Being is not the absence of doing, but the choice to exist in a state of presence - radiating the "I Am" essence from our spiritual center. It occurs when we give up fighting ourselves and the world around us, and instead, allow all things to be as they are. When we are in a state of purely being, the peace that is natural to who we are reveals itself. Joy arises, and life begins to radiate a serene beauty that could be called Heaven on Earth.

Hello and welcome to this week's guided meditation.

Today we're going to take just a few minutes to engage the simple act of being.

Being is not the absence of doing.

It's simply the choice to surrender all resistance within yourself and to rest in your wholeness.

To be unified within yourself and within life.

And so to begin,

Find somewhere comfortable to sit and relax.

Maybe even somewhere outside in the sunshine if you can.

And just come to a comfortable seated position.

Let your spine be long.

Feel the crown of your head reaching up towards the sky above.

And ground down through your sit bones.

Feeling heavy and rooted through the base of your body.

And a sense of effortlessness through your upper body.

If you haven't already,

Close down your eyes.

Take a cleansing breath in through your nose and release it out through your mouth.

Letting all the air from your lungs go.

And just breathing two more times just like that in through your nose and exhale through your mouth.

In through your nose and out through your mouth.

Now center more deeply into your body by doing a slow and easy body scan from the top of your head to the soles of your feet.

And as you do,

Notice any areas of tightness.

Any areas of spaciousness.

Knowing that there's nothing to analyze.

Just notice what you notice and be present to it all.

When you're done,

Take another cleansing breath in and out and relax.

Release any conscious effort or strain as you simply be where you are.

Softening more and more deeply into yourself.

Let everything be perfect as it is.

Maybe even silently repeating,

I have no complaints with this moment.

Now open your eyes and look around.

Continue to feel your wholeness.

Let this be a whole and complete moment of being.

Inhale and exhale.

I invite you to enjoy periodic moments of just being as you move throughout your day.

As often as you can remember,

Choose to pause,

Breathe,

And open up to your wholeness.

Look around and simply let everything be as it is.

Enjoying that feeling of union with yourself and with life.

Namaste.

You you you you

Thank you so much, just a gorgeous meditation as always, taking comfort in just being πŸ₯°. I notice how the resistance to the final statement comes up and I know it’s an invitation to go deeper within.
