We often think of manifestation in terms of focusing on a single object or result - which is fine. However, what if we turn it around? What would happen if instead of operating from the energy of lack, we operate from our highest vibration of already having it, being it, feeling it.

So let us begin.

We're talking about manifestation because it's January,

Right?

And that's what we do in the new year.

We think about all the things that we have accomplished and we take note of that,

That becomes us counting our blessings,

Right?

And our appreciation.

And that's a wonderful way to start because we are already starting with the vibration of gratitude.

And we meditated last week on the portal of gratitude,

Which is such an important way to see gratitude.

And also it is the same idea with manifestation.

So the portal of gratitude is that I don't have necessarily gratitude for something.

It is a vibration that I carry within myself.

It's vibration that I carry within myself.

I might,

As a neophyte,

Engage it by having gratitude for something,

Right?

And then I started to feel the vibration.

But as you remember,

In that meditation,

Then we dropped the thing and we really worked on the feeling,

The energy,

The resonance.

It's the same for manifestation.

Because if I am thinking about that,

Which I do not have,

I am in the energy of lack,

Right?

I really want this thing.

I wish I could have this thing.

What I'm sending out is the energy of I'm not good enough.

I don't have,

There's just a big old void that I am perpetuating in manifesting in the old ways.

And if you look back at your lists,

Right,

A lot of those lists didn't actually manifest,

Right?

Because particularly the maybe the more important ones,

Because there was more attachment to the not having of it.

And so like everything in this world,

Right,

In the vibrational meditation world,

It is really about feeling it,

Being it.

And so we don't manifest from what we don't have.

What we begin to realize is that we manifest what we are.

It is a resonance.

We've talked about this in so many ways that the energy I put out is what I get back.

So if I am going to sit down for an internal workshop in manifestation,

I'm going to work on my vibration.

I might have a loose plan in my head of like something that's exciting to me that wouldn't it be cool if that happened?

That's great,

Right?

Cause you like to point your energy,

Your prana in a direction,

But if I'm like,

I've really got to get this thing,

It's going to be hard to get it,

Right?

If I have a loose plan and I'm excited,

Like,

Wow,

That's so cool.

You see that energy is very different and will more easily attract things to me than if I am sitting in,

Oh God,

I wish,

I see the energy in my body changing.

So when we are manifesting,

We really want to work on our vibration of gratitude,

Our excitement,

Our curiosity,

And then things just stick to us.

We become like this energy Velcro of positivity.

And it might even change what it is you're wanting,

Right?

It might even change what it is you're wanting.

When your energy is in a really lovely high frequency of feeling complete,

You don't really want very much,

Right?

You're good with what you have.

And life becomes this very fun experience of,

I'll play with whatever I have,

Right?

I will enjoy whatever it is that's in front of me because it's great.

And so what gets swept away is the lack,

Right?

And then anything that comes to you is just another opportunity to live life through another vibration.

We will definitely be talking more about this in tomorrow's meditation,

But that's definitely the groundwork for it.

And certainly what we'll be talking about a lot more on Sunday.

Okay,

So why don't we begin meditating,

Thinking about this as a new way to manifest.

And so we start the way we always start with our eyes open,

Finding that focus.

So we allow everything else to fall away as we place our energy on one thing.

This is also a nice way to practice what I'm talking about,

What I was talking about.

I don't look at my object with a longing.

I look for connection.

I look to bring more presence into the experience.

It is not that I want.

It is not that I want that thing necessarily,

It is that I am interested in connecting with it.

And that of course would be the same energy I would bring to anything that I would like to have in my life,

That I'm just interested in connecting with it,

Exploring how it might change my general vibration.

Wait for your body to start to shift so that you know you are dropping into the present moment or our state of rest and digest.

I'm going to leave it to you this morning to recognize your own triggers,

Connect the way that your body begins to shift.

And when you do feel that shift,

Go ahead and close your eyes.

It's good to feel the earth underneath you and the sky above you and the walls beside you.

So you get a sense of this container that you are in and your system changes further.

Doesn't feel lost,

It feels very connected and held.

Like you have an energy weight blanket on your body.

And as you find the earth beneath you,

Go ahead and root down into it.

And it is perfectly fine to have an idea in your mind of something you might want,

But can you feel it in a way that you're excited about it?

Like if you're planning a trip and you're really psyched to go,

It's already planned,

You're already going.

Now I just want to feel all the excitement about it.

And it is very true that if you can't feel it in this way,

It is likely that it's not going to happen anytime soon.

It is this feeling of excitement that means your system is ready.

You can feel the prana building in your tummy.

You can feel the prana building in your tummy.

And that doesn't need to be directed,

Just blessed.

This energy of life we are so gifted to have.

Just want to feel gratitude for it.

I don't want to take it for granted.

I want to know that everything begins here,

This incredible vibration of life.

Nothing exists for me in this body without this prana.

That is enough.

Everything else after that is the gravy.

I can let that energy travel up to my essence.

And here,

This is my unavoidable nature in this body.

This is my Dharma.

This is how I move into the world.

So of course,

My prana will be laced with it.

And it is best that we send it out with full acceptance of who we are,

That we are a gift to the world.

Bless my prana,

I have gratitude for it.

And then I send it out in the world packaged in my vibration as I'm giving a gift to the world.

Already,

Our system is being primed to receive.

The lower chakras really set up the foundation for everything else.

So as that lower triangle is set,

We get to the heart,

Which sits right on top of that upside down triangle.

The root prana in the belly and the solar plexus,

The way we meet the world.

The heart's sitting right on top of that,

Going,

This feels stable and safe.

This person understands who they are.

So I can open,

I can vibrate.

I don't have to hide or be shy or confused.

The heart really is where the messages come from.

To hear those small messages in your head,

And it's the heart speaking.

It's either saying,

I feel safe and open.

I am rejoicing or some other message.

When you feel into it,

Really,

You are sitting here on this call.

You have plenty to rejoice for.

All those things that your mind might want,

The lack it feels,

The confusion.

That's not really the truth.

The truth is that if you are here on this call,

You have plenty to rejoice for.

There's a nice feeling of satisfaction for where we are in this moment.

All that we have done,

All that we might do,

And where we are right now,

Counting our blessings.

Truly,

Truly taking that moment from the warm clothes on your body to the beautiful home in which you live,

Your health,

Your loved ones.

Really make your list.

The small and ordinary things are the most important.

They form your life.

That lets us move into our third eye where we take that seat of the Buddha.

And maybe now we return to that thing.

If there was a thing,

There doesn't need to be something.

If there's something we might like to welcome in this new year,

There's a feeling of,

Wow,

That would be cool.

How would I feel if that was happening to me now?

The moment I feel a need or a beg or wanting,

I just let it go because everything I have already is enough.

That's just another experiment.

Whatever it is,

Just another experiment.

And stay in this vibration of fullness and gratitude.

Already being totally complete.

Notice if you're feeling that lovely pull at your crown,

And you can follow that right out of the form of your body,

Being the awareness that you are and merging with the source,

The origin of abundance,

That which creates everything.

Now as you connect with that,

Become that.

Let go of any illusions,

Story,

I am this body,

I am this person.

You are simply this vibration.

And let's take a moment and let go,

Surrender into that feeling,

That ultimate vibration.

Let go of any illusions,

Story,

I am this body,

I am this person.

Let go of any illusions,

Story,

I am this person.

Let go of any illusions,

Story,

I am this person.

And then as you slowly begin to deepen your breath,

You might literally feel the pulse coming off your body as much bigger than it was before.

And that you are more aligned with the pulse than you are with the form.

Entering in with a deeper connection to your fullness,

To your wholeness and to your fragments.

It is the blessing that you were given this morning,

This new feeling that is your blessing.

And when you feel ready,

You can go ahead and open your eyes and share that word with the group.
