Ok recording started so the icebreaker I guess which just came up for me was yeah what type of tea's do you guys like you can only choose one and you were going to an island to take one tea there no other choices which ones would it be which one would it be okay let's see what people have put lemon ginger I like that lemon ginger rubios yeah I love rubios green tea I don't play with anymore because it increases my energy and it affects me too much I went through a big phase of green tea in the past but it's still got caffeine in it so it's not my thing caffeine messes around with me basically I guess I've got too much energy as it is and actually it makes me anxious that's the other thing I should mention maybe doesn't do that for you guys but it does for me what else have we got Yorkshire gold nice lavender chamomile and rose you have to choose one one choice that's the game jasmine green or chai yes chai is good elderberry and echinacea okay nice jasmine we got another green fan we got a few green fans here when I was in Japan you know Japan's so famous for really good green tea so I was drinking it out there and I don't know why but it was different different to the stuff that I've got and it just gave me this great rush of energy awesome green tea out there but yes since then I haven't had any green tea or anything caffeinated basically anything that changes my state I avoid now basically but that's another story perhaps alright so there's a few people here oh peppermint that's a good one too let me just finish this okay so I hope you're doing nicely whatever you're doing you could be walking you could be sitting down like me and you might experience this in different ways you could be experiencing this as if like someone said to me the other day it's like coming to a jazz bar when they come to one of my talks or they listen to one of my talks maybe that's how you experience it jazz bar,
You're just chilling or you might experience it as you're on the move and this is the way you like to consume stuff right that's great too maybe you're walking maybe you're doing something in parallel or you might be lying down whatever works for you and put something in the chat how do you consume this content or content in general I love to learn how people are and what you're doing right now what are you doing right now?
And it's interesting because today's event is going to be a special one.
I didn't plan for it to be special actually and to be honest all all of the events are special for me anyway I don't know about you guys but yeah it's special for me.
Today is extra special I just realized it a few moments ago I was checking in on my insight timer profile and it said it's been one year from today that I have been on insight timer as a teacher running these events one year only one year feels like way longer than that so it's my one year anniversary that's the first reason why it's turned into a special event and it's crazy because I've run like I don't know how many but it must have it's been at least 80 sessions or something like that in this year I don't know that's a guess once a week but then sometimes more than once a week so yeah let's just say 80 thanks guys and it's timely because I've challenged myself and I'll talk about this a bit more later as well I've challenged myself today to a project let's call it committed to a project today and I had to choose anything I was challenged by a coach and to choose anything that feels like it would light you up inside not like a goal of like hey if I put this amount of hard work into something then it will happen that's different because that's like hard work alone will take me there I put it put this amount of work it will take me there what I'm playing with is something that's beyond like a goal is more of a place you're coming from a direction that's how I like to play direction versus a goal goal just feels I don't know doesn't feel right for me sometimes to say goal say direction or or project that I'm working on because then that brings it into the present moment goal is like oh that thing over there okay yeah well what if something changes I'm more of a present focused person direction I'm here now oh look that way okay let's go that way great and this is what I'm gonna be challenging you guys to do as well in this session I'll come on to that too so my direction my project that I'm working on is to make bigger impact bigger impact I'm calling it because I like to make fun names out of things as well right it's not so serious and again I'll invite you to do this in the session later I'm trying to model for you before I get into that I'm trying to model that this is stuff I do as well so the name of the project which I haven't decided yet I've just been playing around with it is project giants raw project giants raw feels kinda fun for me to think of it like that oh I get to work on this project giants raw what that really means is me roaring out more impact into the world creating ripples across you guys across everyone across whoever I talk to across whatever I post creating ripples roles vibrations across everything so that's what I'm going to be spending more time on for the next few months my fun little project making impact finding ways I can do more talks in front of people in teams and finding ways I can I can speak to more people help more people creating these these ways to do it right just every day something to move towards that tiny thing that's project raw giants raw sorry so why am I saying this because today's session I have titled using spirituality as a tool to create what you want that's why you're here right so it must have sparked something in you some kind of interest because I spent a lot of time using like this thing called spirituality as an escape from the outside world I spent a lot of time thinking I'm so stressed I'm so stressed I'm so like this and that I've got to go and meditate that will that's it yeah that's what I gotta do so it became like firefighting oh there's a fire let me go inside my shell and being a cancer by sign star sign apparently that's natural so someone told me family is natural is anyone else a cancer here and by the way I'm not I'm not like one of those people who are like clicks you are like oh you're you're cancer to your cool let's be friends we're all the same no I think all signs are fine all signs are great I've not really been into signs that much but yeah some of the traits are useful to know they're useful here's why I haven't been into science a little sidetrack because I think it can define the person it can be like oh this is what I am okay okay that's what I am it's like a label an identity and then we use that as an excuse oh yeah I'm this that's why yeah it's not me it's not my fault I can't do anything about it I'm powerless it's just my sign that's why I'm not that much of a fan but it does give an indication of some patterns of behaviors from the mind but when working in the realm of spiritual I mean spiritual beyond signs star signs when working in that realm you can go beyond your signs you can go beyond what the signs say so that's a bit of a sidetrack but coming into why I was saying that and let me know what comes up for you guys in the comments I want to hear like I'm not saying I'm right by the way it's just what I've come across what occurs to me I guess I want to I want to hear different views on this I want to learn so feel free to share and why am I saying this because it's easy to use what we know and then turn that into meaning like the world is something's happening in the world so then we turn that into meaning and then we have this other procedure in place of okay I'm under stress I'm under you know this is happening this means this so then the procedure is okay I gotta go do this thing like I gotta go do this meditation I gotta go do this breath work but I go do this do this do this inside inside the shell and this is it's a really intricate topic because some of that's useful some of that is definitely useful but I guess what I'm trying to say is what are you using it for using spiritual practice for PISM for escaping hiding away running away from fears that's the fine line versus using it as expansion using it as something that expands you that's where the magic is and that's what I was doing that's why I'm saying this right all of the things I talk about are based on my life experiences so if it ever sounds judgy or I'm looking down at anyone just remember this is like this is real life stuff for me this is stuff that I've gone through and I just want to share so people people can see things differently because I didn't for a long time right you kind of got to think about it like everything I'm saying I say to people imagine you're at a buffet and there's everything to choose from all these things I'm saying you can you can have all of it you can take it all if you want like a buffet or you could just take bits that serve you right great that's my invitation of how to listen just take what you want I don't get offended so good so it can be used as a tool of escaping because when the world gets tough when there's things happening in our mind like we're overthinking or we just something's just in there it's like okay I gotta I gotta slow this down I got it I got to do something I got to control this this is getting out of hand I got a control I got to stop this thing this this is too much this head these emotions are too much I've got to do something it's all this pressure this pressure to save oneself from what could occur so now the spirituality is being used as a mechanism for ultimately us believing our mind we believed it we were bought into it now we bought into everything the thoughts are saying and they feel real feel realistic the the body's there too the body gets involved it's like our thoughts are saying this okay I better turn on the adrenaline I better turn on the adrenaline right now there's a danger here and then we hear that again so we say oh okay now the body's involved I've really got to do something now it's too much so I used to run a lot so run and lift heavy weights definitely killed off the energy it worked so I'm not saying this stuff isn't working or useful right it's not I'm not judging you I'm just saying is there a need all the time to go in that inward cave because what I realized now it's like I've gone layers and layers deeper right I've gone from like okay I've got a firefight I've got to go do this stuff I've got to go do this and then I've got to analyze my thoughts and find out what the psychology is behind this I've got to go into my past and and uncover the all of the trauma I did that too that was it was useful as well it's great but then there's another layer deeper there's layers and layers deeper and now I realize that wasn't even useful because that means I'm I'm reconfirming that these thoughts are real if I'm going into all of those memories I'm saying oh okay oh yeah these thoughts are real so I got it I got to do stuff with them I got I got to analyze them it might be hard to like take this in because like I said it feels very real it's been ingrained into us that the habit of it but like practice why you're here I'm sure is to practice letting go of that not firing that system so when I got deeper and deeper here's ultimately where I've come to now the anxiety the lack of confidence I felt the pain the body firing up the emptiness the feeling like I've got a bigger purpose than this all of that tension all of this searching every way of looking for answers all of the reading and constantly looking for something I realized it all came down to something in me that wants to live that isn't being allowed to live something in me that wants to evolve and do something bigger with life that is being shadowed being covered up so now now that's how I see it I say okay there's that something there how about I just focus on that just that what is it that I really want just find that all the other things can be and I'm saying can be I'm not saying definitely I'm saying can be distractions distractions although I gotta sort this stuff out I've got to work on this problem well that problem is there because you you there's something you really want in life that you're not giving attention to something deep in there that wants to express itself an expression so that's why I've created this session my long answer to give you some background that's what spiritual development means to me these days it means expressing oneself an expression they're like you see dancers you see singers you see artists whatever whatever just light someone up business creating a business whatever creating experiences life experiences that's spiritual development a real-life spiritual development that's living in it you're living in it now you're is there is the inside world and the outside world now it's not just this inner retreat the cave now you're you're you're in it and maybe this is challenging right now in your life maybe you've got responsibilities you got all this stuff right but to really really know that right now you've there's nothing holding you back that's like that's really living that's that's spiritual development nothing holding you back you can do whatever you want express yourself so let's pause there what comes up for you guys have you been here for 27 minutes hearing me talk non-stop and you're just you're still here for some reason what is the reason why you're still here what have you got from this so far you could be making more tea you could be doing whatever right now but you're still here you know this there's so many options of what you could be doing in your life right now but you're here listening to me talk so tell me what have you got from so far right in the comments what insights have you had which part of that speaks to you it's kind of like when you listen to music and you hear one note and it's just it brings something up in you yeah what what note did you hear and I'll go into this more after that and questions as well feel free to ask me questions ask me any question put it in the chat and I'll answer a few yeah so Adriana said it feels very relatable and synchronistic right okay wait was it gone yeah okay awesome what else oh and someone said something about personal development junkie I haven't read the whole thing but I want to talk about that in a moment too because that's also something I've I've been let's say and still am we say that assuming you can be in a cave in some aspects of your life but be out of the cave in others yeah for sure it's you like here's the thing oh let me come back to that let me just read the comments first here's a task oh sorry as an expression rather than a task or a goal yeah exactly an expression of what's inside you right personal development junky parts yeah oh yeah calendar that's too full yeah tell me about it I've done that so many times I've had a calendar full of personal development junky parts let's call it like Stevie said which has been endless endless amounts and then reading endless amounts of books I read like I read 116 books last year and at first I was like oh wow and then secondly I was like oh my god like what the hell are you doing what is going on and don't get me wrong all of the books were very useful they were great but it's about balancing how you spend your time right personal development so much inner stuff so much overload can be overload but then coming back to this question I said is what wants to be expressed through you what would you love to create in your world really have you know you you can say oh I don't like my job and complain about your job well how about you create a new job doesn't mean you quit and you escape and it's not like oh this is a quick escape I'm done with it and it's like an emotional thing where you walk out and you throw all of your stuff on the floor doesn't have to be like that it's from a calm place you don't like your job okay let's week by week slowly look for jobs new jobs if you say there's nothing out there well okay just keep trying one of my clients and she might listen to this later she wanted a new job which was more related to what she's passionate about which is bringing change to people right inspiring people and she's she said this is not possible I can't find this no way so we continued working on her who she is being in the world how she's interacting her habits how she's seeing the world certain practices actions and then also actively look for some jobs do that I gave her a task so go and look for some you're not rushing to get it escape but just you know just keep your eye out feel into it you have all the all to play for you're already full and whole you're already full and whole but you can create whatever you want she ended up messaging me and saying Raj you won't believe it I've got a job offer which is paying me much more it's what I want and I'm yeah I'm just so excited I can't believe it it got created because she took life into her hands instead of playing the oh this is happening to me that's what I did too I did that for most of my life this is happening to me I'm a victim to my own life to everyone everyone's messed me up all of you guys you know you're to blame well it's not really it doesn't really matter even if that's true even if all of that's true they are to blame okay how does that help you you know it's just happening like David said exactly if somebody was looking at the scene of you living your life somebody who didn't know you just watched it through they would see it from a different perspective so what I do quite a lot is I'll get someone to get out of their own head and they imagine they were a fly on the wall watching this watching that observing then you get the truth you take away all the filters all the filters and distortions of the mind then you know what you can do in life you know your potential that's you know they this thing about becoming a realized being you know they say oh they're realized how your realized being just means you realize the truth the actual truth and you realize your potential and that's just something so I can go outside right now and I can see the cars on the street I can wave my hand or even just like stand on the road and I can go and talk to one of the passing drive if I'm in their way yeah of course they have to stop or they can run me over who knows but I can talk to them and I can say hey um what's your name do for work no okay you may be your hostile towards me we're strangers of course but I can create that situation I've created it by deciding to go outside I can create any situation oh I don't like my job okay I'll create a situation where I find jobs and that's like tapping into that that potential inside instead of being all inside world looking searching forever for answers like I did forever like it's a forever search it's a maze at some point you have to say this is what I want in life deeply at the core of myself this is deeply what I want not the surface level stuff deeply this is what I want I want to feel love I want to feel free and then thinking how do I use life to help me access that I want to have my project of creating more impact well that comes from a spiritual place from deep inside the core of me and then it's like roaring out through my heart and then through my throat and I'm speaking to you guys now you see that's how I want you to think about this stuff so what comes up for you guys I'm gonna see if I can catch up with the comments and I'm not leading I don't think I'll be leading a practice today I might do a short one I think some of the other but I do question on Thursday where it will be more practice based let's see who has questions about creating their world from the inside it's a creative project you know you think about kids they give them a bunch of crayons and then they're like oh cool look this is a house and you might look at it and say I've done this before I've looked at it and I'll be like it doesn't look at all like a house I wouldn't say that to them but in their world they they're creating a house they're getting they're having fun with it they've just created a drawing of a house because it's come from something in them they're playing with life and here's the things that usually come in the way number one is energy and let's start with physical energy to access a deeper part of yourself this the spiritual part and to have energy to do stuff in the world we need like bodies need to be working for us right for us like a like our machine so that's number one that has to be in place whatever works for you like what's stopping you from having physical energy that's what I'd ask you right now write that down if you've got a pen what's stopping you from having the most physical energy could be foods it could be habits it could be movement could be something else could be not sleeping enough I don't know and then think about where is your mind draining energy so I mean thoughts and emotions how's your mind draining energy from you because that will connect with the body you know I lived in fight-or-flight mode for most my life actually I didn't know that at the time I just thought that's how life is like oh and it's tense and it's a rush and I thought that I I'm more sensitive to others so my whole body was fired up when I had anxious thoughts and I had I also had a lot of social anxiety as well so if there's people around or like groups of people I would be tense I'd start sweating so I used to wear dark darker clothes or clothes that wouldn't show any sweat I had all these tactics in place I carried around something so I can wipe my forehead a lot there's all these like tactics in place to try and feel safe so the thinking occurs and then the body gets involved and then the body sweats and then you you start thinking about the sweating and saying oh my god it's happening again and then it becomes a shame response the feeling shameful wishing nobody sees and trying to look cool that's what I did anyway then trying to escape I've got to go okay I gotta go or pretending I had a phone call did that one a lot I pulled out my phone and I pretended I had a phone call and then went to the bathroom and just looked at myself in the mirror saying what the hell like when is this gonna stop it's never stopped so anyway that's that's a bit of a personal story so how is your mind in your body and your emotions connecting to each other be aware of that I'll invite you right now to think about that someone said to me will I be guiding a meditation well let's call this active meditation what kind of things from your mind take your energy start logging them you yeah a lot of people tell me that they say they get meditated when they when they have a session with me so my clients say that they leave a session meditated so sometimes purposeful meditations sometimes just just being in the energy of reflecting and going into yourself it's ultimately what meditation is is observation it's awareness so what is in the way of you becoming more calm what things what people places things thoughts habits and search deep into your heart and ask yourself what is it I really want to express into the world whether that's expressing that to a person or through a business through something you're passionate about some impact you want to make what wants to come out it's trying to come out that's why anxiety exists because this thing is like trying to climb out trying to climb out of this tunnel but it's holding on for dear life and then something stamps his hands and then it falls down again to the bottom of the to the bottom of the he the tube let's call it it's trying it's trying no wonder it feels uncomfortable to get anxious or to it to to think a lot no wonder is uncomfortable because this is not what's true it's not what's really true about us and that was a massive realization for me too I said hold on when I am naturally in a state of like bliss or calm when I'm just in nature or present or like with someone that I enjoy I mean I'm oh I'm feeling fine I'm feeling good I didn't have to do anything everything is just flowing better my realization was that our body's always trying to go to that place our mind our system our being it's always trying to go back to that place it's only us and our analyzing that gets in the way so then there then we shift into that anxiety mode tension because it's not natural I used to think that was natural I used to think it was natural to be tense oh yeah life is a rush life's hard life is like this I used to think that the the the momentary those like seconds of peace or those moments where I was out in nature I thought those were the rare moments that are like once in a lifetime moments no that's not true that's actually what our body's always doing what how do we go to the bathroom how do we sweat is our body's just constantly getting us back to equilibrium it's always trying to do that so expressing what wants to come out that's natural that's that's the thing that wants to come out there not letting it out that's when anxiety tension comes so that's what I think really spiritual spirituality is spirituality is expressing that's where I've come to now I don't know maybe in a year's time when I'm doing my next session my next anniversary session I might say something different that's what occurs to me as truth at the moment so that being said what comes up for you and I want you to challenge you right now I want you to put into the chat what you would love to create what would you create into the world what wants to be expressed this let me ask in that way instead what wants to be expressed imposter syndrome yeah you know it's interesting because I tell people to lean into imposter syndrome instead of trying to figure out like what it is or that is a problem I say great you're feeling like an imposter awesome I'm actually really happy for you one of my clients she said something about well like her mind's coming up when she wants to do these new things and she said I have to stop them it's just it's doing this stuff when I'm trying to do all these new things you know she was trying to fix that she's trying to fix this thing of like feeling like an imposter and I was like why why are you doing that that's natural of course you're gonna feel like an imposter why are you trying to fix that that's just madness it doesn't make any sense but that's just us trying to get into that comfort zone again it's not gonna work you're not gonna get comfortable if you're doing something that's feeling new or challenging it doesn't work like that it's like if you were to tell a kid to start riding a bike he's gonna feel like an imposter too he's not gonna want to do that thing it's like if you were to tell me to jump out of a plane and I just walked on there casually like oh yeah hey hey guys and how's it going on the plane and everyone's freaking out and I'm just like oh yeah I'm having some tea and and then I just like slide out of the plane like it like is nothing doesn't make sense of course I'm gonna be scared of course it's gonna be crazy there's there's no need to do anything with imposter syndrome the more you try and do the more you're gonna get tense because you're turning it into a problem it's like if I said oh I'm so like concerned about my beard and how it looks so I'm just gonna be in the mirror all the time now looking at my beard because I think there's something wrong with it is this addictive obsession of trying to fix stuff that doesn't need to be fixed but of course that's just how we work as humans right happens to me too so I'm not I'm not judging just having the awareness of what's going on really it helps you get out of that fixing mode so tell me more things that you'd like to express in your year if you put it in the chat that means you've made a decklet into the world you made a declaration that hey I'm a bit scared to even say this but this is what I'm gonna do and it's like you kind of giggle inside and you're kind of scared at the same time because you don't really believe it's possible but let me just type it okay why not I mean let me play this weird game it doesn't matter part of you knows that if you declare something something in your soul knows you're declaring what you want instead of running away from what you don't want declare what you want when people sometimes talk to me they say I don't want to do this I don't want to feel this way I don't know where I read it I don't know if this is true by the way but our brains don't recognize don't if you say I don't want to feel anxious well in here's anxious your brain here's problem focus on that problem focus on fixing fix fix fix fix something's wrong so I have to fix it's like if you know people get these things where they get they get paranoid that there's something happening it becomes like that it's paranoia there's nothing actually wrong but there's this paranoia that there is it's like if I was going outside every day if I was opening my front door thinking that someone's someone someone's out there like who's that someone's watching me someone's watching me through my windows I'll be like constantly looking at my windows thinking someone's watching me and I'll face I'll be like oh yeah yeah yeah that person's watching me yeah what are they doing why are they watching me it comes paranoia of something that doesn't it is not true so don't talk about what you don't want say what you actually want it's such a different feeling everyone gets challenged when I when I say this to them they are hmm hmm what I want hmm hmm it's more challenging than what you don't want usually that's just how we work sometimes right so what do you want what wants to be expressed through you that feels scary to do so what do you want to create in the world because it's like you become that kid with the crayons and say oh I'm drawing a house and like I said I'll look at the kids drawing I'll be like that doesn't look like a house at all in my head but they're having fun creating it that's all that matters so what would you like to have fun creating and I'm repeating it more and more just so they so you really take this on what do you have fun creating in the next three months let's say let's add some closeness to it now three months if you spend three months focusing on one thing just one some way of expressing this like life in you feeling aliveness feeling like you're jumping out of bed because you have something to focus on for the next three months what is that this is how I would challenge someone in front of me I will I will make sure that they're really tapping into that what is it that you want to create that makes you feel alive that you you know I'm not just this fleshy thing going to sleep and then I wake up tired or then I do my work and then I've got this stuff to do and then is the you know it's not really aliveness yeah we have responsibilities me too I don't just sit on insight time all day I have work to do as well right but what would you like to spend three months doing that's gonna make you feel alive just a tiny bit of your time each week each day put it out there say I want this few people are doing it now awesome you're declaring that well done you're making a declaration into your life this is spiritual power this is what you use it for not just sitting in inside all day and then it bubbles up and then what do you do with it now or not using spirituality as an escape like I used to it's useful for that sure like it definitely is but I'm talking about that next level now I'm talking about that next level being with your life creating your life it's so exciting it's like you're you've got a paintbrush and you say ah fun I'm gonna paint I'm gonna put just one stroke of red today one stroke and then the next day you say okay I'm gonna put a stroke of green on this canvas just one nothing more you do that over a year then you have something that's how life works you put a few strokes amazing look oh wow three months I've got this cool this is so cool I've made this from nothing Wow this has come from my creative force okay so you see I'm getting fired up about this that's that's how I'm excited that's how excited I am about this go to tap into this and I want you to tap into it now I was very passive for a lot of my life very passive like hey I've got these problems and I've got to sort them out it was useful very useful but why I'm here now is to help people see the things I couldn't see in the past I've I've got different levels of awareness now basically let's call it so let me read a few out I want to create being with my family says no per awesome being I love that you use being with the quotes yes being again that's you tapping into that truth inside that real being mode share photography I'm gonna scroll up a bit so share photography more with the world in creative unique ways Deanna yes Deanna this is happening you you have to commit to that because it sounds like you're excited for this me says more love the public art walking trails oh I love that it sounds a lot of fun what else let me keep scrolling up and see if I can grab a few art dance poetry and love says Adriana awesome Neil says more laughter yeah that's a good one and I'm gonna pause on that one for a second LSD not the drug but laughing singing and dancing great energy love sing and dance laughing and dance find more ways to laugh sing and dance and you'll shake yourself out of that like into a pit okay anyone else declare something in the chat put a declaration in there don't worry I'm not gonna hold you to it this is for you this is for you to declare and then go and do whatever you want to do with it write it down on a big piece of paper send yourself a reminder I used to do this in the past I used to send myself a calendar invite every day which said to me what I was focusing on in that moment every day I look at my phone and it says this there's no way to escape it now I've put that into my life or a post-it note something that you just see your declaration you're doing this there's nothing gonna stand in your way nothing can stand in your way when once you declared it once you keep on working on it Pammy says her heart is pounding right now yeah interesting I'm glad mine too actually I get excited sometimes and this is where it comes from all of this stuff I'm expressing it's coming from here it's not even me anymore so I'm glad that your heart is pounding you've put it off for years yes what are you creating Pammy I can't see what you're creating in the chat all right what else let me read a few more out Bimbo says I want to where is it gone I want to start and finish my painting it's not gonna take me three months yeah I love that catch done go and go and do this man it's gonna be fun once you've got it you're like whoa like this thing I've had a daughter but it's there it's real and I say this to people who are creating a business because I get a lot of people these days who want to start some kind of business right and and I say this is an expression of you like all this strategy all of these thinking ideas these tools and marketing and sales yeah that's that's stuff but it all has to start with you at the deepest core your business has to be an expression of you that's the only way it's gonna succeed if if the employee who's you is showing up at their best all of the other stuff doesn't matter you know I'm gonna say a sweeping statement it doesn't matter because it all comes from the core starts from one place so anyone thinking to open a business yeah awesome great you're doing that but come back to your core and drop me a message if you if you are doing that kind of stuff yeah I'd love to hear about it it would be fun because I never thought I could start a business no way confused by all of the thinking and the strategy and what do I do you and all of that it's just an expression of who you are if you come from that place your business will succeed no matter what so yeah if anyone wants beginning of the call if anyone missed it I've got a project called I've just named it today called project Giants raw and my project for the next you know this is my commitment I'm playing with you guys too I'm not like this guy who stands in and doesn't walk his talk I'm not one of those guys you know there's there's a bunch of them out there and no judgment but I'm not one of those guys who just talks just reading out of a book or the script or copying someone else no this is what I'm living so project Giants raw is my my focus at the moment starting from just today is to make more impact and the way I'm going to do that is by connecting to more people like here hosting these things but also I want to do it more actively and look for more speaking opportunities so ask people hey like what do you do for work would you love to have me as a speaker would it be useful if I came and spoke about something leadership or marketing business or being heart expression that's one of my favorite things to talk about so I'm going to start reaching out to people and say yeah do you know anyone that would find it useful to have me speak in front of them a group for 30 minutes just because I want to increase my impact that's what the Giants raw means it's expressing something that's inside that giant that we all have inside roaring out so I'm playing too my I want to is I want to have more impact ripples so maybe I have an impact on some of you guys today and then you guys go and do your project you want to be more assertive and honest about your feelings says Harish maybe you start doing that from coming to date today's session maybe you're more honest about your feelings to your friend or partner or whatever and then they become more honest and then they go and do it with their friends and they all started because you came here today and I'm not trying to take credit for that at all I'm just saying like something probably did it for me as well so it's just ripples it's just things start occurring so that's the project I'm working on too like I said I'm playing and I'll even ask you guys right now is there a team that you have or the place you work or a group of friends or a community that you're in where you love to have me speak there I'll just come and do something like this so there's a hundred and eight of you here my invitation send me a message tell me if you would like to connect with me and have more impact from me and that's my way to play my game that's my action for this project reach out to me drop me a message look that's me modeling this thing now look I'm creating that from the inside from the spirit and then I'm using my voice to say okay I'm gonna ask these guys on the call I'm gonna tell them I'm gonna say hey like do you know anyone do you know to have me as a speaker that's me taking action on what I want inside even if it feels uncomfortable I'm gonna do some uncomfortable things for this project I'm gonna contact some people that I probably wouldn't have done before I'm gonna do things like this and invite you guys and say hey if you want to connect with me do it send me a message so that's what happens once you take action tiny actions so my next invitation now you've made your declaration now you've said what you want what's one tiny action that you have to take one tiny action that's gonna move you there write that in the chat if you want or you could just keep that to yourself but I still invite you get a piece of paper write what you want and then write the one tiny action let's say David's one is to create joy for me and others so David it's time for you to play play the game you know the tennis the tennis player he's in he's in his zone before the game he's like yes I'm gonna play my game I'm ready I'm gonna win eventually has to step on the court and play he has to move his racket so what's one tiny way you can create more joy for you and others David what can you commit to doing tomorrow that's gonna create more joy for you and others who else let me see the comments cricket says creating art yeah it's one tiny thing you can do for that shantay says creating healing and self-discovery for others through arts and yoga yes love the declaration there continue to connect and communicate with others whose mission to do the same yeah what are you gonna do tomorrow to make this happen one time write it write it down somewhere and then go and do it tomorrow clear space declutter yeah I've had to do that myself exactly clear your space done action done commit to it Pammy is fired up me too so that's where I'm at for today guys and I want to ask you what's coming up for you now if you've been there from the beginning after an hour and 15 minutes or you're listening then what's been most useful from today what have you got from today what shifted for you put something in the comments it's what I asked my clients when I have a one-to-one session with them because it's a great way to reflect back it's not for me it's not for me to say oh great look I feel so good because people have said these great comments about me it's not about that I've passed that phase it's still nice right of course still nothing but that's not the purpose of it it's for you to reflect and say okay I've been in this session for an hour and 15 minutes what are you leaving with what feels different put that into the comments write that down again that deepens your practice it deepens the marinating effect I like to call it it makes that shift even more powerful you'll write it in the comments what are you taking away I may never see you again so like I said this isn't about me I may never see you again I may never talk to you ever it's just about you taking that in and then going and taking action thrilling to witness me being in my moment yes in my zone if I'm honest this means a lot to me because this is what I do help people get out their heads out the head and into what's possible and then go and do it it's great to know what's possible but then go and do it tiny way so I'm glad you've got something yeah from my ripple today hope hope you guys ripple to someone else Raj is ripple maybe I should call it that interesting and you know if you don't take that tiny action there's a warning you're gonna feel terrible because now you're fired up and now you're like oh yeah it's all possible yes I'm excited now you have to go and do it if you're gonna your soul is gonna tell you it's gonna say hey you hey you woke me up hey hey you woke me up and you said it's time to live in the world and now you're not doing it that's the biggest pain ever I've had that your soul won't let that go now you've awoken it it will cause you more suffering if you don't step into that tiny action trust me suffering is based on not fully expressing not fully living not fully being who we are that's that's it forget about all the rest just stay with that okay what are people saying awareness is key and taking action to make change yes Elizabeth Emmy says she's going to create something positive each day today nourishing meals and watercoloring awesome nice I like that nourishing meals is great it definitely helps definitely helps fires let's call it a joiner says this was cozy but inspiring all at once I feel everyone's eager energy and I'm out here no I'm here filling out my schedule nice make sure you're creating yeah great commit I don't feel alone in my anxiety and fears that's my biggest takeaway great I'm glad yeah that's a great thing actually not fun our trap in this world and no one else feels this way sometimes I use that when I'm speaking to people this is and this is how other people feel and they're just so surprised we think it's just us really ever is but it feels that way it feels true so yeah it's what it is that's what it took us eat and drink healing things every day nice great yeah you know like now if I this might sound kind of weird but if I eat things that don't feel like real food I it hits me hard it really hits me hard I feel the shift is not like in my head either really does something but here's the thing like you have to always catch when is your head making things up and what is actually true because I've been at the opposite of like yeah I've got to eat all this healthy stuff and and sometimes it wasn't the food that did something sometimes it is so you see like you said I can't tell you exactly but you have to work this out for yourself you have to the number one thing I want to teach people is how to go from how to notice psychological behavior the mind the illusions and how to know absolute truth that's ultimately what I'm doing in the world with people how to how to distinguish then you're free because then it doesn't matter nothing matters now because you you you're in control of your life nothing can do anything to you but you can be aware of how things actually really truly do affect you all right I'm gonna leave it at that guys but what I will say is yeah number one one year so since I've been doing sessions on insight timer that's awesome so I'm happy about that I invite you to in
