Welcome.

So to begin,

I'm going to invite you to find a comfortable position,

That could be seated or lying down,

Whatever feels best for you today.

And if it feels okay,

Gently closing down the eyes.

And taking a few moments here to allow your body to settle into the support beneath you.

And let's take three slow breaths together.

Inhaling deeply.

Exhaling,

Softening into support.

Inhaling gently into the belly and chest.

Exhaling,

Letting the shoulders drop.

Inhaling with openness.

Exhaling,

Arriving fully into this present moment.

Bring awareness to the body.

Notice the crown of the head,

The forehead,

The jaw.

Softening.

Let attention drift down the neck,

Shoulders and arms.

Sense the chest,

Belly.

Finally,

Rest the awareness in the legs,

The knees,

The ankles,

The feet.

And feel the whole body steady,

Grounded and present.

Now rest with your natural breath.

Allowing each inhale to bring renewal.

Each exhale to create space.

Sense yourself as you are.

Here and now.

Whole.

Breathing.

Alive.

Notice how it feels to simply rest in the truth of your own being.

Allow the breath to anchor you into presence.

Now begin to sense qualities within you that are waiting to be lived more fully.

Qualities like steadiness,

Authenticity,

Courage,

Compassion.

With each inhale,

Feel one of these qualities grow stronger.

And with each exhale,

Release doubt or hesitation.

Ask yourself inwardly,

What supports me in becoming the truest version of myself?

Allow answers to arrive as sensations,

Feelings or a quiet knowing.

Simply trust what comes.

What habits or practices strengthen me?

What am I ready to release?

What really matters to me now?

And just trust what comes.

Allow yourself to embody these qualities.

Notice how it feels to sit or to lie with steadiness,

With clarity,

With strength.

Feel your breath moving with this energy.

Sense the body carrying this alignment with ease.

Imagine yourself moving through the days ahead.

Speaking words from authenticity.

Making choices rooted in clarity.

Holding boundaries with confidence.

Offering care with compassion.

Let the body absorb this sense of alignment deeply.

Take a slow nourishing breath in.

And as you exhale,

Affirm inwardly,

I am already becoming who I'm meant to be.

With each inhale,

Feel these qualities anchoring into the body.

With each exhale,

Allow all doubts to fall away.

Inhaling,

Anchoring these qualities into the body.

Exhaling,

Allowing all doubts to fall away.

Place a hand over your heart or belly and whisper inwardly,

I trust this path.

I trust myself.

When you're ready,

Begin to return.

Take two more breaths filled with gratitude for the qualities alive within you.

On the count of three,

We'll come back together.

Feel your body here,

Supported.

Two,

Deepen your breath,

Wiggle fingers and toes.

Three,

Softly open the eyes.

Carry this alignment with you into the day ahead.

You're already living into who you are becoming.
