Hi,

I'm Natasha Yousuf.

Welcome to this beautiful meditation to help you expand into the fullness of your potential and into who you truly are.

Make sure that you're nice and comfy,

That you feel supported.

Roll out those shoulders and loosen up any tightness that may have cropped up during the week.

You can relax the eyes either just gazing softly to the ground or closing them completely.

Eventually allowing that stillness into your body.

Soften your jaw.

Relaxing the eyes,

That space between your eyebrows until the face is completely relaxed.

As your face relaxes,

The rest of your body will start to follow suit.

Drop your awareness into your breath,

Just observing that beautiful rise and fall of the breath.

And feeling it,

Noticing how it feels through your body,

Noticing how your body feels.

Not thinking about it too much,

Just experiencing it.

Welcoming that softness into your body,

Down through your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your back,

Your hips,

Your legs.

Your back and your floor supporting your body.

Your awareness down into the earth and just allow your energy to spread through the earth.

Into the ground and down into the earth.

And taking any tension,

Any stress,

Any worry,

Any anxiety that remains in your body.

And sending it into that network of roots that you've spread out into the ground.

Feel it drain away from your body.

Keep breathing it out until it's all been breathed out into the roots and down into the earth.

And when you feel like you've released all of the tension that you can release in this moment,

Withdrawing the roots and bringing your awareness back into your body.

Observing your breath once more.

Watching that breath,

The gentle rise and fall,

The ebb and flow like the waves gently lapping at the shoreline.

Maybe even hearing the sound of the breath like the waves gently coming and going.

Allow yourself to visualize a beautiful,

Calm ocean in front of you.

Vast,

Expansive,

Sparkling in the sunlight.

A beautiful,

Bright turquoise color.

A beautiful,

Serene,

Safe ocean.

Your own personal playground.

Dip a toe into the water.

Just how soothing and comforting and refreshing it feels.

Observing that there's still more tension in your body but noticing how the water takes it away.

Begin to walk into the ocean,

Feeling that water rising up and drawing all of that tension away.

Notice the lightness of your body as you dive in and surface,

Floating weightlessly,

Effortlessly on the surface of this calm,

Beautiful ocean.

As you float there,

Gazing up at the beautiful,

Clear sky.

Feel the gentle bobbing of your body as you float effortlessly.

Allowing yourself to dissolve into the water.

Allowing yourself to become part of the ocean and part of the sky.

Releasing more of the attachments,

The expectations and the thoughts that anchor you into your physical body and your physical world.

As you breathe it all out and dissolve completely into the universe.

Just allow this expansion of awareness to continue to spread.

Whenever a thought tries to form,

Breathe it out and allow yourself to expand again.

Breathing out those thoughts and expanding.

Whenever you get a sense of your physical body,

Breathe that out too and feel into the energy around you,

The ether.

Continue to welcome in lightness,

Softness.

Continue to release any rigid thoughts,

Any ideas of how things must be,

Should be,

Could be.

As you breathe yourself into the nothingness.

And embrace this space of limitless possibilities.

Where nothing and everything resides all at once.

And notice as you fill into this void,

The more space there is,

The more space there is for you to become anything and everything.

Continue to breathe out those thoughts,

Those expectations.

Observe your feeling.

If any kind of sensation or feeling is bubbling up for you,

Notice what it is.

Acknowledge it and then breathe it out.

If your identity is clinging to a thought,

An idea and refusing to let go,

Acknowledge that too.

Give yourself love,

Tell yourself it's okay.

And allow it to release and let go.

And allowing yourself to expand into your fullness,

Into the unlimited potential that is who you really are.

Breathing out the small ideas,

The small world,

Breathing in this vast cosmos.

Allow yourself to travel through the ether and dance with the energy,

The stars,

The ideas,

The thoughts,

All of the unmanifest.

As you see all of the potential that sits there waiting to be called for and created.

Knowing that it's there always,

Whenever you need it.

But for now just dance with it,

Play with it,

Breathe with it and be with it.

And then breathe.

And then breathe yourself back down into your physical body.

Bringing all of that wisdom,

All of that potential,

All of that prana back down into this amazing body of yours,

This vessel that allows you to have adventures.

Allows you to experience this physical world.

Allows you to enjoy pleasure and pain,

Love and heartbreak.

All of the dualities that allow us to notice,

Experience and feel.

Remind yourself that they're just experiences.

And all will ebb and flow,

Come and go,

But you will always be connected to the infinite.

And all of those unlimited possibilities that you can draw down into your world whenever you like.

And breathe all of that in and through your body.

As you connect fully to this physical cell and the strength and the power that lies within you.

If it feels right,

You can place your hands over your heart's back.

Just take a few moments just to fill your thoughts out with gratitude and love and appreciation for yourself.

For your body,

For this world,

For all of the things that make your life what it is.

Blast your being with love.

Until every atom,

Every cell,

Every tissue,

Every part of your physical vessel is vibrating with this feeling of gratitude and appreciation and love.

Sit into this space for as long as you like.

Until you feel ready to deepen your breath and wriggle a little,

Stretch a little and fully come back into this body and into this room.
