Hello,
And welcome to Rising Above the Paradigm Meditation.
I'm Skip Jennings,
A GAPI licensed spiritual practitioner and transformational coach.
I welcome you and I thank you for participating in your transformation.
So I invite you to get comfortable seated,
Lying down,
Being in a place where the body can be in a full rested,
Comfortable position.
Stay awake,
Be aware,
But shut out the outside noise and go within.
This meditation is to help us to rise above fear,
Doubt,
Worry,
Dis-ease,
And any challenges we might be experiencing.
So I invite you just to follow your breath.
Inhale through your nostrils.
Exhale through the nostrils.
Just notice your breath.
Notice as you breathe in,
There's an expansive space,
A lowering of the diaphragm,
An expansiveness in your ribs,
In your heart area.
And notice as you exhale,
There's a contraction.
The ribs may sink in.
The diaphragm may lift up.
Just notice the breath.
Your breath is a physical manifestation of your soul body.
So continue to be aware.
Continue to breathe.
And at this time,
We all are going through challenges,
Health issues,
The loss of a job,
Loss of a loved one.
We all are facing challenges.
But just for this few minutes,
Let's make a decision to rise above them.
This does not take away the challenges.
They won't magically disappear.
But it helps us to interact with the higher consciousness.
Bring to your awareness the challenge that you might be going through now.
We can remember the mantra or the affirmation or the affirmative thought.
It came to pass,
But to stay.
This challenge is a lesson.
We get to shift the question that is a close ended answer.
We shift from why is this happening to what is seeking to emerge here.
Every challenge every adversity,
There is something seeking to emerge.
A new idea,
A new way of living,
A new way of being,
A new way of loving.
What is seeking to emerge?
We shift from the close ended question,
Why is this happening to me?
We ask the more expansive question,
What am I to learn from this situation?
What am I to learn from this situation?
Continue to follow the breath.
We continue to ask questions that opens us up to a more expansive way of seeing the situation.
What gifts am I to bring to this situation?
How can I love myself and others in a deeper way?
How am I to grow and to be more?
Where is this journey leading me?
What new ways of sharing my gifts is emerging?
Continue to follow the breath.
And we get to remember gratitude.
Grateful for the experience.
Grateful for the opportunity to love.
Grateful for the opportunity to grow.
Grateful.
So begin to deepen your breath.
Begin to bring your awareness back into the space that you're in.
And as you are rising up and awakening,
Continue to listen as I give a blessing.
So how good it is to be in this moment.
How good it is to be alive and to be able to breathe.
How good it is to tap into the spiritual mystical place.
And knowing that all that there is is love.
Love here,
Love now.
This love shifts our consciousness and our paradigm.
And all our challenges fall into the space of love.
We stay awake and aware that this too shall pass.
We are grateful for this experience.
Grateful for the growth.
Grateful,
