Hello and welcome to this purely being meditation.

In this living life coach meditation,

I'll be guiding you with gentle prompts to help you align with your heart and live from a place of gratitude in your daily life.

I know from my own experience that we all need a helping hand every once in a while to remind us to breathe,

To check in,

And to connect back to the beauty and goodness of life.

And that's what I'll be offering today.

This meditation can be listened to either sitting or even while moving around in your day.

At various points,

I'll ask you to pause and close your eyes,

But know that this is always optional.

To begin wherever you are,

Take a deep breath in and exhale with a sigh,

All is well.

If it's accessible to you right now,

Pause where you are.

Take a brief moment to close your eyes and place both your hands over your heart.

Breathe.

Feel your chest expanding beneath your palms.

Feel it softly contracting on your exhale.

Feel your heart beating in your chest.

Feel your aliveness.

Let it soothe you.

Gently open up your eyes.

You can release your hands from your heart.

Take in a nice big inhale through your nose and exhale with a sigh,

Letting go of any tension as you do.

Let it dissipate.

Just take a moment to soften,

Softening the outer edges of your body.

Relax your forehead,

Your scalp,

Your jaw.

Relax your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your belly.

See if you can energetically open up the front of your body,

Opening up to life.

Feel spacious,

Open,

And awake to this moment.

See if you can maintain this state of openness,

Especially through the front of your body,

As we move through this meditation.

Take a deep breath in and out.

Relax.

I want to acknowledge you and let you know that you're doing so well.

You're exactly where you're meant to be in this moment,

And everything is conspiring for your good,

For your success,

For your freedom,

And for your ultimate happiness.

Take this moment to release any mental burdens or tensions you've been carrying around and affirm,

I am good.

I am a worthy being.

I'm doing really well.

Everything is always working out for me.

My heart is warm and open to the beauty of life.

Choose one of these mantras that you connect to the most,

And for the next two minutes or so,

Continue to repeat it,

Silently or aloud,

Really connecting to the core energy and essence of each word as you do,

And feeling it in your body,

Feeling the truth of it.

I am good.

I am a worthy being.

I'm doing really well.

Everything is always working out for me.

My heart is warm and open to the beauty of life.

I am good.

I am good.

I am good.

I am good.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Look around you and see if you can notice something beautiful.

Let your focus draw in towards it,

And spend a few moments articulating in your mind what makes it so beautiful.

As you focus upon it,

Let your own vibrations attune to the frequency of beauty.

What does it feel like to be beautiful?

Really tap into and enjoy the feeling of being beautiful.

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Think about something you're authentically grateful for,

Something in your life or your experience that makes your heart feel warm and expansive.

Whatever comes to mind is perfect,

And see if you can get as specific as you can about it.

For example,

If you're thankful for your family,

Articulate why you're so glad to have them in your life.

Whatever you're grateful for,

Really dive into it and why you feel appreciation for it.

Now let this feeling expand within you as you think of a few more things you're grateful for.

Truly anything that makes your heart feel warm,

Open,

And full of appreciation.

Nothing is too small or simple.

I'm going to give you three minutes here,

And I want you to focus on each thing you're grateful for,

For at least a minute or so.

Hold it in your heart,

And thank it for bringing more love,

Beauty,

And goodness into your life.

All right.
