Find a comfortable position and take a few deep breaths,
Filling yourself with life energy and on your exhales release any tension,
Worries and anxieties you may be holding on to.
Settle yourself into this moment,
This time is for you.
Return to your natural soft breath.
With each peaceful breath become more aware of your true essence,
That which you are.
I will repeat each affirmation twice and leave plenty of space for you to repeat the affirmations that resonate with you.
Begin now.
I acknowledge emotions as valuable messengers guiding me to self-understanding.
I experience and process my emotions without judgment.
I choose thoughts that support my emotional well-being.
