The authentic spiritual journey means giving up WHO WE THINK WE ARE and becoming WHO WE ARE BORN TO BE. To do that, we must find new ground. We find this new ground when we become willing to see life and ourselves, in a new way. Constant prayer (or repeating mantras) will free us from the labyrinth of our minds. A very powerful one is the Jesus Prayer: Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me. This classic prayer, famously used since the 4th Century, turns us inward, helping us find answers and embody truth. Through prayer, we focus on the Divine while watching ourselves with love, noticing fear without judgment. Defenses can arise, but we gradually understand that there is nothing to defend against. Access to the Creator comes through the subconscious. When we honor our emotions and intuitive dreams, seeing them as important data, we open the door to our true Self. The Creator frees us. We just need to pray and contemplate constantly to make ourselves ready for this freedom.

Sweet ones.

So good to see you.

I've got my hand holding it.

So I just got one hand again.

So there's a lot cooking I was thinking after yesterday.

You know,

There's a gap between who we're born to be and who we who we are.

And,

You know,

We,

You know,

Human beings,

You know,

We will choose the way of least resistance,

You know,

We were good problem solvers.

So we'll try to find a way to solve this.

So we can turn to teachers and want them to do it.

It's like I did this with Alma.

She hugs us.

So she is actually doing it.

He does it through,

Through touch.

But we,

We also have to make efforts.

And it's how much we want it deeply,

How much we want to know our truth,

To be it.

That's what determines how far we get,

Or how much we we stay circling in the labyrinth of our minds.

So premise Suda circled in the labyrinth of her mind for a long time.

And some of you are circling,

Circulating in your mind.

I mean,

We all do until the enlightenment,

You know,

So it's like,

It's all,

You know,

It's just normal.

But I really want to shine a light.

Because this is the last call of the last call,

Right?

Like,

You know,

So I really want to shine a light and the and the way it came to do this was to talk about the Jesus prayer.

Some of you may know this.

The Jesus prayer is Lord Jesus Christ,

Have mercy on me.

It can also be Lord Jesus Christ,

Son of God,

Have mercy on me a sinner,

Which is,

You know,

The old fashioned the old fashioned expression,

It's,

It's,

It's intended to be of humility,

Calling oneself a sinner,

It's not like,

Branding oneself as a failure.

It's,

It's humble.

Now,

This,

The Jesus prayer is to be said continuously.

And it again,

It is where the Eastern religions and Christianity meet is in the Jesus prayer,

Because it actually is to be said,

Like a mantra,

With exactly the same results that finally,

What happens is,

You know,

Somebody who continues to say their mantra,

Will finally hear it being spoken inside them.

It will just be repeated continuously.

And the same thing happens with the Jesus prayer.

Somebody just keeps saying it finally becomes like an internal prayer that has a life of its own.

Okay.

So the Jesus prayer is the part of Christianity that is again,

More mystical,

Mystical,

Like,

You know,

We've talked about this work is more the mystical side of religion.

So the Jesus prayer was part of a focus on the internal life,

Turning inside,

Which is what this set things about,

You know,

It's sort of,

You know,

Christened by archangel Gabriel,

Who,

Yeah,

And his words,

Tell them the answers are inside.

Now,

This Jesus prayer has enormous power,

Just like you say a mantra over and over,

Or the almost teaching of ma om ma on the in breath,

And then om on the out breath.

And ma ma is,

You know,

Compassion.

It's kind of the female face of the creator.

Forgiveness,

Like a hug for mama.

And oh,

Is more like the male side.

It's light.

It's the absolute to say,

Ma,

On the in breath,

And on the out breath.

And the Jesus prayer is Lord Jesus Christ on the in breath.

And have mercy upon me as the in the out breath.

And there's a book that I highly recommend,

Called The Way of the Pilgrim.

And it's written by an anonymous,

You can get it on Kindle.

It's written by an anonymous Russian peasant.

And it talks about his learning of the Jesus prayer,

And his practicing of it,

And what happened.

Now,

The joke is,

As he proceeds,

He gets the body symptoms that we talked about in this work,

Where the heart opens,

Where there's pain in the heart.

And,

Or,

You know,

Feelings of warmth,

Blood,

The heart,

Flood,

The body,

Feelings of lightness,

Being light physically.

So it's all talking about the same thing with a focus on embodying truth.

And this is a step I feel you guys need help and encouragement with taking.

Yeah,

No,

This peasant is just adorable.

He's so humble,

Sincere.

And you know,

He gets robbed.

And then he has a dream where his teacher comes and says,

Yeah,

Well,

You know,

You have to become a little more non attached.

And the thing that really bothered him about being robbed is he lost his Bible.

And another important book,

Which is called the philokalia,

Which is its writings by 25 Holy Fathers on the subject of this ceaseless prayer.

Lord Jesus Christ,

Have mercy upon me.

And it's basically if you,

You know,

If you think of the Holy Bible as a teaching,

Then this book,

The philokalia is a practical,

How to do it,

How to put the Bible into practice.

And these,

You know,

These guys are saints.

So when you read it,

The book has enormous power,

Same with the way of the pilgrim,

That guy,

He's a saint,

He's,

He's living it.

And you can just feel it.

And it's why the book has been around.

You know,

For at least a century,

At this point,

Century and a half.

It would be premature to stream to write a book like that.

That would really help people.

Some of you have a connection with Christianity.

So this prayer may suit you.

The roots were in the early Christianity,

Around the fourth or fifth century,

Where some Christians who wanted to really live it went off and lived in the desert.

And they would repeat this prayer.

They were called the desert mothers and desert fathers.

And it spread to Eastern Europe.

And then it spread to the West,

Somewhat.

They're little pockets.

We do this,

This continuous,

This ceaseless prayer.

You know,

In the book,

It talks about the importance of keeping going with a prayer,

Even when the mind gets distracted.

So you gently pull your mind back.

Same with mantras,

Or the ma om.

And first of all,

It stays pretty heady.

But if you keep doing it,

You start moving into your heart.

And this is where all the group,

The group is stuck.

You guys are stuck around the movement from the head to the heart,

Because there's ambivalence in many of you about moving into the heart,

All of you.

And some of you guys want just to keep going around in your labyrinth and have me keep you company.

And there's going to be trouble with this,

Because we're in the last call of the last call.

And I'm really interested in facilitating movement.

And,

You know,

To remind you guys that you can do it too.

And it can come very quickly.

Your progress can come very quickly.

Now,

One of the things with you guys,

As Westerners,

Because talking about where we can take it too seriously,

We get too intense,

And we force things.

And we try to fix ourselves with force.

And that is not the way at all.

And that's not the way for any prayer or any mantra,

Either,

To be done like that.

Never,

Never,

Never.

You are part of God,

You are a divine being.

You always treat yourself with love and respect.

Always.

And gentleness always.

So,

You know,

The way I came to it in my desperation,

I focused on self compassion,

Like a mantra.

I've been thinking about this the past couple of days.

That's what worked for me.

I,

It became I'd been a Buddhist in other lives,

The whole thing of compassion surfaced.

And I just did it.

I just did it this endless focus on self compassion.

And then I started feeling it.

It dropped from my head to my heart.

And I started feeling self compassion.

And when I started feeling self compassion,

I began to be healed.

Because when you feel compassion for your poor,

Deluded,

Stressed out human self,

That's God,

That's your soul,

You are letting your soul into your body.

The same with what Jenna was talking about yesterday,

When she felt full of space.

That is your embodying your soul energy,

You might feel like that your heart has expanded,

Even a foot beyond your body,

Your you might feel that your head is subtly expanding and getting bigger.

That is you beginning to embody your true nature.

And it will come from a very intense focus on the divine.

And some of you get really stuck on it with an intense focus on your difficulties.

That is your practice,

Really.

An intense focus on your difficulties,

An intense focus on your fears,

And that won't ever get you anywhere.

You're just building a false edifice.

What will get you somewhere is just do I want to wake up or not?

You know?

Always the gap between you know,

Sometimes I'll give you guys an overview.

I'll witness you.

And I'll speak of where your vulnerabilities are,

Your strengths,

Always the way to heal that gap between where you are and who you're born to be is through prayer.

Focus on the divine and witnessing,

Witnessing your actions,

Witnessing how you speak with others,

Witnessing what you're doing,

Like a parent watching a child with love.

But watching the child and ready to correct.

You witness yourself like that.

I did a correction.

Yeah.

I,

You know,

I was hiring a taxi.

You know,

A tuk tuk.

And I wanted him to give me a firm price and he didn't want to and I immediately felt defensive.

I noticed when it's understandable that I would feel defensive.

On the other hand,

I didn't have to feel defensive.

There is nothing to defend myself against.

Because we're talking about like 300 rupees,

It's like $5.

It's,

You know,

It becomes a wonderful world as you realize that you can give up your life of who you think you are,

And become who you're born to be.

And the Creator will give you time.

And if you've got responsibilities,

The Creator will take care of your responsibilities.

I promise you this.

I told you about the time I was having a really rough time spiritually and I hired a nanny for two months.

That's all I could afford.

And then so I was,

You know,

We were completing and she asked to stay because her papers went through.

And it's like,

It saved my life.

Always,

You'll be taken care of.

But I'm kind of like,

I feel like I can no longer be so patient with ambivalence,

You guys.

It's sort of like,

There's a,

It's sort of like a little kid,

Like,

Okay,

It's time to learn to swim.

You know,

It's like the parents are going to be,

They're going on a,

They're going to be sailing around the world.

And they're like some kids who are going to,

And the deal is the kids have to learn to swim before the parents.

Before the parents go,

Well,

If they want to accompany their parents on this round the world trip,

The kids have to learn to swim.

It's just,

And I feel you guys are sort of at the same place.

You could have to start getting more comfortable with the journey.

Many of you,

This isn't all of you,

But many of you.

I don't want to hear about how scared you are of swimming.

You have to learn to swim.

And,

You know,

It's an interesting metaphor,

Because we,

When you evolve,

You,

What will happen is resistance will come up,

And you have to learn to swim through it.

To swim through it.

Until you find what I would call new ground,

And a new perspective,

It's sort of like land emerging out of the ocean,

You're swimming in the ocean,

You think all is lost.

And all of a sudden,

There's an island coming up right in front of you of new land being born of a new perspective that is bigger than you've ever,

A bigger understanding than you've ever been able to attain before and a bigger self image of you being more than you ever thought you were.

And you reach this land and you go,

Oh,

It's worth it.

It's worth it.

I had to swim a bit,

But it's worth it.

Yeah.

So I'm happy to like be there and reassure you,

But I want you to learn to swim.

I'm going to start really ignoring the people that are scared to even go into the water.

Yeah.

This is what parents do,

Right?

Because all the kids want attention,

Right?

Yeah.

And it's where your soul wants you to go.

It's,

It's what's going to bring you happiness.

The safest thing in the world is to speak a continuous prayer.

And some of you you see,

With our Western way,

We're vulnerable because we love our minds.

We really,

It's like it's,

It's a choice.

We either love God or we love our minds.

But really think of it.

I mean,

Because loving God,

You know,

It's sort of like motherhood.

It's a little,

It's deep,

But in a way not much happens.

Sometimes,

Like on a,

You know,

Growth is slow with the kids.

You have to go at their speed.

Sometimes you have to go in the toddler lane.

You walk about half a mile an hour.

That's what like,

Being with God is,

It's like,

In a way,

Not so much happens.

But there's this incredible fulfillment.

It's,

You guys,

You're not fixable.

It is,

It is just how much you want to be in the Creator's energy,

To be,

To embody Amma,

To embody your soul.

And how much you want to keep the patterns from this life and other lives.

Because it all can be healed,

I promise you.

Really,

It's through this continuous prayer.

This is what works.

You just sonic drill your subconscious,

You guys.

Okay.

So you know,

I've given you all these like,

Positive subliminals.

Okay,

When you when you do the mantra,

Or the this ceaseless prayer,

You sonic drill your subconscious.

So that it kind of erases the old patterns.

And it just creates the pattern of uniting with with the Creator.

You see,

It just opens the door to that.

And there'll be uncomfortable moments.

And that's why it's important to have a guide.

And I'm hoping that this,

That this is freeing for you,

You know,

That you go,

Hey,

I can do it too.

Hey,

It's just a matter of really keeping it front and center in my mind all the time.

I can do that.

And you know,

Maybe you're not quite ready to do that.

And and there's,

There'll be some patience,

But I'm a little bit alarmed.

I don't want this group to get like,

Sidelined into just talking about doing it.

Yeah.

Talking about doing the journey.

That book,

The Way of the Pilgrim,

I really hope you read it.

We'll have a pop quiz.

Or there'll be,

You know,

Like in a month,

I'll go,

Okay,

Who read it,

And they'll be and then the people who did,

They'll be in level one,

And everybody else will be level two.

I could do something like that.

One night,

You know,

It's like,

I don't like levels.

But on the other hand,

Sometimes a teacher has to,

You know,

Yeah.

Yeah.

Book club,

Right?

Yeah,

Book club slice Lonely Hearts Club,

You know,

This is what I don't want this,

This satsang to turn into like a Lonely Hearts Club.

You know,

I'm,

I'm really wanting to set people on fire in the best possible way,

To reassure them,

And to inspire them to inspire you guys and reassure you and let's do it.

Because we're in the last call the last call,

You guys,

You don't know what it could get like.

Yeah.

That's what I come back to.

It's like,

It could get so horrible here on earth.

If people don't open their hearts.

That's the bottom line.

That's what I'm saying.

The last call of the last call is like,

Hello.

Yeah.

And there's a level that you know,

When when you're in the journey,

There's level of protection,

Everything,

But you know,

This is what we're facing.

Yeah.

Right.

The access.

Okay.

This is it.

This is important,

You guys.

Your access to the Creator comes in through your subconscious.

Okay.

That's how you access and free up the Creator's energy in your life.

And that's why it's like logic.

You you can't get to God through logic,

Really.

You can't get to have your God through your intellect.

You know,

People can go to church for like 50 years.

They can listen to spiritual lectures for 50 years.

It's whether they open to God at the level of the subconscious.

And that's the level,

You know,

Inner emotional,

Intuitive dreams.

That's why it's important to honor your intuitions.

You might not follow all of them,

But pay attention to them.

And that's why it's important to honor your intuitions.

You know,

If they're contaminated by fear,

You know,

See that.

Look at your data.

See if it's contaminated by fear or not,

Just witness it.

See,

The journey is done really through focusing on the Creator.

Doing your practices and witnessing.

And many of you just fall into that like,

And I've said it over and over and over like that self criticism thing,

You fall under the dictator of your ego,

And you think that what it's saying to you is true.

And I'm talking about a witnessing,

You know,

Witnessing your actions.

It's like me noticing with this Tuk Tuk driver that I immediately got defensive and kind of hard internally.

And I didn't berate myself for it.

I just kind of noticed.

And I felt like,

Oh,

Yeah,

I don't have to be,

I don't have to be defensive.

I don't have to be defensive.

It was kind of like that.

Yeah,

You see,

Kind of a lightness with myself,

You know.

You guys are far heavier and more critical of yourselves than than Prama Sutta is.

Of either you or myself.

This Prama Sutta just sees herself as this bumbling divine being here in human form,

Doing her best.

Really?

Who's who's a little more peaceful now?

And are you really like you guys?

I'm more peaceful.

People listen.

So there must be,

You know,

Something coming through that's useful to them.

Yeah,

But it really it's it's really like that,

You guys.

Yeah.

Right.

Please be that way with yourselves,

Please.

Or notice if you're not notice if you.

Bring in the head.

I used to feel this,

You know,

Kind of an extremely fascist part of my personality.

And it was it was horrible.

It was very separate.

And I really struggled.

But I kept the self-compassion for this woman who feels so separate.

Constant self-compassion.

And then I.

It healed over time.

Started connecting up more and more,

Life got better more and more.

Because one of the things about us,

We're so used to,

You know,

Joining programs where we we join schools,

We enroll in programs,

We enroll in lessons.

That we really it's like we're so trained to just sort of sign up.

And do a program.

And this is being it's not that.

Yeah.

When I first learned the Jesus prayer,

Lord Jesus Christ,

Have mercy upon me.

I well,

I actually,

I first heard it as Lord Jesus Christ,

Have mercy upon me.

A sinner.

I hated it.

The whole idea of like being a sinner.

It's like I couldn't imagine saying that prayer that way.

And like I say,

It was in the old days,

It wasn't considered.

It was just more considered like I'm a bumbling,

I'm a human being.

It wasn't like,

You know,

Miserable sinner.

But the one that the more common version that emerged is Lord Jesus Christ,

Have mercy upon me.

And even mercy used to bother me,

But now I realized that it was like.

We're helpless,

You guys.

The Creator does everything really were just quoted Christ say of myself,

I can do nothing.

We we really just if you just.

At the human level with walling off the divine,

We're just like bits of flotsam and jetsam.

And,

You know.

The Creator is totally in control of our lives.

So,

Have mercy upon me.

Is the admission of that.

But the Creator is total control over our lives.

I'm a I'm is running the show.

Some people might find it easier to repeat that than a mantra.

But you could.

Do the mantra and think of it like.

Whichever one works and how,

You know,

Just whatever feels best.

See,

Where we get stuck as a group is with this,

The going inside.

So,

Many of you aren't so practiced about going inside.

So,

You you sort of stall in familiar spots.

You stall and you're very familiar with these spots.

And the answer is to go deeper.

To.

Hold on to the divine with all your might.

And let yourself go deeper.

Let the Creator solve these things.

Solve these blocks.

Melt them.

Bring you out of these old vasanas from other lives.

Get lifted out of them.

And you get lifted out,

You know,

More easily,

The more pure you keep your mind.

So,

You know,

You don't want to fight negative thoughts,

But witness them at least.

When I saw that Amma gave this,

The president,

The former president of India,

I've forgotten his name,

Of course.

But he was a scientist and he was,

He became president and Amma was very fond of him.

And she mentioned,

You know,

She was speaking to his family about him and saying how high-minded he was.

That's an old-fashioned expression,

But it's this journey,

You know,

Stay high-minded.

Keep your mind up on where you're wanting to go.

You know,

We've got this low-level body-based vibration that's the most common,

Certainly in the West.

You know,

It's the first two chakras,

Focuses on the body.

There's very little higher understanding.

And it's,

Amma says,

It's like we're,

You know,

We're like,

We're like animals.

We just procreate,

You know,

Eat,

Procreate and die,

Just like at the animal level.

That is common.

That's what's common.

People will talk,

You know,

For hours about like a good restaurant to go to or.

But there's a whole,

There's a higher level of living more focused on the creator and living at that level.

And,

You know,

The coming into our hearts.

You know,

Where you guys get caught when you rise up to come into your heart,

You get caught at the solar plexus level,

The control level.

You know,

Often many of you,

If you're rising up past the first two chakras and,

You know,

There's a,

There's a feeling of a loss of control if you go into your heart,

But your heart solves everything.

And life becomes so much richer and warmer and happier.

Even without full enlightenment,

Just.

Letting yourself come in at your heart level.

Yeah.

You know,

Mantras or this ceaseless prayer,

It will,

Your chakras will clear as you do this,

Your kundalini,

If you really do it,

Your kundalini will come in and it will clear your chakras of all your misunderstandings.

One by one.

And then sometimes if you're clearing,

Say,

At the throat chakra level,

There's maybe something of a complex that's connected at the base chakra.

So there's a further clearing of the base chakra.

For that little piece.

And then the kundalini will rise.

To your third eye.

That's how it works.

Till finally it rises to your crown chakra and your crown chakra opens and that's mastery.

But you see,

You have to do something to encourage your kundalini to rise.

If you're thinking negative thoughts and you're worrying a lot about money and everything,

And you're thinking like at a low level way,

And focusing on people's faults,

That stops your kundalini from rising.

That will just keep it stuck.

It's very mechanistic in a way.

You see,

If you get the,

If you understand the mechanistic level of it,

This will help you to avoid getting lost in negative thoughts.

Because if you think,

Well,

I'm just keeping my kundalini stalled,

You'll go like,

Well,

Maybe I'll stop thinking these negative thoughts.

You're so,

It's the challenge for Pramasutra is you guys are so sensitive in a way,

Like little kids who haven't been treated well,

You get crushed so easily.

But then I feel like if I,

Sometimes it,

If I'm too responsive to that,

Then I'm circling around in your labyrinths endlessly.

Do you see?

It's like,

Oh,

Well,

That's not going to work either.

So that's the rub where you guys get crushed,

Or it's sort of like you guys get crushed,

Or I am just hostage to whatever.

You know,

Whatever level of emotional trauma you want to stay at.

You know,

The saving grace of this work is Pramasutra is so honest.

And you know,

But I love you guys so,

So there we are.

Yeah.

But the more you understand,

Yeah,

You're so sweet.

The more you understand where I'm coming from,

You know,

I'm hoping that the more disarmed you'll get,

The more you'll just,

Like,

Know you're loved.

And that Pramasutra is just trying to help you.

Yeah.

It's so dear,

Really.

I can hardly stand it,

You know,

Because it's your sweet faces all looking at me.

And it's just like,

Oh,

My goodness.

It's so adorable.

You have no idea.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And so this,

I'm hoping that as the trust builds,

You can hear stuff from me without getting too insulted,

You know?

And yeah.

You know,

In the book,

The Way of the Pilgrim,

They were talking about,

You know,

That dryness can come with prayer,

That you pray and it just feels like kind of meaningless and dry.

And we go through periods.

It's like what Jenna was talking about where she wasn't having so much fun doing the music.

But then you catch fire again.

You just can't give up.

So if you're feeling crushed and that you're doing something wrong,

Please just make a prayer.

Just give it over to Amma.

Make a prayer to be helped out of this.

Yeah.

You know,

When I would be crushed or make a big mistake or anything,

I mean,

I just would like bang my head against the wall a few times and then I just have to go back to self compassion.

You know,

It was kind of like there wasn't anywhere else to go.

And actually,

That's kind of it on the journey.

There isn't any other place to go apart from to the Creator.

You know,

We're so mixed up at this time.

You know,

We're really,

We're in such a mess,

You know,

And we're also unhappy and confused and we're kind of getting together like in small groups like this.

It's almost like we're on the bonfire,

You know,

Comforting each other.

It's like,

You know,

All we can do really is pray and come together,

You know,

And just hope for the best,

You know.

That's kind of it.

And then notice any kind of improvement,

Any kind of greater happiness or any shift that,

You know,

Pat yourself on the back.

Michi,

I really want you to learn to pat yourself on the back for any forward motion.

If you learn that,

Pramasutra is going to be the happiest woman in the world.

So the sooner you learn it,

Then the sooner Pramasutra can be happy.

I'm teasing you,

Sweet one,

But really medals of honor,

Sweet one.

You deserve them.

Okay.

Yeah.

Right.

Good.

You nodded.

Good.

Happy.

Okay.

Yeah,

That's it.

Okay.

That's good.

It's very dear.

Yeah.

Bye,

Sweet ones.

Bye.

You know that prayer?

Lord Jesus Christ,

Have mercy upon me.

You know,

You could do even all of it.

You know,

You could do your mantra.

And then,

You know,

If you get stuck with that,

Just do the Jesus prayer then.

Or om,

I mean,

Ma om,

Just keep it going.

Don't judge yourself if you get stuck on one of them,

You know.

Has anybody got any questions or comments?

I would love to hear if somebody's,

Whether this makes any sense or what you got from this or if it's too scary to say anything,

Probably.

Hi.

Yeah.

Okay.

Who's that?

Oh,

Suzanne.

Hi.

I just want to share something.

This night,

Stefan told me that I blow out like a whale.

Like a,

Like a big,

Yeah.

It's like a short,

Like my,

Like blow out like a big whale,

Like swimming,

Like swimming in the ocean and this.

Oh,

Like the blowing.

Yeah.

Yeah.

The sound of that whale.

I do that in that night.

I don't know why.

You do that at night time.

Yeah,

Yeah.

It's not funny.

Yeah,

It's funny.

Isn't it?

Yeah.

And why,

Why did you want to say that?

I don't know.

It's funny sometimes how,

How funny the,

The way it comes.

I don't know.

I have asking somehow something before I going to sleep to help.

And then I,

Yeah.

How did you feel when Stefan said it to you?

I laughed and I feel free,

Freer.

I feel,

I don't know.

It's.

So that's funny.

It's very funny.

That's funny.

Yeah.

So he's been to the doctor.

Yeah.

He said.

Yeah.

And he's got his lower back is like a child or.

Like,

Like childhood.

Yeah.

It's this problem.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Well,

May this,

Do they,

Do they have anything they can do for it?

Yeah,

Of course.

It's,

It's not so a big problem.

It's needs time and maybe,

Yeah,

Has to go to osteopath or to some kind of physical.

Yeah.

Yeah.

And so,

But it needs time.

And he said,

It's not so good to do an operation.

No,

No,

No,

No.

Yeah.

You know,

This just feels like this is a really good thing for Stefan to go through.

You know,

It just feels like it's just really good that actually he's being taken care of somehow.

Yeah.

That's my feeling.

Yeah.

And Suzanne,

You,

You,

You put his name on the prayer list,

But not yours.

I,

I,

I put him first.

Yeah,

But I haven't seen your name.

I haven't seen your name yet.

Yeah.

Okay.

I put it on the list.

All the people who,

Who put their families,

Put your ex-husbands up too.

Any ex-husbands.

No,

Really.

Okay.

Yeah.

Well,

I'm thinking for ex-husbands that you have to deal with.

Yeah.

You know,

But yeah.

I'm happy that I have no ex-husband.

Oh,

Suzanne,

You're sweet.

You're very sweet.

Yeah.

We are married for,

Yeah,

30,

Yeah,

32 years.

It's a very long time.

It's a very long time.

Yeah.

But you guys do it very well.

Yeah.

You do.

You do.

Yeah.

You guys really love each other.

Yeah.

Yeah.

Very good.

Okay.

Well,

Thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Has anybody else got any comments at all?

Not that you should.

It's very interesting being here around.

I can see the mountain from where I'm staying.

It's got a,

It's like a double room with a very long window.

And I'm staring directly at that Arantula mountain.

And it's got this power.

It's,

It's,

It really does.

It,

You know,

There are all these temples around here that were all built around the 9th century.

So from way back,

It was decided as,

It was seen as a very spiritual place.

And I don't know whether it's just all the centuries of people coming to this area and praying to this mountain,

This hill,

But it is,

It's,

It's really off the charts.

It's really something.

I,

I got up at five in the morning,

A couple of days ago to walk around it,

Which is nine miles,

You know,

14 or 15 kilometers.

And I walked across,

I walked around the whole thing and,

You know,

Three and a half hours,

And it wasn't stiff the next day or anything.

And it's kind of like,

Okay,

That's pretty cool.

You know,

That's the,

That's the power of the mountain,

Really.

And there are all these people who do it barefoot.

And,

You know,

Pramasutra was not going to do it barefoot.

So,

And I had no conflict about it.

I felt like a sincere seeker,

Even with my flip flops.

But yeah,

It was,

It was something.

It was,

It's got a lot of power.

Yeah.

So this,

Again,

This power is being transmitted to you guys.

Yeah.

Right.

There's a lot of love power being freed up within all of us at this time.

Right.

Right.

And you deserve it.

You're entitled to it.

It's your birthright.

Right.

And remember,

Every step into more love power always feels like a bit challenging.

There's something like,

There'll be some obstacle,

Or there'll be a pain in your tummy like Veronica felt,

Or there'll be nervousness playing your musical instrument or whatever it is.

And you just mantra,

Say your prayer,

Keep going.

And you make a shift into more truth and trust.

And when you realize you can live like this,

You start surfing the waves.

You surf.

Yeah.

Pramasutra used to love body surfing and her youth.

And this,

This work is very much like body surfing.

You catch a wave and sometimes you get,

You know,

Lost or lost in the wave and you're turned upside down,

Backwards and forwards,

But then you find your way out.

Yeah.

Yeah.

I have enormous faith in you,

Which is part of why I'm giving you a little bit of a hard time today.

I have enormous faith in you because you wouldn't be attracted to this work if you weren't sincere.

And really,

I just want to give you permission to allow your sincerity to really rise up in you.

To really feel how important it is for you.

Yeah,

To just live the life you came here to live.

Whether it shows or not.

Yeah,

It doesn't matter.

You guys,

That's why I'm so like,

You know,

My books aren't read.

You know,

Not,

I haven't got millions of followers.

And it's kind of like,

It's like,

Man,

It's like,

I'm in my bliss.

It's okay.

It's okay.

Yeah.

I'm very grateful to you guys.

I am very grateful to you.

But in a way,

You know,

If there were hundreds of people in these satsangs,

It would be kind of hard to do this level of work.

Yeah.

So it's all good.

So please be very loose about what it looks like.

Right.

Okay,

Now remember that prayer.

Lord Jesus Christ,

Have mercy upon me.

You can't see your mantra,

Say that.

Okay,

You guys.

Well,

Yeah,

Bless your heart.

Bless your dear hearts and cheer up.

And remember,

You're much better than you think.

Okay.

I see you.

I see who you are.

Just,

Just,

Just don't listen to the mind so much and pray more.

Okay.

Bye.

Bye.
