Hello friend,

Welcome to this healing meditation for your physical pain.

Here you will release tension and ultimately find peace.

Peace and physical healing is something you have been waiting for,

For a long time.

And you are going to gift yourself it with the power of the breath.

Just noticing your position now and make sure you are in a comfortable space for your body,

Sinking down into your inner world.

And as you do this,

Let your body sink right into the area that you are lying or sitting on,

That's it.

It's okay to unwind,

Unravel and be at ease.

Giving yourself permission to do this for the next while.

This is the most productive thing you can do at this very moment.

Be easy on yourself.

Noticing your natural breath going in and out.

Noticing your chest rising and falling with each inhale and each exhale.

Are you breathing through your nose or your mouth?

Can you feel the air coming in on the inhale?

The subtle sensations it produces?

Noticing the chest,

If it's breathing deeper or shallower.

Not changing anything,

This is your natural breath.

It has an ebb and flow to it,

A relaxing feeling,

Like water coming in and out at the seashore.

The breath has phenomenal healing capabilities,

Filling your body with new energy each moment,

New life force on the inhale,

Letting go of any old stale energy on the exhale,

Energy that's job has been finished within your body,

It's done you well.

This life force and new energy can be directed to the area that is causing you pain at this moment.

On the inhale,

Just directing the breath's energy towards your pain area.

And on the exhale,

Taking the old stale energy away from the area,

Letting it go,

Like saying goodbye to an old friend.

The stale energy was once fresh before,

It's just that it's time is up.

In with the new on the inhale,

Out with the old on the exhale,

Focusing on the area of pain within your body,

Revitalizing this area,

Giving it a makeover and filling it with fresh oxygen.

Letting the breath go right down to the pain area.

Whatever this area feels like right now,

Don't worry,

Your very own breath is taking care of it.

It is caressing and accepting whatever is happening within this area.

It is sinking into it.

The breath encourages you to do the same.

It encourages you to be okay with what is.

It whispers in it's gentle tone that everything is going to be okay.

Breathing in freshness,

Breathing out staleness.

In with the new,

Right down into the area of pain,

Lovingly saying goodbye to the old.

Releasing peace in the area and releasing tension.

Sinking into the natural flow of the pain area.

The breath blows anything that is not for your highest and greatest good away.

Anything that remains is supposed to be there for now,

Dropping your conclusions on what should remain,

Dropping them with each exhale.

Peace is here in this moment.

With a fresh outlook and new perspective,

Peace is always here.

Relax,

Release,

Be here.

It's okay whatever the pain area feels like,

Let the breath flow.

Now as you bring your attention back to the world,

Let the breath go.

Notice that it will always be here for you,

Whenever you decide it's necessary.

The mind body connection is extraordinarily powerful,

And wherever you send the breath's energy it will go.

With that then,

Just stretch your body,

Waking yourself back up,

Noticing your body position once again,

Coming back,

Back,

Back,

Opening your eyes.

Thank you so much for listening to this meditation,

If you want more help with your pain,

Why not try my inside timer pain courses,

Which dive into how we can truly accept our pain and go beyond it.

I wish you a happy day and week,

Bye for now.
