nature of This world Don't fight it,

Don't struggle Don't try to swim against the current There is only exasperation See yourself as the witness The awareness Witnessing the Body living in this world Let the misunderstanding and the misidentification Of you,

The awareness as the body Be severed by the knowledge that I am the witness,

I am the awareness I am merely a manager of the body I am not the body Our mind has kept us fooled On a promise that If we keep doing this or that Repeating or picking up new habits Thinking a different way Exercising a different way Taking pills a certain way That we will achieve immortality That we can achieve prolonged life It is only keeping you hopeful By painting a picture of the future As an idea Don't be naive and believe That future can be predicted by the mind Let go of the hope of the future To find peace,

To find happiness To find immortality,

Eternality Yes,

The intuition is absolutely spot on There is a desire to not die But that desire is misguided Only looking at the body or the mind We venture into Either materialistically pursuing Peace as a destination,

Milestone Or spiritually as a destination For awakening,

For enlightenment Either way the promise is the same That there is a point in time in the future Where suffering will stop And it will stop forever And I will live forever That's the dream we have been sold That's the promise we have fallen for Although the only promise that was shown to us was There is a destination Everything else was implied And whatever was implied Once we put it to test in our own experience In our own power of discrimination We recognize that The body and mind can never find immortality They belong to this world They are born in this world They are of this world What I am is not in this world This world is only made of change And I am the changeless Yes,

So the goal is to find peace,

Happiness,

Eternality,

Immortality But not in this world You can never find long lasting peace and happiness in this world Because everything is constantly changing Body is changing,

Body's relationships are changing Mind is changing,

Mind's desires are changing Trying to find forever in ever-changing Is called ignorance in the Indian tradition It's forgetting who we are,

Forgetting that we are changeless We embark on this odyssey of finding this coveted peace,

Harmony From one island to the other Only to experience mere relief or pleasure And because we have been disappointed for so long We have forgotten that it's not the pleasure Or the relief that we were after Or that we are after Because pleasure and relief subsides within seconds And we embark again Every journey is more arduous than the other Recognize that as a body and as a mind you are caught up in this never-ending circle You're trapped You're only trapped as long as you believe yourself to be the body And the mind When you see yourself,

When you know yourself as the awareness You recognize that the eternality is in this moment The immortality is in this moment In this simple moment that we have experienced but ignored This simple now,

This eternal moment that we are sharing across space,

Across time zones That is brought to life,

Illuminated by your own presence And in this moment there is no difference between you or the moment or I All of us are sharing this moment as one thing Experienced differently Conceptually called moment,

Here,

I,

You But we are all in this unbound moment Outside of time In fact the time appears in this moment And ticks along And in this moment there is no promise of future There is no need of a promise Nothing is wrong in this moment Everything wrong belongs to the mind's tendency of being righteous,

Of labeling This moment is beyond the mind The mind can only deal with memories or imagination To experience the now,

Only awareness can do The mind can't Verify this in your experience right now See that every idea that the mind has about whatever is wrong and whatever will be better Is already here Yes the mind can have some needs met in the future The body can have some comforts come in the future That is again of the world,

For the world Peace cannot be found in future,

In changing,

In that which comes and goes The eternality is here,

Right here,

Right now And we all have access to it,

We have always had access to it It was just so transparent That it was ignored as inconsequential Because the lure of the future was so seductive That we ignored this now,

This eternal moment This dive into immortality The fulfillment,

The peace that we are looking for cannot be found in the changing As the changing,

It can only be found in the changeless,

As the changeless The mind is busy trying to create conditions That will precipitate something in the future In some sort of tangible object See through this facade that the mind is painting and selling us How many tangible things have you gotten and only ended up miserable In no time When you didn't get what you wanted,

There was misery When you got what you wanted,

There was worry That's why Buddha famously said that life is suffering And there is a way out of this suffering Life,

This world,

The changing is the suffering The way out of suffering is to find,

To recognize Ourselves as the changeless outside of life This moment,

This experience that we are having right now Without the concept of past or future,

This right now is the end of suffering Everything stays as is,

But suffering can end Only because we took the stand of who we actually are The awareness,

The presence And in this stand,

We become one with the changeless Eternal moment,

Which is outside of time We meet in here,

A place outside of space And in this here and now,

A placeless place in an eternal moment All of us are the same When we are the body,

When we are the mind,

We are separate Because everything in this world is separate When we are awareness,

We are one Outside of life,

Outside of the world We cannot find any borders in this here,

In this placeless place We cannot find any time in this now The clock time keeps ticking,

The now is the now We keep moving spaces from here to there,

The here is the here And we are always here,

And we are always now,

And we are always awareness Don't make this a mental exercise Take your stand and let the truth reveal itself to you Don't solve this puzzle with your mind Be the puzzle And notice that in this recognition,

Nothing matters Nothing exists that will separate you from anything else When you are the awareness,

You are neither a man nor a woman You are neither born nor will you die The concept of past as memories and the concept of future as imagination are welcome But they don't taint the eternality of the now Root yourself in this now as awareness Find yourself as always being here and now Shuttling between the past and future only in your ideas,

Not in your experience Cut through this illusion of the mind Of the promises,

Of the concepts Let your naivety dissolve and this understanding blossom This recognition and the rooting as awareness In this eternal,

Inseparable moment,

Blossom This blossoming is not for the future It is not in the future Nothing needs to happen in the future for this to be recognized This moment is enough,

You are enough Your life situation is enough for you to wake up To claim your true identity and to fulfill your innate desire to not die Thank you
