I'm grateful for your presence.
I'd like to talk about a subject today that I'm passionate about,
And that is gratitude.
Being in a state of gratitude.
Not just the feeling of being grateful when something good happens in your life,
I mean living in a state of gratitude always,
No matter what happens in life.
Even for the not so good things that happen.
And believe me,
Negative things do happen.
For example,
You may be running late for work or for an appointment,
And you end up stuck in traffic,
Causing you to be now super late.
Instead of cursing the other drivers who also may be delayed,
Take a few deep breaths and think about how grateful and thankful you are for your car that gets you every place you need to be.
Or you may have gotten into a terrible disagreement with your friend or your sibling.
Instead of grumbling to yourself about how inconsiderate you feel they're being,
And how you aren't going to call them back,
Take a few deep breaths and think about how grateful and thankful you are for your friend or your sibling,
And that they have feelings too,
And how much you really appreciate them and love them.
Being in a state of gratitude always and having a grateful heart will bring you more joy,
Love,
And abundance in your life.
