My name's Pete Brandel.

Let's do a little energy work together.

On this fine day,

I hope you're already feeling the bliss that you are.

And if you're not,

Keep listening and by the end,

I think you will.

Scale of zero to ten,

I'd like you to check in with yourself and just out loud or say to yourself how you're feeling right now,

Ten being,

I'm in complete bliss.

I should have already stopped this audio.

And one or two being like,

I really need to phone a friend.

I could use some help right now.

Just tune in to where that number is and we'll compare it to the end of the call,

How you're feeling.

Good.

Now,

The way that this healing modality works,

I developed called Believe Love,

Is essentially we isolate aspects of love that we could believe more.

We say an affirmation to believe it more.

And then we feel the shifts take place in our body,

Beings,

And lives.

A muscle test,

Which is a form of finding like a,

Like a laser,

What we need to work with.

And it's anticipation is where we're starting.

That's number 73 on my list of 104 positive emotions,

Aspects of who we truly are.

So what I'm guessing is when we say that word,

It's not going to sound great because we need to improve our relationship to,

We need to believe it more.

So I'll say anticipation,

You can hear my voice.

It sounds like dread,

Not complete dread.

But when you,

When you focus on the parts that don't sound good,

The parts like that didn't sound good,

Sounded like dread.

It's like,

Okay,

I can relate to that in my life.

Some of the things that I have to do in the future,

I'm not the way that I'm currently looking at it.

I'm not anticipating it.

And that's a great thing for me to look at and improve.

So I invite you to say that word anticipation.

Good.

How did it sound for you?

Okay.

Medium.

Great.

Let's improve our relationship to it.

The phrase goes,

And then I'll repeat it slowly.

I choose to improve my relationship to anticipation,

Which is an aspect of who I truly am from the light of the light of me.

Emerges choice with will,

Does it in the highest place possible and does it in something that's worthy of our time,

Which is love.

Anticipation is an aspect of love.

When you're connected to love,

You're anticipating things.

You're feeling the magic of life.

You're like,

Bring on what's next.

Let's do this.

So repeat after me if you choose and let's improve this relationship.

Here we go.

I choose to improve my relationship to the truth of anticipation,

Which is an aspect of who I truly am from the light of the light of me.

Good.

Now take a deep breath.

Oh,

I'm feeling some shifts take place.

That's great.

Tranquility is going to help with this.

So we're going to do a different affirmation.

We're just going to say the love of tranquility,

Absolute love that harmonizes it.

So it'd be up to me.

The love of tranquility,

Absolute love.

Good.

Now I'll say that word again.

Anticipation.

It was balanced,

It was grounded,

It wasn't high,

But definitely wasn't low and it didn't have any dread.

Now I invite you to say anticipation.

Good.

I bet it sounded a lot better.

What we're doing is we're believing anticipation more and if we don't have anticipation flowing in our lives and the way that we say it and the way that we believe it,

How does that outpicture our lives and the things that we do?

It's not ideal.

So we just improve that.

There's two more to improve,

Belief and self-worth.

Now belief is a tricky one.

So we're not going to go into that on this audio.

We would go into that in a full session.

We will go into thankful and building.

Building is an aspect of love.

It's an aspect of who we are.

If we're working on something we care about,

We want to build for the better.

And thankful,

It's like gratitude.

It's being appreciative in the moment.

It's seeing what's right in front of us and having thanks.

You could have thanks for something that hasn't happened yet.

It's a very powerful bridging frequency between you and reality of life and it manifests beautiful things if done in an appropriate way.

So let's do those together.

Say,

I choose to improve my relationship to thankful and building,

Which are aspects of who I truly am from the light of the light of me.

Take a deep breath.

Now this wasn't a full session.

A full session,

We'll do a bunch of these.

We'll go really deep.

We'll look at life patterns.

We'll harmonize things from the past on a very deep level,

But in a very easeful way by working with these aspects of love.

We're not going into story.

We're not going into shadow.

We're just meeting it in the light and things transform.

So I'd like you to say the word thankful.

So when I say it,

Thankful,

Sort of like,

Okay,

What am I thankful for?

Okay.

It's positive.

It's not 100%,

But it's much better than it was.

And building,

Which that was strong.

That was like,

Let's go make something.

So I invite you to say those and just see how you're connecting with them.

And now I'd like you to connect to how you're feeling right now versus how when we started the call.

Let's just butter that up a little bit.

Say the love of gratitude,

Grace,

And connectedness,

Absolute love.

All right.

Now you should be feeling great.
