Welcome friends!
Let us begin today,
This new day and this meditation by finding a comfortable sitting position.
So we are not only about relaxation but mostly about inner concentration,
Inner focus,
Realizing yourself in this very present moment,
Realizing yourself in your new day.
So make sure that your spine is straight,
Your shoulders are relaxed,
Feel your heavy hands falling down and open your palms up.
Relax your fingers,
Feel the air around you,
Feel the temperature on your skin.
Relax your face,
Relax your eyes,
Let your mouth slightly open.
Realize your breath right now,
How are you breathing.
Realize your thoughts,
Your current state of being up to the present moment,
What you are about right now.
Just let set this starting point without any judgments,
Expectations.
Just let's start this new journey.
We're gonna use our breath as the magical tool to work on the inner traveling.
So let's take a deep breath in,
Filling our lungs,
And deep breath out.
And again,
Deep breath in and deep breath out.
Feel your body expansion while you are inhaling.
And feel how your body relaxes while you are exhaling.
Keep breathing in and out whatever distractions you have outside or inside within your mind.
Keep breathing whatever I'm talking about,
Even if I'm in silence.
Realize that you are silence right now as well.
That it is possible just with your breath to pause the inner talking,
Inner thoughts,
Overthinking,
Multitasking,
Planning,
Blah blah blah blah blah blah.
You can even silently repeat in your mind that I am my breath.
And that's the only one thing that is really happening right now.
Just in and out.
Inhaling and exhaling.
Expanding,
Going,
Rising up and falling down,
Relaxing.
In,
Ups and downs.
Day,
Black and white.
There are always two sides in our life and we are always able to change our mood from one to another,
The same way as we are breathing,
In the same way that night goes after the day and then again the morning starts.
So now that's the new morning of your life.
That's only your decision how you're gonna spend this time of the day,
How you're gonna spend the whole day.
What decisions you're gonna make,
What thoughts you're gonna choose,
How you're gonna feel.
That's only about your inner choice.
So let's take another deep breath in and out.
Feel more relaxed body.
Realize that your breath is heavier,
Your breaths are longer,
Your thoughts are less destructive,
Less tension on your eyes,
More relaxed lips and cheeks,
Your palms are heavier and you can feel the center of your palms,
Its connection to the air.
While you keep breathing in this way,
You start seeing yourself somewhere deep inside,
Inside your inner world,
Under your closed eyes.
You realize that you are moving,
You are walking forward in some space like the path,
The road.
It's like your own life's path with all the ups and downs,
Different turns.
And the more you move there,
The more you're walking,
You realize that you have no questions about where to go,
What to do.
It's all about some inner light and some inner intuition that leads you on your way.
You just keep walking,
Keep moving with your steps forward and forward.
You feel those lightness within your body as well and those lightness within your mind.
Step by step,
Without any distractions,
Without any worries,
You feel so confident about your way,
About your own path.
You feel the inner strength of your body,
Your open chest and your open mind to whatever is happening in your life.
You feel the support of some other energies that are here with us.
They are invisible,
But you could feel them somehow.
So feel this supportive energy,
Feel this strength and feel this inner light that is helping you to move forward.
That's a perfect chance to remind yourself that whatever is happening in my life,
I am the only one person who's responsible for that.
I am the only one person who creates all those choices,
Decisions,
People around me.
So I could just feel the gratefulness for that.
Let's take another deep breath in and hold your breath at the top.
And finally out.
Realize that even if you're opposing your life for a while,
Nothing changes.
You're still on your life path,
You still feel those light within,
You still feel those strengths that helps you on your way.
Then you can manage your life in your breath,
Like inhaling or exhaling,
Moving forward or back,
Holding your breath and pause somewhere for a while.
But then again,
Keep moving with a new energy,
With a new clear mind.
Just try imagining for a while,
For a few seconds,
How your day today is going to be.
What are you going to do?
What people are you going to meet and maybe talk about?
Maybe even what you're going to wear or what you will eat.
And remember that all your day is going to be with this inner light,
With this inner strength that you have taken right now.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale.
Let's do one more inhale and hold at the top.
Four,
Three,
Two,
One.
Ask yourself,
How do I feel right now?
How do I feel my breath?
How are my hands are right now?
Do I still feel the center of my palms and the connection to the air?
Whether my face is still relaxed?
What is my aim for today?
What I will bring to this world today?
What do I need to take today?
What I am about this day?
And it doesn't matter if you got the answers to all these questions.
Maybe you will get them spontaneously during the day.
Just let fix these special feelings of our body and mind.
Take another deep breath in and out.
Start moving with our fingers,
Start rotating our head,
Gently opening your eyes ready for this new beautiful day.
It's so nice that we are able to pose our life for a while for this kind of practices.
And I want to thank you for trying this meditation this day.

That you know that whatever is happening,
It's not bad or good.
It's just life.
