This is a really beautiful meditation to boost your immune system.
It's a lying down meditation so make sure you get really comfortable lying down either in your bed or on a mat on the floor,
Whatever feels best.
You can lay your head on a pillow.
You can even put blankets or a bolster underneath your knees to ease your lower back.
Just make sure you feel really comfortable and warm enough for the duration of the meditation.
Once you feel comfortable,
Just taking a moment to either close your eyes if that feels comfortable or to find a focal point to gently focus on in front of you.
And then just take a few really deep breaths,
Inhaling through your nose right down to your belly and then on the exhale exhaling out through your mouth with a huge sigh.
Just letting everything go on that exhale.
Once again inhaling through your nose right down to your belly and then exhaling out anything that doesn't serve you,
Any stories you want to let go of.
And then again inhaling through your nose right down to your belly,
Exhaling out through your mouth with a sigh,
Letting your day so far just go,
Arriving in this moment.
And once you've done a couple more really deep breaths,
Just settle back into your natural breathing rhythm.
And then I want you to bring visualization of a really bright luminescent light pouring through the crown of your head.
So bringing in this really bright luminescent healing light through the crown of your head filling the whole of your head,
The whole of your brain space,
All the cells in your brain just filled up with this light.
And then bringing the light into the whole of your face,
The whole of your head and down through your throat,
The whole of your neck,
The back of your neck filled with all this healing bright luminescent light.
And then bringing this light down to your breast bones,
Your collar bones,
The whole of your chest,
The whole of your heart space,
All of your lungs,
Your ribs,
The whole of your torso and then all of the internal organs,
Your liver,
Your spleen,
Your stomach,
The whole of your digestive tract.
And bringing this very healing elixir of light down your spine filling up the whole of your back,
Your kidneys,
Your gallbladder,
Your lower back.
Then filling the whole of your pelvis,
All of your reproductive organs,
Your hips,
Bringing the light down the whole of your legs,
Your feet,
Your toes.
And then bringing this beautiful vibrant light down your arms,
Your hands and your fingertips.
So the whole of your body,
The whole of your body is filled with this bright luminescent healing light.
Every single organ,
Every single cell in your body is completely filled up with this healing light.
The whole of your being is filled up with the vitality of this light.
And knowing that this light is seeping into your immune system,
The whole of your immune system is being balanced and harmonized by this light.
And feeling this light fill your nervous system,
Bringing it into rest and restoration.
And bringing this light into the whole of your lymphatic system.
And just feeling that this light is moving any stagnant and old energy out in order to bring new vibrant and vital energy into all the systems of your body.
Just allowing this light to bring your whole body into balance and harmony and peace.
And then on the next inhale you're going to visualize the light again pouring into your whole body,
Your whole being,
All the systems of your body.
And then on the exhale you're going to emanate that light from your body and your being outwards as far as feels comfortable.
That may be into your surroundings,
Your community,
People around you,
People you love,
Your family and then eventually the whole planet.
So inhaling light and exhaling that light outwards to as far as feels comfortable.
Just pouring that light into your external world.
And really understanding and knowing that this light is love.
It's the healing energy of love.
And then if this feels comfortable I want you to repeat after me either out loud or inside your head.
I am safe.
I am held.
I am healthy.
I am well.
I am strong.
I am powerful.
And those around me are strong,
Healthy,
Safe and protected.
And you're just going to bring this meditation to a gentle close if it feels right or you can stay in this position for however long feels good.
If you're ready you can just take a few really deep breaths.
Inhaling through your nose right down to your belly and exhaling out through your mouth.
And then wriggling your fingers and your toes.
And slowly bringing your knees up to your chest and hugging them to your chest.
Rolling from side to side just massaging your lower back.
And whenever you feel ready you can open your eyes and begin your day again.
