Hello my dear friends.

For today and tomorrow's meditations,

We are going to focus on what it looks like when we embody the fruits of the spirit.

Let us begin this meditation by being still.

Find a quiet place,

Free of distraction if you can.

I invite you to turn your skin and your cell phone notifications off.

And be still.

And in that stillness,

Adopt an attitude of gratitude and non-judgment.

Start with yourself,

Allowing yourself to feel free of self-criticism,

Especially when it comes to this meditation.

And extend that attitude of non-judgment toward others and even situations.

And that will organically lead you to a heart and mindset of peace and loving-kindness.

And now,

Let us meditate upon some words from scripture.

I am the vine.

I am the vine.

You are the branches.

If you remain in me and I in you,

You will bear much fruit.

If you remain in me and I in you,

You will bear much fruit.

I am the vine.

You are the branches.

Yahweh is the gardener.

Yahweh is the gardener.

And Yahweh will prune you,

So you will bear ever more fruit.

These are the words of Yeshua.

I am the vine.

You are the branches.

If you remain in me and I in you,

You will bear much fruit.

You will bear much fruit.

I am the vine.

You are the branches.

You are the branches.

Yahweh is the gardener.

And Yahweh will prune you,

So you will bear ever more fruit.

You will bear ever more fruit.

Let us take these words of Yeshua to heart.

Let us bear much Yeshua fruit.

Let us bear much Yeshua fruit.

The name Yeshua itself means God-sitting.

God saves.

God saves because God is love.

Let us be people of God.

Let us be people of good news.

Let us be people of love.

Let us smell like Yeshua.

Let us walk like Yeshua.

Let us talk like Yeshua.

Let us be Yeshua fruits.

Let us bear Yeshua fruits.

Let us be Yeshua trees.

Let us be Yeshua people.

Let us be people of love.

Let us be people of love,

Joy,

Peace,

Patience,

Kindness,

Goodness,

Faithfulness,

Gentleness,

And self-control.

Let us bear Yeshua fruit.

Let us smell like Yeshua.

Let us walk like Yeshua.

Let us talk like Yeshua.

Let us be Yeshua trees.

Let us be Yeshua people.

Let us be Yeshua people.

Let us bear good news and love.

Let us smell like good news and love.

Let us walk like good news and love.

Let us talk like good news and love.

Let us be good news and love trees.

Let us be good news and love people.

Let us bear good news and love fruit.

Thank you for meditating with me today,

My dear friends.

Make grace and peace.

Good news,

Faith and love be with you.

Good news,

Faith and love be with you.
