Are you looking to empower yourself? Do you feel that the time you have is not enough? Do you feel that energy does not reach you? You already have power, you have all the time and energy in the world, only that in many cases you have no conscience about where, to whom or how you are delivering it. You do not have to do magic or implement great techniques to co-create. You are creating everything you want at all times, only that in many cases you are not aware of what you wanted

In this very moment you have a certain level of consciousness.

Remember that this hasn't thing to do with your being more or less evolved.

Do you remember when we spoke about the decrease of temperature in previous chapters?

The level of your present consciousness will only be able to perform a certain level of limited actions in a directly proportional relation with what you are able to consciously integrate.

And let me make myself clear when I speak about consciousness.

It is not a question of knowledge or of an intellectual process.

It is a question of you being able to be in full contact with that medium where you are performing your actions.

The lower your level of consciousness is,

The shorter and more personal the actions you perform in time and space become.

And as you rise your consciousness,

Your actions start including more people.

Empties and elements will generally last longer in time with a stronger impact on the core of the self.

And why do I say this?

Probably a higher level of consciousness will imply a higher level of empathy with the medium around you.

Therefore,

The ideas you may want to execute will no longer have you as its main and sole protagonist.

You will start thinking,

What if,

What is good for me,

I decided to share it with somebody else?

What if what I have heard is useful for others?

Raising our consciousness simply implies being more conscious of our unconscious part as we have already expressed before.

This will allow us to make our actions conscious and therefore be aware of the results that this can or cannot generate.

When your unconscious takes a decision,

Yes,

As outrageous as it may sound,

It is also you who is making that decision.

And the mere fact that you don't know that this is so,

Doesn't imply it is not your own decision.

This decision may be good or bad in your viewpoint,

But it will have a characteristic.

As you don't know you have taken it,

You won't understand why you are obtaining certain results in your life.

And it is there where karma and dharma are created.

Karma and dharma are just Buddhist definitions,

Which we will expand on later.

Better to be able to identify past actions which generated consequences in your present.

But before we expand on these two definitions,

Let's bring back the topic of consciousness.

We could say,

Among other things,

That the lack of consciousness is also the lack of information about the reality.

And the lack of information will lead us to a process known as judgment.

A concept which is nowadays widely used in coaching.

As human beings you have the ability to make a judgment about the reality you observe.

You see how a person behaves and on that you make a judgment.

A judgment has a goal to give a certain value to something or somebody,

Or even to an action or to this book.

And this allocation of value might be moral or ethical.

A judgment divides you internally,

Thus generating concepts about what is right and what is wrong.

So you live your life allocating value to everything.

The point is that the judgment is modified depending on the level of information,

Experience,

The observer has.

That is,

That everything will depend on the information you have about what you are observing.

To begin with,

Our judgment should have the power of being able to be conscious then.

That is that everything you observe is automatically compared only to what you already know,

Because you wouldn't be able to validate any information against something other which is out of your reach,

All that you don't know of.

What do I mean with this?

Imagine you get into a place and you see a person meditating.

Up to now you have always believed that those people who meditate just wasted their time and this judgment was produced even without any knowledge about meditation or without ever having practiced it.

In this scene you will contrast what you are observing with your past experiences and believed and then you will walk out of this place still in the belief that this person was wasting his time.

And it is here where you start laying the solid foundations of what you believe about life.

You walk through life proud with your own truth without knowing that it is at this point where you start making your first mistake.

When you start comparing your present events in your life as if all were identical to the events you experienced in the past,

Instead of leaving them as if they were brand new,

Unknown and unexpected.

What would happen if instead of making an ungrounded judgment you would have sat next to this person to learn a bit more about this activity?

Probably if you observe a thief robbing a person you would automatically make a judgment about who is good and who is bad.

What if there were only two good sides?

Or only two bad ones?

What if there were no either good sides or bad sides?

Living on this planet lead us to experience a three-dimensional road,

Regardless of how long or how short this road may be.

And these three dimensions lead us to experiment duality.

Judgment is a mechanism you have developed in this reality and that you execute based on your past acts,

Acts which per se already were polarized and dual action.

Judgments which sink you more in confusion,

In comprehension and truth limitation.

A judgment pushes you to the extremes.

What if we knew about all the acts,

Thoughts,

Decisions and omissions which lead a person to rob and another person to be robbed?

Can you be able to see the perfection in all this?

If you understand how the law works,

You understand then that everyone is giving to everyone exactly whatever they need to receive in order to complete themselves.

This eliminates the good and the bad.

And moreover,

This eliminates judgment and partial truth.

Now you will understand that simply there was an act we generated and experienced into beings.

So when you have in front of you any situation,

Thing,

Person or this very audio,

Don't make any judgment.

Try not to get trapped in duality by evaluating what is good or what is bad.

Or if something should or shouldn't be some way.

What happens is always perfect.

Judging it will be diminishing the divine architecture of a process and reducing it to coarseness.

Understanding would be not having enough knowledge to understand why what happened has happened and eventually not knowing what to do with what has happened to us.

Karma and Dharma.

Since I have brought these words,

I would like to give you my view about karma and dharma.

While both are the results of actions in the past,

Both manifest themselves in different ways,

To get to the same objective.

Experimentation.

Both are manifestation of our ego as a result of being disconnected from our own source.

Karma and Dharma work as potentialities which are a consequence generated by our past acts,

But they are no more no less than potentialities.

You are not trapped by them,

Nor are you their victims.

The general conception believes that karma is what will happen in your life as a consequence of wrongdoings in the past,

And that now will take some form of punishment.

But as I have already said before regarding cause and effect,

The fact that you have made something that gives you back some sort of consequence doesn't imply a punishment,

But simply the return of your own creation for you to experiment it.

As your conception of karma is modified,

It stops being a punishment to return to its original states of co-creation alike.

But as you know,

You only recognize what you have consciously co-created.

Karma now becomes your correspondence.

Remember as it is outside,

It is inside.

What you have created in the past with a certain level and degrees of consciousness now gets back to the result of its own creation,

Modifying your present,

Encouraging you to have the possibility to see in the form the concrete result of your past actions and decisions.

After all,

It is you who generated those scenarios which allow you to transcend yourself from your own creation.

This is why we all receive exactly what we can cope with it.

If you are not able to see your own creation and become responsible,

This can result in a greater trap and could insert you in the vicious circle of the unconscious creation where you don't understand this manifested reality that's making it really hard for you to get away from that trap.

On the other hand,

In the collective mind,

Karma would be something like karma's twin brother,

The spoiled kid of the family.

It is the one that brings to your life events that in your viewpoint are beneficial as they help you in a complicated situation or make you win the lottery.

Dharma is the name of light we give to the results of co-creation,

To those acts that in an unconscious way we did in the past and today they are helping us in the present,

Making our co-creation easier and with less conflictive to execute.

Both are the offspring of cause and effect.

Both stem from the same manifesting point,

But each of them choose to experiment different forms as light and darkness.

These different forms generate different manifestations with different forms and therefore they allow us to experiment our own creation designed for and by ourselves from different perspectives to be able to transcend what has been self-created and make it possible to get to know our self in different ways.

Imagine for a second that you have lost your wallet full of money as a result of the combination of karma,

Cause and effect,

Correspondence,

The momentary lowering of your vibration and thoughts of scarcity.

Together with all your experiences where in different lives you have always had problems experimenting money.

You would have better chances of finding your money more quickly if Dharma is activated in this very moment,

Making you live the experience of loss but at the same time giving you the solution so that the lesson received and an acknowledgement of it remains framed to this event.

Karma and Dharma are like two twin brothers.

They love each other,

They look alike,

They come from the same space but you cannot merge them in one and make them disappear.

An accountant will understand my next comment.

Basically,

They are not assets and liabilities.

They want even one with the other.

Both are in the column of liability results because both make this experience profitable.

The way is therefore only to concentrate on one thing,

The present.
