We begin by just taking a few deep breaths and noticing the feeling of the earth beneath you.

Whether you're lying or sitting,

Just feel the sensation of where your body is in contact with the earth.

Our precious Mother Earth,

Always supporting us.

Really feel that connection and using the breath with each exhale just allowing the body to become more relaxed,

Heavier.

With each exhale just see how relaxed,

How heavy the body can be,

Sinking deeper into the earth,

Connecting with the earth.

Creating this sense of grounding and connection and relaxation.
