If you for a moment keep your eyes open and look around as I speak.

Try to look from a different place without labelling anything.

Whatever is in your eyesight,

Just see it as empty,

For a while,

To the best of your ability,

Of course.

Totally empty appearances.

Imagine being able to walk through everything.

All that you seem to see is empty,

Spacious,

And you as this human vehicle can kind of flow through it all,

Through walls,

Trees,

Even the cushion or the chair that you're sitting on,

Or maybe you're lying in your bed.

But all is just energy,

A dreamlike appearance.

Not yours,

How about that,

Not even yours to begin with.

Just energy,

All that you think of that's me or mine,

Is just another dreamlike experience.

The wind arising,

The sensations that arise within the body,

This body is also just a dreamlike appearance.

Not yours,

Not you,

And deep down you,

Beyond the you you think you are,

It's already known.

You already know that this human vehicle that seems to be so real is not what you are.

I am loving awareness.

These words can help you greatly,

You beyond,

Again,

The you you think you are.

I am loving awareness.

Loving awareness.

If you keep repeating this sentence for some time,

I am loving awareness,

And after a while take away even the I am,

Just loving awareness.

Loving awareness.

Noticing that all you're seeing is loving awareness.

Noticing that the seeing itself is loving awareness.

Noticing that you,

The one you think yourself to be,

Is kind of made up out of this loving awareness,

One could say.

Again,

All words that in the end always fail to describe the truth of your own being.

Beyond any thought,

There you are.

And this you isn't a me.

That's why nothing is from you.

All you think that is me or mine,

The house you own,

The car,

The bike,

The furniture in your house,

Your partner,

Your body,

All isn't me or mine.

All isn't yours.

It's just another beautiful dreamlike expression created by this mystery we call life.

And if somehow this is seen beyond the so-called me,

If this is really seen,

Known,

This deep sigh of relief occurs.

Burdens fade away.

Challenges still arise.

But something truly shifts.

Life is seen more like a play,

A playful play.

Trust in life.

Life is trusted fully.
