Welcome,

Light-shining souls,

To this deeply relaxing meditation designed to guide you into a peaceful and restorative sleep.

Allow yourself to let go of the day and sink into a state of calm where your mind,

Body,

And spirit can rest and rejuvenate.

Be in a comfortable position,

Lying down,

And softly close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Feel the tension begin to melt.

Take another deep breath in through your nose,

And hold it for a moment,

And gently exhale through your mouth,

Releasing any stress or worry.

Feel your body begin to soften as you let go.

Gently bring your attention to the top of your head.

Imagine a soft,

Warm light gently touching your scalp,

Soothing you.

This light carries with it a sense of deep peace and calm.

Allow it to flow down,

Relaxing your forehead,

Mouth.

Feel your jaw release any tension as this warm light continues to flow down your neck and shoulders,

Softening every muscle.

And let the relaxation,

This beautiful light,

Spread down your arms,

Into your hands,

And all the way to your fingertips.

Notice your chest rising and falling as your breathing becomes slower and steadier.

Just let it happen.

Deep breath in,

And deep.

Allow this soothing light to move down your back,

Your abdomen,

And into your hips.

This light is filling your body now,

Moving down.

It continues down your legs,

To your feet,

And all the way down your spine.

Your entire body is now enveloped in a cocoon of warmth.

Feel the warmth within you.

Let go,

And relax.

Now imagine yourself lying on a soft,

Fluffy cloud.

This cloud gently cradles your body,

Carrying you effortlessly through a starlit sky.

The air around you is a perfect temperature.

It's refreshing.

And the stars twinkle like diamonds.

Filling you with a sense of wonder.

And as the cloud gently moves through the night,

You feel weightless.

Worries and heaviness of the day have disappeared.

The breath you take,

You sink deeper into this cloud,

Feeling completely supported and safe.

To relax,

And to drift.

In this peaceful space you've moved into,

Allow these gentle,

Positive affirmations to move through your mind,

And fill your body and your heart.

Repeat them silently to yourself.

Let the truth within them resonate within you.

Rest my body to guide me into deep sleep,

And I allow myself to receive it fully.

Cocooned in this blissful state,

Allow yourself to drift even deeper.

Picture yourself in a serene meadow under the moonlight.

The gentle rustling of leaves and the distant chirp of crickets create a soothing lullaby.

The ground beneath you is soft and inviting,

And you feel completely at ease.

Each breath takes you deeper and deeper into relaxation.

Your body grows heavier,

Sinking further into the bed.

Your muscles are loose,

Soft,

And at ease.

You are floating effortlessly into a peaceful sleep.

In this stream-like state,

You feel light,

Free,

And full of love.

Know that you are exactly where you need to be.

You are safe,

Supported,

And deeply loved.

And when you wake,

You will feel refreshed,
