Stay Calm During The Coronavirus

When you are feeling anxious, it is easy to feel stressed out. It is hard to feel calm about your personal situation, your career, and life in general. During this 3 minutes of guided meditation, focus on the melody, and stay calm. If your mind goes to a stressful situation, let it go there. Then, simply try to focus again on the melody. Remaining calm especially during uncertain times is not easy. However, just taking a few minutes out of your day to find calmness can make you feel better.
