Realizing Your Truth In A Very Human Way
With her signature humor and ability to put words to vague perceptions and feelings, together with her healing touch, Premasudha's work is life-changing. She has a truly great knack for assisting people out of the emotional prison of their ego/intellect into true freedom. This means that sometimes even serious diseases disappear too, as part of the emotional shift into a new more love-based understanding. Premasudha primarily teaches in India, Europe, and North America.

Blessings to you all.
One of the things about the spiritual journey that is so basic and yet in a way so hard to communicate or transmit is that you're a spiritual being just as you are.
There's nothing to fix.
There's sort of no rules to learn.
Sometimes Westerners,
We have this attitude,
Tell me the rules and I'll play the game.
And really the spiritual journey begins and ends with you,
With you as you are right now.
You're a divine being in human form.
How you are is how your soul is.
And your soul is just pure,
Unconditional love.
You're having a dream here on earth.
You're in a play.
And the play is going on in such a captivating way that you're believing it.
You're believing that you're this fallible,
Frail human being and on a lift level,
You are.
This is why it's so challenging to understand because it's like we've got a pair of virtual reality glasses that we're wearing and somebody's saying to us,
What you're seeing is just a game.
It's not the real thing.
And they're saying,
Come back to your body.
Do you feel your body?
Do you feel that you're watching this?
So the trick of the game is we forget our bodies.
We forget ourselves and we get lost in the game.
And any teacher will be saying to us,
Remember your body,
Come back to your body.
Now there's a level that the body consciousness is exactly the thing that we have to transcend to realize that we're our souls.
But on another level,
The journey to discover that you are a soul in truth,
That you're a divine being,
That you're part of the creator,
Starts with your body.
And it's coming into your body in a new way,
Sort of for the body as observer to discover the body as an observer of your destiny,
Of your true nature.
You cannot wake up without rediscovering your body consciousness in a new way.
So a spiritual master is fully aware of all their physicality.
And at the same time,
They know that they are beyond it,
That their soul is totally orchestrating their physical body and whatever is right in front of them.
The normal sleeping human being is usually totally unaware of their body,
Except maybe aware of their heads or aware of their body maybe during sexual experiences,
Or maybe like when they're putting on their clothes vaguely.
But otherwise they walk around.
Most sleeping people are unaware of their body unless it's also painful.
That's another thing that will bring the attention back to the body.
A spiritual master is fully aware of their physical body,
Every aspect of their physical body.
And in fact,
Information from the divine will come in through the physical to an awakened being.
Sort of comes into the body and then goes to the head to be decoded really.
I'm hoping that just hearing these words will help you connect up in your bodies more,
That you'll just feel your physical presence more.
You know,
When the soul comes back to the body,
Okay,
I'm going to scroll back a bit.
When we're children,
We're born basically as Buddhas or Krishnas or Christs or Alas.
Our crown chakra is wide open,
The soft botanel in the baby's head,
The skull doesn't even close over for 18 months.
We've got like a hole in the skull for connection to the divine.
That baby is fully aware of their divinity.
You were fully aware of your divinity as a little one.
And fully aware of your body.
And you actually had great communication with your soul.
You felt you were your soul in a human form,
You communicated with angels.
And then,
You know,
Around 18 months to the fontanel closes over and the ego comes on.
Now,
As a child grows,
What happens is they experience some trauma or fear.
And every time they do,
Parts of their connection to their true nature close off.
The child runs from their true nature.
You know,
Maybe mom or dad are cranky with them or,
You know,
In some way,
They experience that other people weren't there for them in a deep way when they needed this.
This is what happens to all of us.
This is what happens to all of us.
And so that's how our ego comes,
You know,
Our ego builds.
We have these experiences of,
You know,
Not being met,
Not being fully loved.
And that's what we tend to repeat in our lives.
Now,
Over repeat and repeat and repeat.
Until we return to God.
Now,
The thing is,
I want to come back to the body consciousness.
When we heal a loss of soul.
So maybe so,
For example,
What I had,
I had a tough kindergarten teacher and she scared me.
And so in my healing,
I would be returned to myself as a kindergarten,
Kindergartner.
And I went through a healing in my life where that part of my experience was healed.
And more of my soul came back into my body.
So my emotional complexes were a little weaker and my connection to my soul was stronger.
And then that happens over and over again.
And if a person takes it far enough,
It leads to mastery.
It leads to a totally awakened person where all their complexes,
You know,
From this life and perhaps other lives have been healed.
And that person walks around in a higher vibration with a full consciousness of their connection to their divinity.
And also an awareness of their physicality 24-7.
Okay.
So,
Again,
I'm speaking to,
I'm hoping that just listening to this video will help you become more present in your body.
So one of the things that happens is we'll have complexes.
We have emotional complexes,
You know,
For example,
Like my kindergarten experience with my teacher.
Where I had like an emotional complex around increased distrust.
So,
As the healing took place,
My first experience was discomfort in my body where I could feel the tension in my body.
The anxiety,
Tension maybe around my ribs.
Because,
You know,
If you think of it like taking a deep breath,
You have to have enough sort of faith in life to be able to take deep breaths.
Lots of children learn,
They feel like the environment isn't so comfortable and their breathing becomes more shallow.
And lots of times we will take that into adulthood.
We're not taking deep breaths.
So as these complexes clear,
We start taking deeper breaths.
But you can also practice taking deeper breaths.
And this will tend to help your complexes dislodge.
Like there's so many different ways to heal.
So,
You know,
Somebody might,
When a complex is coming up,
Somebody might feel tension around their ribs.
Maybe pressure on their shoulders.
Tightness around their neck and headaches.
And all these pains have kind of a logic to them.
If you look at the metaphor of the body,
You'll see that the complexes are,
The metaphorical reflection of the complexes is reflected.
So for example,
You know,
Shoulders,
If you've got shoulder pain,
It's often to do with the habit of the ego taking too much responsibility.
It's a feeling that,
You know,
We feel that we have to figure it all out.
Instead of learning how to give it over.
Yeah.
So slowly as you,
You know,
Go through these experiences of awakening,
Your comprehension goes up and you become more present in your body and more peaceful.
And anybody can do it.
It just means that you have to.
It's like opening a door for now for something completely different.
So supposing one's a teacher and you do the usual teacher career with the usual,
You know,
Outlook of our culture that teachers might have.
Because our professions affect our point of view.
So you do that,
But then you also go through with an idea in your mind of having a door open to just more information,
Greater information.
Or a bigger perspective.
Even as you're going through your days.
It's like an openness.
It's like being willing to open the window if it's a stuffy room.
Yeah,
We can do the same thing psychologically.
And then,
You know,
As we get new information or a new understanding,
We learn how to be true to it.
We learn to let it grow bigger,
Not abandon it.
See,
Sometimes when we open the door to new information,
We get information that's a little bit distracting.
And then we have to stay true to something beyond us in order to integrate it to our lives.
Because if we're not true to it,
Then we just drop it and close the door.
You know,
We're responsible for our lives.
We're so responsible for our lives.
You know,
So I remember doing teacher training for a while and I was struck by the way that teachers spoke of the parents in the staff room.
It wasn't very respectful.
And I realized that if I didn't have that,
I wouldn't be able to do it.
And I realized that if I didn't have that,
I wouldn't be able to do it.
And I realized that if I didn't have that,
I wouldn't be able to do it.
And I realized that if I didn't have that,
I wouldn't be able to do it.
Now,
The reason I'm giving this as an example is,
Maybe there are lots of staff rooms in schools where this doesn't happen.
It just happened at this school where I was doing my training.
It was very marked.
And I'm sure schools have different climates.
And those climates are created by the people who are teaching in the schools,
And by the principal.
And so,
You know,
We create climates together wherever we are.
So,
You know,
I'm sure there's some staff rooms around where people are very beneficent and compassionate with the parents and the kids.
So,
The hope with this video is that it gives you more permission to be yourself and to acknowledge how you really feel about things,
And for you to lodge in your body more.
You know,
Often it's hard to come into your body more and see your own great value unless you meet somebody who's number one done it,
Or who really loves you,
Who just loves you.
Especially if you have a very loving teacher.
And really,
All authentic teachers are loving,
Truly.
That's what makes an authentic teacher is their unconditional love.
And so we feel the permission from this teacher to become,
To admit who we are more,
To feel it.
So I'm hoping this can be transmitted.
It's now.
It's listening.
So as we become more our true selves,
And we awaken,
Then we're basically,
This process asks us to share this energy,
To share this love.
So it's a mix of growing into more knowledge,
More spiritual knowledge,
More knowledge of true reality,
And then sharing it in a devoted way.
You see,
Once you realize that you're part of the universe,
That you're love in human form,
How can you do anything but express this?
And then,
In the growing period where you might see that you're functioning from ego,
Or that you did something that wasn't very loving,
Or you hurt somebody,
You can give it over to the universe for healing,
And you can also make amends with the person.
That's part of the steps in the Alcoholics Anonymous.
But any of us could do this.
In fact,
To become who you are,
It's usually a very humbling process.
Because we have to see that our egos are deluded.
And you see,
It's our egos that are not humble.
It's our egos that are arrogant.
They're just built on the sorrow of a little kid who didn't get their needs fully met.
So as we awaken,
We see the arrogance of the ego has to melt,
And it has to surrender into this.
It has to melt,
And it has to surrender into this incredible,
Loving,
Sentient,
Genius divinity that each of us is.
In truth,
It is really such a joke here.
It is just a comedy,
But it looks like a black comedy.
It could look like a tragedy.
But at the end of all our lives,
We wake up and realize that we're divine beings.
But also,
We are responsible for how we live our lives.
And what we don't get this life,
We're going to have to learn another life.
So we might as well get on that.
Okay,
From the bottom of my heart,
I hope this video has helped.
I don't know what it's like sometimes,
But I know the power of love,
The power of unconditional love,
The power of your true nature,
The power of your own heart is transcendent.
It is invincible.
It's just really great that you recognize this so much.
Okay,
Bless your hearts.

Love this!! Welcome back Premasudha!!! I thought of you when I was at a grocery store and watched a dad tap his son pretty hard on the chest to chastise him for something he did or didn’t do. I made it a point to muster up all my light and walk through them while in the produce aisle. Made sure to brush the young guy on the arm lightly and said “you’re okay. ” I walked around the dad and by the sister to look at the apples I didn’t really need, just to impact their energy and lighten the mood. It was a lovely experience looking everyone in their face and smiling at their grimacing faces. Reminded me of your story about the boys and their grandfather. “If you see something, say something” that’s what we say in the military. Thank you for the loving message!! Lots of love and hugs. 🙏🏾😘🙏🏾🤗❤️🙏🏾❤️🙏🏾
