Inviting the world around you to slow down.

Find a comfortable position that supports your body.

Let your hands soften,

Your jaw loosen.

Let the weight of your body be supported by the earth beneath you.

Begin to explore the breath as it enters and exits the body.

Then widening your awareness to explore the body,

Your whole body,

As it is here,

Now.

Meeting whatever is arising in your body,

Feelings,

Sensations,

Emotions.

Feel what's present.

Give space for whatever is here to be here.

Meet it without judgement.

Letting it be like a cloud passing in the sky.

Where you,

Dear one,

Are the whole sky.

Witness.

Witness with compassion what is here.

And when your busy mind tries to pull you away,

And it will,

Anchor back into the breath.

Anchor back into the breath.

This sliver of time,

Of spaciousness and awareness,

This is presence.

And to get where you most want to go,

You must first meet yourself here,

Over and over again.

Presence is the foundation,

The solid ground beneath our feet,

From which we prepare to launch.

Presence is you,

Here,

Now.

It is your beingness.

It is you as you magnificently are.

It is here in these moments,

These slivers,

These breaths of presence,

That we meet who we truly are.

And we begin to open the door to our intuitive and energetic heart.

It is the subtle space in between.

This is where possibility sits.

And in this space,

This space between,

This moment of presence,

We ask what's possible.

What's possible?

And then ease into the spaciousness.

Let the world open up around you.

And commit to seeing a little more through the eyes of your heart.

And we'll take a closing breath here,

Together,

Breathing in and out.

And we'll take a closing breath here,

Together,
