This is a guided relaxation bringing awareness to your breath and throughout the whole body as you relax deeply and allow yourself to be guided into the blissful sounds of gong and chime. From sound to silence allowing you to fall off to sleep after this relaxation in a relaxed state to promote healing at every level within.

Inviting you to get into a comfortable position,

Lying down or sitting up,

A position allowing the spine to be straight and for the energy to flow.

Inviting you to bring awareness to the breath,

Breathing in,

Observing the breath into the body,

Breathing out,

Observing the breath exiting the body.

Breathing in,

Allowing the abdomen to fill like a balloon,

Breathing out,

Emptying out fully and completely.

Bringing awareness all around the crown and scalp,

Breathing in and with the exhale,

Giving permission to relax every hair on your head.

Breathing in,

Bringing awareness around the forehead,

Exhaling,

Relax and release any tension around the forehead,

Relaxing the eyebrows,

The eyes,

The eyelids,

Allowing them to be gently opened or gently closed.

Bringing awareness down through the cheeks,

Relaxing the cheeks,

The ears,

The nose,

Bringing awareness around the mouth,

Allowing the lips to let go,

Relaxing the tongue,

Allowing the upper tongue,

The lower tongue to let go,

Releasing the jaw,

Allowing the face,

The jaw to fully relax,

Bringing awareness around the neck and the shoulders,

Inhaling and with the exhale relaxing any tension in the shoulders,

Relaxing down through the upper arms,

The elbows,

The wrists,

Into the palms,

Right down to the tips of the fingers,

Inhaling as you bring awareness into the chest area,

Expanding the chest with the inhale and with the exhale relaxing and releasing any tension,

Giving permission to the heart,

To the lungs,

To relax,

Bringing awareness down through the digestive organs,

Continuing down through the sexual organs,

All around the hips,

The buttocks,

The upper thighs,

Giving permission to fully relax,

To let go of any tension,

Any worry,

Any stress,

Releasing it now,

Continuing down to the calves,

The ankles,

Down to the soles of the feet and the tips of the toes,

Observing the inhale,

Observing the exhale,

Breathing with ease,

With calm,

With peace,

With presence,

Giving permission to every muscle,

Every organ,

Every gland,

To fully relax and to receive,

In your mind saying,

I allow myself to fully relax and receive now.
