Welcome,
Welcome everyone.
Let's start by taking a nice deep breath in through the nose,
Opening your mouth and exhaling through your mouth.
Again,
In through your nose,
Filling your belly all the way full of air.
Exhale,
Open mouth,
Allowing your belly to contract all the way back to your spine.
Again,
Nice deep inhale in,
Inflating your belly.
Exhale,
Open mouth,
Deflating,
Contracting your belly button towards your spine.
Exhale,
Allowing your natural breath cycle to become present.
Sitting here,
Breathing in through the nose and out through the nose.
Taking a comfortable seat,
Either sitting on the ground or laying on the ground,
Whichever supports you best at this time.
Continuing with your breath,
Breathing in,
Breathing out.
As we continue with our natural breath cycle,
I invite you to gently rock from side to side if you're sitting.
You may even gently roll your body from side to side if you are laying down,
Simply rocking back and forth,
Finding your center,
Your grounding,
Restabilizing.
In this moment,
Breathing.
That's all you're required to do here.
Just breathe.
Breathing into center and just breathing.
Feeling your inhale and your exhale.
And exhale.
Taking a few moments of silence now.
Breathing in and out.
Inhale and exhale.
Inhale and exhale.
Again,
Just following your breath.
In and out.
In and out.
Just breathing.
Our breath is the most important part of our daily routine.
In this moment,
In this meditation,
We are here just to breathe.
Just to follow our breath,
Nothing more,
Nothing less.
To reacquaint ourselves with the most natural,
Cyclical aspect of our daily life.
Breathing in and out.
When you're ready,
You may start to deepen your breath,
Fully inflating your belly to allow your breath all the way into your lungs and fully contracting your belly towards your spine to push the air all the way out.
Start to induce movement into your fingers and your toes.
Taking a few moments,
If you are laying down,
You may roll onto your favorite side and rest here for a moment.
Next,
Press up into a nice comfortable seated position,
Emerging back into normal life.
From here,
I invite you to open your eyes and take a look at the space around you.
Reacquainting yourself with the area that you practiced in,
Putting your hands together at heart center and Namaste.
