Sasha Andrianova is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT-500 and trauma-informed yoga instructor, yoga teacher trainer, and breathwork facilitator living in New York City. Sasha has taught nearly 1,000 hours, and her favorite part of teaching is serving her students. Sasha empowers you to connect with and embody your most authentic, expansive self through mindfulness and embodiment practices. She lives her values as a lifelong student of yoga and a daily practitioner of meditation and breathwork. Whether in yoga, breathwork, or yoga teacher training, Sasha is profoundly grateful for the space people have entrusted her to hold for them as they explore what it means to be themselves. In her spare time, Sasha loves Pilates, running, and weight lifting. She also loves traveling around the world and most recently visited Bali, Indonesia to complete her second 300 HR YTT!
