I loved this meditation as the cat’s picture is just what happened to me a few hours ago🐈💤. The ocean waves together with Stephen’s immaculate commentary and gentle voice, I was cradled to a restful sleep. My breathing was synchronised with both my body and mind and thoughts that occupied my mind was washed away with the ocean waves, and I fell asleep well before the medication ended. Stephen, it felt beautiful as you have put me to sleep so effortlessly. Thank you for making me sleep so peacefully🙏🏻.♥️💤🌊🤗🐈🧘🏻‍♀️
