This EFT tapping meditation is meant to help you release toxic memories that you're holding onto that you want or need to release.
These memories that we're holding onto are not serving us.
You may experience a release during this meditation and that's okay.
This is meant to help you move forward in your life,
To no longer hold onto these memories that are weighing you down.
Before we begin,
If you want to think about any memories that you want to release that you always seem to come back to,
Just keep that in mind while we tap.
Maybe you've even spent some time processing these memories,
But you can't seem to let go of them.
We're going to just focus on releasing whatever just came up for you as we tap.
Go ahead,
I get comfortable.
I'm going to tell you where to tap and when I say the statements aloud,
You can either repeat them back or just feel what I say.
Let's get started.
Go ahead and take a deep breath in and out.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Sometimes I hold onto memories that no longer serve me,
But I love and accept myself anyway.
Sometimes these memories fester in my body and my mind,
But I fully love and accept myself anyway.
I know that I can get to a place where I can release these toxic memories and I fully love and accept myself.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow all of these memories.
Side eye,
They no longer serve me.
Under eye,
Holding onto them isn't helping me.
Under nose,
I don't have any reason to continue to hold onto them.
Under mouth,
I want to release them.
But sometimes I feel like I can't.
Under your armpit,
Sometimes I feel like I need to hold onto these toxic memories.
Top of the head,
Sometimes I feel like they're a part of me.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I don't like holding onto these memories that no longer serve me.
Side eye,
Holding on doesn't feel helpful anymore.
Under eye,
But at the same time it feels hard to release.
Under nose,
It feels hard to just let them go.
Under mouth,
It feels hard to stop going back to these memories in my mind.
Collarbone,
Even though I know they are no longer serving me.
Under your armpit,
I want to feel okay letting these memories go.
Top of the head,
I don't want to let them fester in my body and in my mind anymore.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
What if I just let these memories go?
Side eye,
What if I just released all of the memories that no longer serve me?
Under eye,
What if it felt good to release these memories?
Under nose,
What if it felt like a relief to release these memories?
Under mouth,
What if it felt good to no longer hold these memories within me?
Collarbone,
What if I no longer have to relive or talk about these memories?
Under your armpit,
And things in my life change for the better because of it.
Top of the head,
What if I came out a better person after being able to release and let go of these toxic memories?
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I release any toxic memories that I carry in my mind and body.
Under eye,
Any memories that are doing me no good to hold on to.
Under eye,
I'm not going to relive these memories.
Under nose,
Or talk about them anymore.
Under mouth,
They are not serving me.
Collarbone,
And they probably never were.
Under your armpit,
Releasing these memories feels so good.
Top of the head,
And it allows me to stop holding myself back.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
Those memories weren't doing me any good.
Side eye,
So I am so happy I was able to release them.
Under eye,
I can now move forward.
Under nose,
No longer having them linger in my mind.
Under mouth,
Or in my body.
Collarbone,
My mind and my body are free to take in anything new.
Under your armpit,
And I can move forward in whatever ways I want in my life.
Top of the head,
I'm no longer holding myself back with these toxic memories.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Eyebrow,
I feel so proud of myself right now.
Side eye,
This is such a good step for me to release these toxic memories.
Under eye,
I'm so happy that I could do this for myself.
Under nose,
It's so important that I always release anything that holds me back.
Under mouth,
This helps me to be the best version of me.
Collarbone,
Since I was able to release these toxic memories.
Under your armpit,
I can't wait to see all the other things I can now do for myself.
Top of the head,
I'm so happy and I feel so much more powerful after releasing these toxic memories from my mind and my body.
