Welcome to the analytical problem solving meditation.

In this meditation,

I am going to help you to discover the solving problem.

The problem may be about your life or it may be just a question about reaching to the tough goal.

We will use structural thinking technique and also the traditional method of meditation.

When you finish this track,

You not only discover to learn analytical problem solving,

But also you will find a solution one of your problem.

Let's sort it out together.

The meditation includes five phases.

The first phase is about short description.

I am going to explain roadmap and what we do together.

The second phase is thinking session.

The eyes will be closed.

The third phase has an unusual activity.

Writing.

We will take a note of our ideas structurally.

Taking notes helps to solidify the abstract ideas into a form that easily re-examines.

The fourth phase is also writing session.

Our last exercise is a wrap up session and terminating to the ever flowing thoughts.

Phase one.

In this phase,

We will state our difficulty.

An explicit declaration to ourselves may trigger the solutions that really work.

If there is no actionable solution,

You might realize that dealing the ramifications of your issue.

It may be stress,

Anger or confuse.

Right trait requires the right diagnostic.

Sometimes you might wonder you don't have a problem when you state it well.

The explicit statement requires attention.

For instance,

You have a problem with your colleague.

Your colleague speaks slowly and distracts you.

The statement of this problem is not that.

My colleague is itchy or noisy.

That is the blatant judge.

Let's paraphrase our idea from an expanded point of view.

We can declare it like that.

I am becoming distracted due to the high volume of my colleague.

This statement is more apparent than your initial judge.

You notice the substantial and foremost reason that makes you bothersome.

Before they try to solve the problem,

You should simply ask the first question to your statement.

Why?

Why my colleague does this?

My he or she is discussing in the phone with other colleagues because of the pressure of the manager?

You may want to restate the problem.

My colleague speaks loudly on the phone and being distracted especially in the morning.

This kind of acid test on your statement just for example.

Rework on your point of view.

My help to see the secluded spots.

In our hypothetical case,

The blind point was the phone and the morning.

Now let's state and stare at our problem on the page.

Open your eyes if they closed.

Grab your pen and paper.

Then write it clear and cut.

If you want to change your statement that you figured out recently,

Simply do it.

Don't hesitate to rewrite your statement on your paper.

Please don't leave the meditation.

The background music will stop to notify you.

Finish the writing phrase.

Now if you've stated your problem on the paper,

We will continue to our meditation.

If you don't,

Just pause this track and be sure that you defined your statement well.

It may not be perfect,

But it should be clear.

Now just put the paper on your side and close your eyes.

After you write down your problem,

I believe you will get a sharper point of view about it.

Now we will focus on situations.

Focusing solutions might be better than focusing on pain.

You may have found the solutions which you can trust.

You may have figured out the solutions that you have not any hope for.

Doesn't matter,

Even focusing on the solutions might help to elevate your pain.

Our minds typically say this motto which manifests as a cycle.

Motivation,

Invention,

Action.

These cycles stem from a fundamental belief.

If we have the motivation,

We can discover a way.

If we find a way,

We can take action.

If you have not any motivation,

We cannot do anything.

If you have motivation,

But we have not any idea about it,

What we do,

We also cannot do anything.

The motivation invitation action cycle implicitly sides.

But that's all totally wrong.

The science tells another cycle that really works.

The cycle is from the famous book from Mark Manson.

The cycle is action,

Invention,

Motivation,

Invention,

And again action.

The long and repetitive cycle is different than the former one.

If you notice,

It starts with action.

What would this happen?

It's easy.

If we take an action to solve the problem or to reach our goal,

We will obtain the new information to perform better.

If we get this information,

We will get motivation.

More motivation will develop more invention than we somehow will be taking action and repeat it.

Again and again,

Up to reach the best.

Another thing,

Just action.

No matter what,

It's perfectly planned or not.

We will find ways.

If we repeat this magic cycle,

We will do our best and create the cycle of worrying and unreasonable perfectionism.

Let's continue with our example problem with the problem of colic.

You can find these solutions that you will write to them in the next session.

For our case,

The alternative solutions may be like that.

I can invite my colleague to drink a coffee and explain myself and my feelings.

Or I can want to change my department or office.

Or I can accept a voice and use a headphone.

Now,

It's your turn.

Open your eyes and write these first three alternative solutions to solve your problem.

I'm waiting you.

Don't leave the meditation,

Please.

But don't extend the writing session.

Write is simple as you can.

We will continue.

We will find ways.

We will find ways.

We will find ways to solve problems.

We will find ways to solve problems.

We will find ways to solve problems.

We will find ways to solve problems.

We will find ways to solve problems.

We will find ways to solve problems.

We will find ways to solve problems.

We will find ways to solve problems.

We will find ways to solve problems.

We will find ways to solve problems.

We will find ways to solve problems.

We will find ways to solve problems.

If you finish writing your solutions,

Please close your eyes again.

It is the last part of our meditation.

You stated your problem and wrote the alternative solution.

The solution might be excellent or not.

However,

There are remarkable directions near to the complete and ultimate solution.

Let's consider the solutions again from another point of view.

There are two sorts of actions.

First is independent action and second is dependent action.

Independent actions are straightforward.

They involve direct movements or decisions.

For example,

Taking a painkiller is an independent action.

Dependent actions,

However,

Have weak or strong dependencies to other characters or other actions.

Taking a painkiller is independent action.

But an action which is stated as I will treat my headache is a dependent action.

It depends on your biochemistry,

The medical reason for the headache or a character like medical doctor.

Every kind of action,

Dependent or independent,

Is better than doing or insisting to nothing.

Why categorize this two type of action?

I am going to explain.

The independent actions are easy to do and sometimes easy to solve the problem.

However,

The point we think about is not the solution for now.

We focus on finding the invention by our action.

Therefore,

Now reorder the solutions you have written and put the most actionable alternative solution to first and arrange others accordingly.

Do it in your mind.

You don't need to open your eye or grab your pen or pencil.

Just think about it.

Our brain already thinks on behind your or consciousness and real solution or euphoria for accepting the situation may emerge after the session.

You may already have found the solution in the previous session.

However,

In this part I am going to help you to learn the stopping the flow of things deliberately.

It's kind of a command to the continuous judging monkey in our mind to stop the chat.

Why it's important?

Overthinking may harm you and blockade you doing an action and getting new insights to fine tune or pass action.

Actions are the key to think well.

There are interesting ironical narratives of famous Russian story writer Anton Chekhov.

His title is the death of a civil servant.

In this story the hero of the story is a civil servant.

The hero of the story sneezes and his saliva goes to the nape of the high level commander who sits in front of the theater.

He apologizes quietly to the commander.

Then the hero starts to think it was a very very bad thing and I should repeat my apologizes.

He does that several times.

But he totally ignores the theater.

Another thing.

Like us.

The life.

So our hero goes home and decides to visit the commander in his office to apologize.

The hero goes there and tries to excessively apologize up to the reassurance himself.

Then the commander gets crazy and the hero death by death.

That was an ironic narrative.

Yes,

Nobody dead just by overthinking.

Yes,

Overthink might not kill you but it also does not allow to life.

To life we learn to stop the overthink and refocus.

To be grateful and happy and accept the risk,

Indefiniteness and responsibility of overaction.

We are not the historic commanders which planned strategically the war zone.

The fighter is not a metaphor often if you think about our life.

Also our daily tasks are not too hard planning.

The problem is our life is more complex than a war.

We finish to our meditation now a quote from Bethany Brookbank from his inspiring book.

The sharpest minds often ruin their lives by overthinking.

The next step.

Why the doll wins the race with eyes closed?

Now if you want continue to keep your eyes closed and race or open your eyes but don't win your day or don't win your life with overthinking.

Your mind will answer the best solution out of the blue.

Thanks for joining this meditation.

I wish you a good day and life.

Namaste.

Thank you.
