In my opinion,
The Sunday scaries are when you've reached Sunday,
The day before Monday,
The day before your week starts,
And you're hit with anxiety.
You're hit with stress.
You're hit with all of the things that could happen tomorrow.
You're hit with all the things that could happen for the week.
And maybe you don't like your job,
You don't like what's coming up for the week,
Or maybe you just know some things are stressful that are happening currently and you're starting to think about it on Sunday.
And it's scary.
It's scary to experience that.
And it's also not allowing you to just be in your Sunday,
To be in your weekend,
To have a relaxing moment before you have to get into the week.
So that is what I want to help you release today,
Because the more relaxed we can be in our weekend,
The better and more clear headed we can be to go into our week,
Which can be so helpful when you have these stressful things going on.
So let's go ahead and get into it.
And I want you to first think about how much stress you feel about the week ahead.
Right now,
From a one through 10,
10 being the most stress and anxiety.
And we're going to work on bringing that down as we tap.
So go ahead and get comfortable.
And we're just going to start by taking a deep breath in and breathe out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though the fact that I have to do so much tomorrow brings up a lot,
I love and accept myself anyway.
Even though I feel so much anxiety and stress just thinking about the week ahead,
I love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I can get to a place where I feel okay with the week ahead.
And I love and accept myself.

I hate that this feeling takes over my Sunday.

I don't want to spend my Sunday in all of this worry.

I want to enjoy the day.

And I want to let tomorrow bring what it needs to.

But this is so hard for me.

I want to validate myself and how I feel.

But I also want to enjoy my Sunday.

I allow space for all the things that I'm worried about.

And I also allow myself to begin to focus on the present moment.

What if I let the thoughts of the week come through and then let them go?

What if I continued to direct my thoughts to the present moment?

What if I told myself there is truly nothing I can do right now about the week ahead of me?

What if I told myself that all I could do was live in the now?

What if I knew that I could deal with tomorrow,
Tomorrow?

What if I didn't let my Sunday scaries take over?

What if I could release all of the charge around the week ahead and just enjoy my day today?

I know a lot might be going on in my week ahead.

And I know it's something that I'm going to naturally think about.

I might even feel the stress and anxiety in my body as I think about the week ahead.

But right now,
I want to focus on how nice today feels in my body.

I want to focus on thoughts surrounding how nice today will be for me and can be for me.

I want to stop letting my week ahead control my weekend.

I'm going to allow myself to enjoy the day today.

I'm starting to feel how good today will be for me.

All of the wonderful things today can bring me.

Yes,
Tomorrow might be stressful,
