Namaste beautiful soul and welcome to this affirmations meditation inspired by the meditation with the title Harmony of Feelings.

Find a comfortable position and take a few deep breaths,

Filling yourself with life energy and on your exhales release any tension,

Worries and anxieties you may be holding on to.

Settle yourself into this moment,

This time is for you.

Return to your natural soft breath.

With each peaceful breath become more aware of your true essence,

That which you are.

I will repeat each affirmation twice and leave plenty of space for you to repeat the affirmations that resonate with you.

Begin now.

I acknowledge emotions as valuable messengers guiding me to self-understanding.

I experience and process my emotions without judgment.

I choose thoughts that support my emotional well-being.

I approach the highs and lows of life with the same acceptance.

I communicate my emotions with respect and clarity.

I make decisions that align with my values.

I seek to understand the perspectives and feelings of others.

I give others space to express themselves fully.

My emotions are nothing more than the result of my thinking.

Whenever I encounter anger I respond with love.

I love and accept myself.

My thoughts are peaceful.

And in this quiet moment now spend some time in gratitude for all that is.

Observe the softness of your breath.
