Especially if you have to make a decision, calm down, breathe, and ground yourself. Making decisions from a neutral energy space brings the highest and best outcome.

Welcome to this short meditation.

Just one or two minutes can be enough to calm our system,

To come back to our heart space and release the inner traffic.

I invite you to close your eyes now.

Take a deep breath in.

A deep breath out.

A deep breath in.

A deep breath out.

Now drop all the energy into your heart space and feel the breath moving through the heart.

Feel the next inhalation coming in from the backside of your heart.

Breathe out to the front.

Breathing in from the backside of your heart space.

Feel the inner heart space and breathe out to the front side.

Continue and feel your heart space softening.

Feel your energy being connected to the heart.

Breathing in from the backside of the heart space and breathing out to the front side.

Just stay focused in your heart space.

And feel gratitude.

In this moment there is just gratitude.

There's grounding.

There's deep connection.

I am safe.

I am safe.

I deeply love myself.

Take another deep breath in and with the exhalation come back and open your eyes to be in time and space.
