Only listen when you can safely relax and are able to get as comfortable as possible.

Hi,

My name is Robert Aceves and I welcome you to this meditation to sleep deeply in 20 minutes.

This is a very simple meditation that will help you sleep more soundly in just a few minutes.

By following the instructions of this meditation,

You will achieve deep sleep and a gradual relaxation.

All you have to do is listen to what I'm going to tell you.

To begin with,

I'll remind you that your mind and your body are connected.

Therefore,

By relaxing your mind,

Chances are that your body will also relax deeply.

This will help you to sleep more soundly.

So,

If you agree and you would like to achieve a deep sleep and pleasant rest,

I'm going to ask you to find a comfortable position for you in a place where no one is going to interrupt you for the next several minutes and where you can listen to my voice comfortably and close your eyes.

Once you're in a safe place and you're ready to release your body in a conscious way,

Let's start to mentally remembering everything you did throughout your day.

That's it.

And as you continue to remember what you did throughout your day,

You can also focus your attention on your breath.

Inhaling and exhaling.

This will help prepare your body to enter a deeper and more pleasant state of relaxation.

Since there's a very nice feeling that comes from being able to let go of the past and being able to use your attention to enter that state of deep concentration and deep relaxation more quickly,

Then you can already notice how your body is starting to feel heavier.

It is as if this heaviness feeling begins to invade your whole body with each breath.

And with your eyes closed,

You can feel how your entire body feels heavier and heavier.

Your arms and your legs are feeling heavier and heavier.

It's a very nice feeling of relaxation that begins to increase more and more.

And it starts to spread throughout your body.

And it helps you to relax more easily.

And to help you relax more easily,

I'm going to count from five to one.

And when I reach one,

You'll allow yourself the opportunity to enter into an even deeper and more pleasant relaxation.

Five,

You can feel your body as it already feels more comfortable and there's less desire to move.

Four,

There's less need to pay attention and listen to my voice.

Three,

You can already feel more and more relaxed.

Since you can allow yourself to let go of all of your body,

Then any worries are disappearing.

Two,

You feel calm and inner tranquility and all the thoughts of your day are disappearing.

And in their place,

There's this great inner peace.

And with the next number that I'm going to say,

You'll finally be able to let go of all the physical tension and emotional tension in your body.

One,

A complete relaxation of your body,

Relaxing you from head to toes and relaxing your mind.

It's a beautiful feeling of well-being and inner peace that helps you heal more and more with each breath to enter new levels of relaxation that perhaps you've never experienced before.

Because now you can perceive all the peace around you and serenity surrounding your body.

And this helps you to double the amount of relaxation that you can experience on your body and in your mind.

And since your mind and your body are connected,

Your mind can relax and your body falls asleep.

And the next moment follows,

Emptying your mind completely from all the thoughts.

There's nothing left,

But this moment of peace,

Tranquility,

And relaxation.

And suddenly,

That the heaviness has become a sensation of pleasurable laziness.

It's a positive laziness because you know you needed it.

Your body begins to experience various pleasant sensations.

And it is a calm that begins to manifest itself in different ways.

It is as if your body is starting to produce the necessary chemicals for this deep relaxation that will help you sleep more soundly and all night long.

And you notice how these chemicals are responsible for solving any physical tension and any thoughts that appear quickly.

And you feel great.

Your body even begins to disappear.

It is as if nothing existed and there's a feeling of satisfaction and well-being increasing more and more.

It is as if your spirit is expanding in all directions.

You feel a lot of space and a lot of freedom to be able to let go of your body and rest.

And you're entering a deeper concentration.

And there are several levels of relaxation that can be experienced at a deeper level.

It is a state in which your energy is transformed into something good,

Something beneficial for you and those around you.

It is a restorative relaxation and you feel the satisfaction that leads you to release your mind into the world of dreams.

Because you know that sleeping soundly is an act of love.

And it is a way in which you can take care of yourself more and more.

And it is a way to heal your interior from things that may have hurt you in the past.

But that you can now allow yourself the opportunity to heal by forgiving yourself and the people who have hurt you in the past.

Allow yourself the gift to be able to feel inner peace since there's nothing more valuable in this life than being able to feel and experience peace of mind and inner peace.

Feeling your breath as the air enters your body and feeling the air leaving your body in a natural and effortless way.

Preparing you for effortless sleep,

A deep and lasting sleep.

Sleep.

And perhaps a part of you can remind you during your sleep that there are parts of you that are in charge of healing your body and mind in an automatic and effortless way.

For example,

When you have a small cut on your finger,

It is not necessary for you to think,

Oh I have to heal this cut.

Your body simply knows and begins to act on its own to heal that cut effortlessly and quickly in the same way.

Your mind knows when there's trauma or a difficult situation that needs to be healed and resolved from your past.

That is why we're going to allow your body and your mind to rest so that your mind is in charge of making the necessary changes and that your dreams continue healing your mind,

Body,

And your spirit deeply.

Effortlessly allowing your imagination to run free so that you can continue experiencing this great feeling of serenity and calm that you can already experience right now.

All your thoughts are disappearing and you're entering this dream state of deep relaxation and it will continue for as long as you want.

With each breath,

Inhaling and exhaling,

Entering a deeper and more restful sleep.

Rest and have a good night.
