Find a comfortable seat or lie down if you feel called to do so,
And start to tune into how your body feels.
If you feel comfortable,
You might close your eyes or soften your gaze,
And take a breath in to arrive into the body.
Breathe into your stomach,
Inhale.
Exhale out with a sigh.
Breathe into your stomach,

Keep your gaze soft,
Your breath steady and calm.
We're now going to align your body and relax you so you can reenter your day with a state of grounded clarity.
As you're lying or sitting,
Start to feel your toes relax.
Start to feel your ankles release the tension from carrying your body.
Relax your calves,
Your shins.
Relax your knees,
Your quads,
Your hamstrings.
Relax your glutes,
Feel them sink into the surface beneath you.
Relax your hips,
Your hip flexors.
Relax your tummy,
Your abdomen.
Let your waist release any clenching,
Any tension you're holding,
Breathe it out.
Relax your chest,
Let it fall open a little wider.
Relax each finger.
Unclench your palms,
Release your wrists.
Relax your forearms,
Your biceps,
Your triceps.
Relax your shoulders,
Let them fall away from your ears.
Relax through your shoulder blades,
Your back body.
Feel it supported by the surface beneath or behind you.
Relax your neck,
Relax your chin,
Your jawline.
Relax your ears,
Your forehead,
Your eyebrows.
Let your eyebrows unfurrow and your cheekbones soften.
Let the crown of your head release any tension you're carrying.
From this deep sense of relaxation,
Peace,
And awareness of every part of your body,
Take a gentle breath into your stomach.
Inhale.
Exhale with a sigh.
Breathe into your stomach.
Inhale.
Exhale out with a sigh.
One more,
Breathe into your stomach.

If you're ready to return to your day,
Gently blink open your eyes,
Roll your shoulders down and back,
Open your heart space,
Your chest.
Maybe stretch your arms up overhead,
Gaze up,
Breath in.
And exhale,
Bring your arms down.
Bring a smile to your face and return to your day from this grounded,
Aligned,
Centered state of mind and being.
