Fear is nothing but a lack of trust in ourselves. And because of this, we don't trust life. When we don't trust that we are being taken care of on a higher level, we feel we must control everything and everyone. The following visualization is about releasing fear. You can do this visualization as often as you like. It is truly a powerful experience.

Hello,

My name is Sneha Shah.

The following visualisation is about releasing fear.

We all experience fear.

Some of us experience it more intensely than the others.

When fear limits us from doing something or being something that we truly desire,

It's time to release it.

Fear is nothing but a lack of trust in ourselves and because of this,

We don't trust life.

When we don't trust that we are being taken care of on a higher level,

We feel we must control everything and everyone.

The following visualisation is about releasing fear.

You can do this visualisation as often as you like.

It is truly a powerful experience.

To begin,

Seat yourself in a comfortable space.

Take a moment to connect with your breath as you gently breathe in and breathe out.

If there are thoughts running in your head,

Just allow them to come and pass.

With every breath,

Feel your body relaxing.

Deeply breathing,

Gentle inhale and gentle exhale.

Now get in touch with a deep,

Significant fear which you would like to work with today.

This could be fear of rejection,

Fear of not being good enough,

Fear of being judged.

Fear of failure or any other fear that comes up for you.

Just get in touch with a deep,

Significant fear,

Whatever that comes up for you.

Once you get in touch with this fear,

Try to get a sense where are you holding the fear in your body.

Is it your head,

Your throat,

Your chest,

Your stomach?

Just becoming aware.

If this fear had a size,

How big would it be?

Just lotus.

If this fear had a colour,

What would it be?

If this fear had a shape,

What would it look like?

Just lotus and stay in the awareness.

For how long have you been holding this fear?

How long?

And now gently ask yourself if you are willing to now release this fear,

If you are willing to let it go.

Now take a deep breath and blow it out,

Imagining that you are releasing the fear from your body.

Feel the fear leaf through your nostrils and disappear to the furthest reaches of space where it completely disappears never to return.

As you inhale,

Imagine that you are breathing in pure energy of love and trust.

Allow this wonderful energy to fill every part of your body and your mind.

Once again,

Take a deep breath and blow the fear out of your mind,

Allowing it to leave your body and your mind and gently inhaling to fill up those spaces with powerful energy of trust and wellness.

Notice how your body feels lighter with every exhale and every inhale.

Take another deep breath and blow the fear from your spirit,

Knowing that you are releasing all the blocks and all the limitations,

Allowing it to go.

Once again inhaling the wonderful healing energy of love and trust.

I trust life and today I let go of all fears and all doubts.

Life supports me in wonderful ways.

Continue to take few gentle breaths,

Noticing how your mind is clear and peaceful.

Exhale breath in and out.

Thank yourself for releasing the old fear that you no longer need.

Sensing the powerful energy of love and trust and wellness in every cell,

Every muscle and every organ in your body,

Filling up all the spaces of your mind,

Filling up your spirit,

Knowing that all is well in your world and so it is.

Whenever you are ready,

Gently bring your attention back to the room,

Stretch your body and open your eyes.

You can take some more time to relax or maybe even write down what is coming up for you.

Take some time to really experience this before you move on to your daily activities.
