Details

Nature is calling. Join us for a transformative journey to the enchanted land of Taos, NM, where we will awaken our inner self and begin to connect to the sacred wisdom of the elements of nature that are so strongly felt in this magical land. Taos is one of the most special destinations in the southern United States, due in part to the stunning and unique beauty of this area, but also due to the history of the Taos Pueblo, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You’ll marvel at the fact that this majestic landscape, which includes the Rio Grande Gorge, is right here in our own country. This retreat is designed to reconnect you with the slow and gentle rhythms of nature, activate and balance the life-giving energy force flowing within you, and empower you with the tools needed to navigate the pace of life you’ll encounter once returning home.

Location

Taos, NM, United States

Taos, New Mexico (87571) is a unique high-desert town nestled at the base of the Sangre de Cristo Mountains, renowned for its rich blend of Native American, Hispanic, and Anglo cultures. It serves as a thriving art colony, attracting artists and visitors alike with its numerous galleries, museums, and historic sites, including the ancient Taos Pueblo, a UNESCO World Heritage site continuously inhabited for over 1,000 years. Beyond its vibrant cultural scene, Taos offers exceptional outdoor recreation opportunities, from world-class skiing at Taos Ski Valley in winter to hiking, mountain biking, and whitewater rafting in the Rio Grande Gorge during warmer months, all set against a backdrop of dramatic landscapes and clear New Mexico skies.

Testimonials

info

I was fortunate to attend a weekend retreat led by Dr Kelli Sammis as part of my 300 YTT. Kelli had a well paced schedule allowing us time to learn as a group and times of quiet and solitude. Every little detail had been prepared for in advance so I was able to focus solely on my practice and my lessons.
