Hey,

Epic being,

Welcome to Activate Flow in 5.

So wherever you are right now,

And before we even begin,

Allow a gentle breath in,

And a relaxed breath out,

And let yourself land in this moment.

This is your time to activate the flow.

So to begin,

Bring your awareness to the physicality of you.

Feel your body,

Your feet grounded,

Your spine long,

And your shoulders softening down and back.

Another slow breath in,

And an even deeper exhale out,

And let your mind begin to slow down.

And now bring your awareness to the space behind your third eye,

The space between your eyebrows behind your forehead,

Inside the center of your brain,

Connected to the pineal gland,

And imagine a soft beam of light beginning to emanate from this space,

A soft wave of clarity moving through your brain,

Like your brain is waking up,

Brightening,

Coming online,

Becoming more coherent,

Calm,

And intelligent.

Now allowing a deep breath in here into your brain,

And as you breathe out,

Let the noise quiet,

Like you're relaxing deeper than the static,

Into the silence underneath.

Now tune back into your body.

Feel the subtle pulse in your hands,

The energy in your chest and your heart as your lungs expand and relax together with the breath,

And the soft aliveness in your belly.

From here,

Tune into one thing you feel inspired to create or experience today,

The thing that in this moment calls you with the most aliveness.

Whatever comes to you,

Hold it lightly and spaciously,

And feel a river of energy from you to this creation or activity,

And back into you again in a flow,

Magnetically pulling you into creation.

And now,

Imagine yourself doing it,

Easily,

Connected,

Your body relaxed,

Your breath steady,

Your mind clear and focused.

And now feel this moment inside your body,

Everything flowing with this intelligence,

The simplicity,

The momentum,

Steady,

Awake,

I've got this.

And now breathe in,

And imagine a clean,

Bright energy of light filling your whole body.

And breathe out,

Thanking the words,

Thank you.

Again breathing in,

Clean,

Bright light filling your whole physical body and your energy body.

And breathing out,

Thanking the words,

Thank you.

Again,

Full and deep breath in,

Activating your system,

And slow breath out,

Release,

Feeling the words,

Thank you.

And one more time,

In,

And out,

Thank you.

Awesome job,

Babe,

The flow has been switched on.

Allowing one last soft breath in,

And releasing,

Relaxed breath out,
