Let's do something new today.
It's called tapping It's like giving your body a gentle tap tap.
We tap gently on different energy spots in our bodies called meridians Tapping on these points while saying positive things can help us feel better when we're feeling upset worried or even a bit grumpy It's a bit like magic,
But it's not really magic but tapping on these special spots in our bodies can help us to feel calmer and a bit happier again if We're feeling worried or afraid we can tap on our worries or whatever.
It is that we fear We'll try that another time today,
Let's tap on knowing that we're unique and Good enough as we are We don't have to envy anybody because we are good enough as We are Let's learn to love and accept ourselves completely as We are I'll tell you the different tapping points that we'll be using.
It's very easy So don't worry,
And if you don't get the points the first time around No problem,

You can just listen to the recording first and then listen again and tap along with me Or you can join in straight away first Let's take a deep breath in and let it out to relax Let's begin Let's have a quick little tapping session that you can do anytime that you need a little confidence and Find yourself slightly envying others This will help you get back on track The tapping points that we're going to use are the side of our hand that's called the karate chop point you tap one hand side of your hand with the fingers of the other hand Tapping gently the inner eyebrows Right where your eyebrows start on either side Your temple right on the side of your eye do this very gently don't hurt yourself Then we're going to go under the eye Then we're going to do the area between the nose and your top lip Then we're going to do the area between your lower lip and your chin Then we're going to do the collarbone just a little bit below your collarbone You don't have to tap on the bone just a little bit underneath it Then we're going to tap under our arms in this on your side Then we go to the crown the top of our heads Okay let's begin Tap on the side of your hand With your other hand with your fingers very gently side of the hand sometimes I wish I Could to be anybody else Other than myself But that's crazy thinking What's wrong with just being me?
Go to your inner eyebrows right where the eyebrows start Nothing's wrong with being me.
I'm a unique person with my own talents and strengths Now let's go to the temple side of the eye.
I Have to find and follow the right path for me now go under the eye and If it takes longer Then other people take with their paths It's okay now the area between your nose and the top of your lip I Will reach my goal the area between your lower lip and chin I Am always in my right place and time collarbone,
I'm trusting my Intuition to guide me to take the right actions Underarm,
