Breathe With Me #6: Cyclical Sighing
by Alison M
Not a traditional pranayama, cyclical sighing is a way to engage the parasympathetic nervous system so the body can rest, heal, and digest. This is a short practice but can be done as long as needed to soothe your nervous system or busy mind. It is also a great practice to come back to, throughout your day.
