Explore MeditationRelaaax founder Jon Kwan’s love affair with sound and music began 35 years ago. After many years of studying and training in various systems of wellbeing, self-care and spirituality, sound and music have become the primary tools he uses to help people to relax, gain insights and develop clarity. Jon’s journey of discovery has led to travel to India, Nepal, Mongolia, and training in sacred music, sound healing, hatha yoga, tai chi, reiki, movement, plant medicines, Tibetan yoga, Yungdrung Bon, Buddhism and Dzogchen. Using sound therapeutically since 2011 Jon qualified as a yoga teacher in 2013. His commitment to a life of continued learning is geared towards developing more compassion, more understanding and leading sessions that benefit others. Jon’s intention is to teach people the skills and knowledge they need to feel more grounded, centred and at peace. To empower people to overcome challenges, maintain wellbeing of body and mind, and lead more productive and joyful lives.
