Close your eyes and take a deep breath,

Inhaling through your nose,

And as you exhale through your mouth,
Giving yourself permission to release what is no longer serving your highest good,

Dreams,
Or desires.
Allow your awareness to drop down into your heart space.
Feel,
Sense,
Imagine,
Allowing it to appear to you.
Anchoring energies from Source,
Rain down on you from above.
Going through your body and being,
Activating your energetic roots that anchor you down into Mother Earth,
Gaia and her sacred heart.
Sending up crystalline energies to you and meeting you in your sacred heart,
Your sacred heart space,
Where they swirl around you,
Through you,
Dancing with you.
As you stand in this sphere of light,
Envision a beautiful garden filled with vibrant flowers and lush greenery.
So real you can almost smell it.
Feel this energy of the earth beneath your feet,
Grounding and supporting you as you wiggle your toes,
Just a little bit,
And feel the cool earth beneath you.
Now,
Call upon Archangel Michael,
The mighty protector and defender of light.
Feel his presence beside you,
Emanating strength and courage.
Ask him to wrap you in his wings of divine protection,
Shielding you from any negative energies or fears that may be weighing you down.
Next,
I want for you to notice that Gaia has sent you a very special gift,
A magnificent crystal glowing with radiant energy.
Notice its color,
Texture,
Energy,
And what comes up for you,
Knowing that this crystal represents the crystalline energies of Gaia,
The earth herself.
Feel its soothing vibrations throughout your energy,
Throughout your body,
Your essence,
As it gently begins to infuse your entire being with healing light.
Allow for this crystalline energy to flow into your body,
Releasing any exhaustion,
Revitalizing your spirit,
And bringing a sense of balance and harmony.
As you continue to transmute these energies,
These emotions,
Stay connected with your breath,
Breathing deeply in through your nose and out through your mouth.
Imagine a beam of light descending from the heavens above.
This light carries the presence of Archangel Gabriel,
The messenger of hope and divine guidance.
Allow yourself to feel Gabriel's loving energy surrounding you,
Instilling within you a renewed sense of hope and optimism for now,
For the future.
Allowing yourself to notice and bring your awareness to the areas in your body where you feel fear of the unknown,
Or perhaps hopelessness.
Allowing it to show up for you to become aware of.
This may appear as,
In your mind,
As a headache.
Your eyes may feel strained or blurry from stress,
Or perhaps your throat is tight,
Or does it feel tight in your chest where your heart sits.
Allow yourself to notice your energy centers,
Your root,
Knowing that your emotions are safe and they are just sending you messages,
Sending messages to your body.
What are they saying?
What does it feel like?
Take a moment and notice that now.
Visualize these emotions as stark clouds or heavy weights,
And give yourself permission right here with each breath,
Inhaling and exhaling.
Imagine on the exhale that these clouds or these weights are releasing,
Dissolving into the light.
As you go forward,
Noticing,
Noticing.
Intentionally release,
Let go of these emotions.
Envision,
Sense,
Feel,
Imagine a gentle waterfall of healing crystalline energy pouring over you,
Showering you,
Cleansing away any remaining doubts,
Fears,
And negativity.
Feel this water soothing touch,
Washing away your worries,
And filling you with a renewed sense of peace and clarity.
Before you,
If you look up,
You'll notice and feel a crystalline pool,
And I want for you when you are ready to go and dive into this crystalline pool.
It's a healing,
Releasing,
Cleansing,
Purifying.
