Welcome to a couple of minutes of deep relaxation.

This recording is designed for your brain to soften,

Your body to deeply relax,

Restore,

Recalibrate.

So please find a nice and comfortable position whether that's lying down,

Sitting,

A chair or the bed,

Wherever your body can just deeply soften,

Wherever your body can settle,

Wherever you can just lean into the surface that is holding you.

And I want you to let your eyelids rest and close and as you do that let your awareness return back into your own inner world.

Noticing thoughts that might be flowing in and out,

Feelings,

Sensations in the body that you might be noticing right now.

And let all of this just be here for a moment.

There is nothing you need to fix about yourself,

Nothing you need to control or change about yourself.

All is welcome.

So allow yourself to fully come back to your body,

The present moment,

The here and now and see if you can leave the outside world outside for a couple of moments,

Disconnecting from all that noise as you start finding your way back to that place within you that lives underneath all that.

Your breath and your existence go way beyond everything else that stays at the surface.

So give yourself any and all permissions that you might need to just be here.

And notice how it would feel like to let go just a little bit more.

Soften into the surface that is holding you and softening any tensions that you might be feeling,

The muscles,

The neck,

The shoulders,

The arms,

The lower back,

The legs and the feet.

And as you're here there are no expectations of you,

There are no rules,

No responsibilities.

As you are here right now there is no wrong or right way of flowing into this journey.

This journey is really just about arriving back into your own frequency and dropping back into your authentic core,

Your essence.

This beautiful place within you that holds who you really are,

Underneath fears and the doubts,

Underneath everything else.

So I invite you to take a couple of deep deep breaths.

Breathing in through the belly,

All the way up the chest and softly letting everything go.

And taking a nice deep inhale all the way into that belly and exhaling at your own pace,

In your own time.

Inhale in deep and slow and exhale in deep and slow.

And see if from now on you can make your breaths even deeper,

Even slower,

Nourishing,

Supportive,

Allowing your mind to just follow my voice and letting yourself be guided.

And all of that air that you keep on breathing,

Let it spread within you like roots of a tree.

Anytime you get distracted,

Just follow your breath all the way back in like following a string or a thread,

Allowing your breath to guide you back into this body and spreading all of that air,

All of that awareness deep within you,

And reaching out to all those places that maybe have been holding onto a lot of tension,

Places within you that have been feeling tight and constricted,

Places that maybe have been feeling stressed and anxious,

Restless.

And as you breathe,

Send all of this oxygen to all of these places,

Softening,

Offering tenderness,

Letting all that air soothe your entire body and allowing yourself to drop in deeper into your own world,

Your own depth.

Noticing how it feels like to arrive back into your breath,

To arrive back into your body.

Notice if that feels easy for you today,

If that feels comforting,

Relieving,

Or if it feels a little bit challenging.

Whatever your experience is,

Is perfect.

And I want you to choose a color that brings you peace,

Symbolizes calm softness,

A color that feels soft on your skin.

And imagine this color pouring in through the very top of your head,

All the way into the crown,

Spreading,

Expanding into the skull and the scalp,

Making its way down into the forehead,

Softening the forehead muscles.

Softening that space between your eyes and all those tiny tiny muscles around your eyes,

Temples,

Dropping the eyelids a little bit deeper.

Imagine all of this color trickling into the nose,

Touching the tip of the nose,

Moving into those cheeks,

Outside of those ears,

Softening the inside of your ears,

The lips,

The mouth,

Softening those teeth,

Resting the tongue.

If you're holding your tongue to the roof of your mouth,

Let it drop,

Let it rest.

Unlock the jaw,

Soften the chin,

And like a wave of colors,

Send that wave of color into the throat,

The neck,

The right shoulder,

Right elbow,

Right wrist,

Right hand,

Left hand,

Right hand,

Left wrist,

Left hand,

Fingers,

Left hand.

Sending that wave of color all the way into the chest,

Bathing your heart space in the heart,

Bathing the lungs,

The belly,

And dropping the pelvis and the hips a little bit deeper.

And sending all of this color into the right thigh,

Right knee,

Right calf,

Right ankle,

Right heel,

Right foot,

Left thigh,

Left knee,

Left ankle,

Left heel.

And all of this color spreading out through the very tips of those toes,

Out and down into the ground beneath you.

Letting this color dissolve,

Take away and transform anything that has been taking up way too much space within you.

Dissolving and taking away anything that has been feeling like way too much,

Tight,

Restrictive,

Limiting,

All that has been feeling heavy.

And let it all go back into the earth beneath you.

And I invite you to feel into your heart.

Remember who you are underneath all of that.

Let your heart remind you of your deepest dreams,

Your deepest desires.

Let your heart remind you of what truly feels important to you right now.

Let it remind you of what really matters.

And let that be your anchor from now on.

Notice how it feels like to drop back into your essence,

Your own unique frequency.

Notice if this place within you has a color,

Texture,

Maybe an image,

Word,

Feeling.

And let this frequency of yours fill you up entirely.

Let it fill up your cells,

Your bones,

Your muscles,

Your skin.

Let it radiate out within your body and surrounding you.

Allow yourself to remember that this is more of who you really are.

All the rest is transitory.

But you are not.

You are expansive.

You are filled with creativity,

With excitement.

You are filled with love.

And filled with so many resources like courage,

Passion,

Inspiration.

That will always help you move forward and tackle any challenges,

Any ups and downs from your own essence.

Whenever you feel ready,

You can softly start to relax.

Arriving back into your body and starting to notice the temperature on your skin.

Allow yourself to feel into the room,

The place that you're at.

And wiggling the fingers,

Wiggling the toes,

Maybe offering yourself a gentle stretch.

And if it feels good,

You can place your hands on your heart and honor yourself for taking this time,

Space just for you.

Honor yourself for refilling your cup and nourishing your mind,

Your body,

Your heart and your soul.

Honor how far you've come until this exact moment,

The journey that has led you here.

Honor where you're at right now.

Honor the path moving forward.

And you may keep on resting.

Or you may slowly start opening up your eyes.
