Hi,

It's Stefania.

Let's do something new today.

It's called tapping.

It's like giving your body a gentle tap tap.

We tap gently on different energy spots in our bodies called meridians.

Tapping on these points while seeing positive things can help us feel better when we're feeling upset,

Worried,

Or even a bit grumpy.

It's a bit like magic,

But it's not really magic.

But tapping on these special spots in our bodies can help us feel calm and a bit happier again.

If we're feeling worried or afraid,

We can tap on our worries or whatever it is that we fear.

Today,

We're going to do a special tapping exercise to help us feel happy and confident for the day ahead.

We'll tap on some special points on our body while saying some positive words to help us feel good.

I'll guide you on the different tapping points and you can repeat the words after me,

Or you can say them to yourself,

Or you can just tap and listen.

Whatever makes you feel comfortable.

Before we start tapping,

Let's just practice on the tapping points,

Okay?

Ready?

First,

Tap on the side of your hand with the fingers of the other hand.

This place is called the karate chop point.

That's tapping on the side of your hand with the fingers of the other hand,

Tapping gently.

Next,

Tap gently with your fingers where your eyebrow starts right near the middle of your face on either eyebrow.

This is called the eyebrow point.

The eyebrow point.

Then,

We gently tap on the bone at the side of your eye where your temple is.

This is just called side of eye,

The side of eye point.

Then,

Under the eye,

Tap just below your eye on the bone above your cheek,

Gently.

Then,

We move on to under the nose.

Find the spot between your nose and upper lip.

And tap like a little mouse's whiskers are tickling you.

Just tap there very gently between your nose and your upper lip.

Next point is the chin point.

We're going to tap in that dip between your bottom lip and your chin like you're tapping a little tiny drum.

Just tap gently.

Then,

Let's move on to the collarbone point.

We're going to tap gently again with our fingertips where the two sides of your collarbone meet.

Not on your collarbone,

But just under it.

It's like giving yourself a little tickle.

We've got two more points.

Under the arm,

Feel for that spot where your arm touches your body when your arm is down,

Right on your side.

That's where we'll be tapping.

Then,

Our last point is the top of the head.

Tap gently on the very top of your head,

Right in the middle,

As if you're wearing a really beautiful crown.

And this is called the crown point.

Okay,

We can stop tapping.

Are you ready to begin?

We're going to tap to have a really great day today.

No matter what happens,

We are good enough.

We are loved,

And today is going to be a good day.

First,

Let's take a nice gentle breath,

Just lightly in.

Hold it for a minute.

And out it comes,

Like coming out of a balloon.

And we're going to start tapping.

Here we go.

Karate chop point.

Remember,

On the side of your hand with the other one.

Say with me,

Please.

I'm excited for today.

Keep tapping.

I'm excited for today.

I'm excited for today.

Okay,

Now let's go to that inner eyebrow point,

Just where your eyebrows begin.

Do on either side,

Left and right.

Say with me,

Please.

I'm going to have a great day.

I'm going to have a great day.

I'm going to have a great day.

Okay,

The side of the eye,

Where your temple is,

Very gently,

Very softly.

I love and accept myself exactly as I am.

Exactly as I am.

I love and accept myself exactly as I am.

I love and accept myself exactly as I am.

Okay,

We can stop tapping there and we're moving to the next point,

Under the eye.

Very softly.

Let's say,

I am loved and special.

No matter what.

I am loved and special.

No matter what.

I am loved and special.

No matter what.

Okay,

Under the nose,

Between the nose and your top lip.

And your top lip.

Let's say,

I'm grateful for this brand new day.

I'm grateful for this brand new day.

I'm grateful for this brand new day.

Okay,

Let's go to our chin point,

That little dip between your lip and your chin.

I'm thankful for my family and friends.

I'm thankful for my family and friends.

I'm thankful for my family and friends.

Okay,

Collarbone,

Just under your collarbone,

Gently,

Gently.

I'm grateful for my home and all the things I have.

I'm grateful for my home and all the things I have.

And all the things I have.

I'm grateful for my home and all the things I have.

Okay,

Let's tap on our underarm point,

On our side.

I appreciate all the good things in my life.

I appreciate all the good things in my life.

I appreciate all the good things in my life.

Okay,

Let's tap on our top of the head,

Right in the middle,

Very softly,

The crown.

I am good enough.

Just the way I am.

I am good enough.

Just the way I am.

I am good enough.

Just the way I am.

Okay,

We can stop tapping.

If you want,

Put your hands over your heart and take a deep breath in and out and feel the happiness spreading.

Like a happy rainbow throughout your body.

Remember,

You are good enough.

You are loved.

And you deserve to have a great day.

So let's do it.

Bye for now.

Have a wonderful day.
